Café Fuente has been a neighborhood favorite since the 1970s, and it still delivers exactly what you’d hope for in a busy area of Albacete inside the city center near the main park. The service is quick and professional and you hardly wait before your order is on the table. Also, the staff are friendly without ever hovering. The terrace is excellent, one of the best spots in this part of town to sit back and watch the world go by. Inside, the café keeps its classic feel, which adds to the charm and sense of history. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and everything runs smoothly, which is why locals keep coming back. A solid choice whether you just want a quick coffee or a quiet place to linger for a bit.

Three of us went for dinner and we were delighted. The food was delicious, the portions were very good, and the service we received was excellent. The price was 22 euros per person, and we left more than satisfied. We will definitely return.

We’re American Tourists. We were looking for a breakfast place and coffee. Cafe La Fuente is amazing! The three of us have terrible Spanish but managed to google translate the menu. The food, service and staff were awesome! We went back the following day. Highly recommend. Two lattes, a bottle of water for three, and three breakfast sandwiches cost less than 20 Euro.

We had dinner last night, and Jaime was very attentive throughout the service. We were very comfortable! Every time we go, both Chema and Jose are, and the entire staff is polite and attentive. We've been going there for years; we always feel at home! Sergio has the best products. The Smash burger, the patatas bravas, the marinaras... for me, the best! Everything on the menu is incredibly good!

Incredible service and great food presentation, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. You can feel the good vibes from the staff, and that sets it apart from the rest. It was 6:00 AM when we went for breakfast, and even then, the service was amazing. Everyone was very hardworking. The coffee was delicious, the sandwich was tasty, and the croissant was fresh. I love the napkins with sayings 🫶🏼🥰

The bar's staff is one of its strongest points: friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend the best of the day. However, there is one waiter in particular who has become the heart and soul of the place. Not only for his friendliness and excellent service, but also for his passionate conversations about football. This waiter is a proud Atlético de Madrid supporter, and his enthusiasm is contagious to everyone he meets, whether they are football fans or not. If you are looking for a place to enjoy good food and a pleasant atmosphere, La Fuente is a sure bet. Whether it's for the excellent cuisine, the friendly service, or simply chatting about football with the athletic waiter, you're sure to leave satisfied. Highly recommended!

Cafetería recomendada para empezar el día con una sonrisa con uno de sus desayunos, tiene cantidad de opciones y menús. Camareros agradables. Un café con media tostada con tomate y aceite cuesta 2,5€. Tienen unas 13 variedades de pan para elegir. Me quedo con ganas de haber probado la tortilla de patata que nos recomendó el camarero, ya que acudimos demasiado pronto y no estaba lista todavía.

A great place for breakfast and a good coffee. The service is simply superb; they constantly strive to ensure customers are well taken care of. The only real drawback is the noise level due to the large number of customers.

Personally, it's a bar that doesn't do anything for me. And at a price slightly above average, it makes me think of other, better places. I've given it a couple of chances because it's true that it's always busy (deafeningly noisy when it's full, by the way), but none of their dishes have surprised me (in a good way). The last time was for their "pepito." It must be one of the few pepitos in Spain that isn't made with beef, but with pork tenderloin. It's true that they don't specify this on the menu, but the surprise of seeing that their PEPITO isn't beef was huge. As for the service: more waiters doesn't always mean better.

Last week I went there several times for a beer. The first time I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the bearded guy who thinks he's the boss—who is NOT Sergio—was treating his colleagues with an air of superiority and rudely in front of the other customers, without doing his job or helping out. My surprise didn't end there. Last Saturday, he assaulted a customer, throwing him out and then kicking him in the mouth when he was on the ground. Some people confronted him about his behavior, and not satisfied, he said he would hit him again. From my point of view, he's not a good fit for that job at La Fuente, where the food is excellent, the owner is very friendly, and there's a great atmosphere. He gives the establishment a very bad image, both professionally and personally, and is causing us to lose customers.
