Basic Popeys; what can I say. The service was good the food is fresh and the facility was clean. Parking is horrible, but you can snag a spot in the lot across the street. It is a hit or miss. It can be empty, but it can also be extremely busy.

The food taste good and good customer service. The manager (black) guy is very respectful and his professional in doing his job.will come back again.

I brought their jumbo shrimp. I was not expecting it to be for a family meal. It was very cheap and very filling. Definitely worth coming for lunch. Their chicken. Is amazing.

This is one of my favourite Popeyes location. The food is always fresh and the staff is courteous. The lines are short.

I was served at 9:48pm tonight by Nishat (I'm probably mispelling his name). When I walked in there was a woman customer ordering and giving him a hard time. He kept repeating the order for accuracy but there seemed to be some confusion. Another customer was trying to help him and the woman communicate. It was an uncomfortable situation but Nishat remained calm and polite. This woman was holding up the line. In the end she didnt have a card she could tap and had to cancel the order. She left upset. Nishat quickly helped the next customer, he was taking orders, ringing the register, packing the food, pouring drinks quickly and efficiently! He even made offers to upsell customers so they could get more for there money. His work ethic and customer service was exceptional. Please recognize him for a job well done! He deserves a raise!

Quick service, fresh and tasty food as fast food should be. The employees here in Queens are more cordial and alert than Brooklyn employees at ANY Popeyes location. Will visit again!

We were on a long drive on I5 from CA needing dinner. This was convenient enough to get off and back on to the highway. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle. Restaurant was bright and clean. Costumer service was pleasant. Our food was ready quickly and everything was what we ordered. The food was hot and delicious. Downside the bathrooms looked clean but smelled really bad, like sewer problems bad.

I recently visited the first Popeyes Chicken location in Portland, Oregon, and it was an excellent experience. Four of us ordered two combos with crispy chicken and coleslaw, and everything was freshly made, hot, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while juicy inside, and the coleslaw added a refreshing balance to the meal. The service was great, and the food came out quickly. I highly recommend this Popeyes location if you’re looking for a satisfying fried chicken meal in Portland.

Delicious, especially for a Popeyes establishment. I’ve never been to one that had actual crispy and crunchy chicken and I’ve been to many all over the country, this was mind blowing honestly lol. There was no handle on the door, so I knew that it was going to be good! No sogginess, didn't taste old and dry, the wait was so minimal, employees were nice which is always a plus. The biscuits were even good, buttery with a crispy top and soft in the middle. Zero complaints and I will for sure come back, hopefully they’re consistent.

This is without a doubt my favorite Portland Italian restaurant. There are Italian restaurants that have fancier food and ambiance, but this is absolutely perfect to me and the food is the most important part and this is all so delicious. Everybody is super friendly and it's just an all-round great dining experience with tons and tons of delicious leftovers.

Somehow, this location has one of the best Popeyes I've ever visited. The locations that I've been to in Washington have had fairly inconsistent service that skews more heavily toward unprofessional and rude than nice and quick. However, this Popeyes and north MLK Boulevard has only provided me with kind employees and fast service! The food is what you'd expect from Popeyes which can be hit-or-miss and I know that their fried chicken may not be everyone's favorite. My only complaint about this particular Popeyes is the sketchy drive through area that can sometimes block the main road, but that isn't the fault of the restaurant.

If I preorder food, it should be ready if I get there 15 min later. This is fast food, not soul food.

I had some coupons and decided to use one. I like Popeyes Chicken as it's tasty and doesn't have too much oil. The Cajun Fries are just right for me. I really like their Chicken Sandwiches as they're the best fast-food chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I don't eat much fast-food anymore but I get some Popeyes every couple of months. I'm a senior citizen so I have to be careful of not eating too much sodium and saturated fats. The store near me is nice and clean and the staff is polite and helpful. I never have to wait a long time. It's a very enjoyable place to get a quick takeout meal.

I have no problem with their food or service. However, I came about 10:30pm on a Friday & they was trying to overcharge for 6 wings, 3 small thighs, 1 side & a drink for $20. That's not even what I wanted.

Fast and good food. They're clean and friendly there too. Unlike the one on Merrick/Liberty. Disgusting! And the chicken always has to be returned bec. it's old. I gave them 3 chances.

Food was ok but service is a little complicated. They do try but a lot of the times is a misunderstanding on the orders or pieces you need. The spicy chicken is always darker. They are always training a new member. But I have to say I always been happy with my orders. I come to this place once or twice a month. The manager is a nice lady. Never had a problem. There is parking around the corner. They have 1 or 2 tables for eating inside but its better to eat in your car. This is where I dont understand people. THE UBER EATS PEOPLE please and I mean please stop confusing the order lady and stop rushing her, once this is done everything gets crazy and everyone is now confused and waiting more time. The place is clean. No bathrooms would recommend only in store i ordered online before and never get the right pieces you get.

Low-key this is one of the better run Popeyes. I come here for my semi annual Popeyes fix then I swear I’m never eating fried chicken again and then I here I am six months later.

The gravy is super watered down. Like it won’t even stick to the mash. That’s not Louisiana style.

Too crazy in there, especially when school is out, it's hang out central for them kids. The line is always ridiculous and make sure to double check your order because 7 out of 10 they forgot something you order.

They tried but the cashier did not understand the English language. The manager had to step in and help her. Just make sure you have your order correctly understood and you're not charged for something you do not want.

Why oh why do I buy chicken and its great sometimes and just not good another. Shouldnt it taste the same everyime? And this is all popeyes. I wont be buying popeyes again anytime soon.

I love Popeyes, and while this place is not bad it isn’t exactly good either. I’d describe it as a hit and miss. Seeing as sometimes throughout the day it can fluctuate on how crowded it may be the freshness of the chicken can suffer because of it. So if you do go, I’d go while it is somewhat busy, but if that’s not your thing, ask them specifically to make your chicken fresh.

Chicken isn’t seasoned well, As the one on liberty. But the chicken sandwhich is good.

They have left sides off my order at least three times in the last 2 years. It's always the mashed potatoes and gravy. My favorite side. The response is always "do you want to come back and get it?" No. I want it in the bag when I leave. I don't want to spend 20 minutes while the rest of my family eats and the chicken gets cold because you can't double check the order.

They lie and will tell you you can't custom pick pieces of chicken without a 2 dollar charge even though on the app you can pick your pieces without extra charge and I been through the drive threw to order and they let you pick without extra charge but if you are younger they will lie to you because the younger kids don't know anything about the rules and because the employees are lazy and don't want to put down chicken (idk how someone can be that lazy at work when all you got to do is drop chicken)

No more rice corn or green beans they have mac and cheese now but I haven't eaten it yet

Whoever the guy is that works, the front with all the young people in the background, just laughing and joking either has an issue with me when I go or something because I’ve sat in line behind customers and watched him put forks and napkins in their bags. But it seems like every time it comes to my order he forgets. I don’t know how to describe him except he’s the guy that works at the front with all the make up on his face.

If I could give 0 stars I would… after I received my order from the uber guy I didn’t got any straws or napkins… I took off the lid from the cup and saw the drink looks darker than usual that’s when I discovered this I reached out to uber about the order and told them… They replied saying they refunded the amount for the drink. I didn't eat the whole meal I throw everything out why would I even trust to eat the meal? I called the store and the person I spoke with told me he put straw and napkins now why do I need to lie bruh this have me really concerned about my food… I need a full refund cause health officials need to intervene in this situation

I'll start off by saying hardly anyone who works here speaks English.....The food here is horrible and you can tell it comes from "foreign hands"....Please hire workers who actually know how to bake a biscuit. There's are hard as a rock and with ZERO butter.

This is a store that I do not care too much about after my experience. The girl at the front really couldn't understand my order. I stood there trying to explain and describe the order which was pretty simple. And I'm not sure what others find so fascinating about the food, because after all the time I stayed explaining the chicken breast I ordered was not palatable at all.

Asked for 3 pc drumstick combo and was given legs!! Every time I come here, I have the same problem or they don’t have drumstick! The leg is always raw which is why I never get it. It’s a big piece of chicken that takes time to cook! A waste of money!!!!!!

Very poor service. There was a gentleman that came in and was asking them for some lemonade because he was thirsty, they chased him away. He began to go to different costumers until a young man told him ok. My daughter received her order, it was wrong plus they did not give her utensil to eat with. I had to ask her for a bag for the food. I spoke to the manager about the service and she began to yell at men.

I placed an order...2/3's of the order was wrong. I called the store the "Manager" who would not give his name blamed Uber. I explained the error was made by whomever packed the order not Uber Eats. I placed a order at the driver thru, and when asked what sauce I wanted I said none. The person In my car changed their mind, and wanted sauce. I parked my car and went inside, and explained I just ordered and mistakingly said no sauce. I was asked to pay 25 cents for sauce, when I never received any with my order. Charging me for 2 sauces, when I just bought food and received no sauce Is diabolical. Will never be back to this location

I went to the drive through and ordered 16 pieces of chicken. After getting home I opened my bag to find only 11 pieces. I called them and they said they could give me a refund or another order of chicken but only if I came back today. I drove a half hour back to the location and after being indignant about the situation they only gave me the 5 missing pieces instead of another order. The chicken was also sub par for what one expects from a Popeyes.

So I’m called a LIAR, saying order was not wrong.. if you LOOK, you see no pickle sticker, and JESUS! What kind of quirt of Mayo is that?! The pickles soaked the bun and chicken as you can see. I had to throw sandwich away. I called, they said I needed a reciept #…. I was NOT GIVEN A RECIEPT! I said I was in drive thru 15 minutes ago… can you look up the chicken sandwich no pickles with blackened ranch? Can’t do that. I’m a liar. Bc I wasn’t given a recipet. I LOVE Popeyes.
