Stopped by for a snack and ordered a few types of their smoothy bowls. The overall service was fine. Nothing spectacular, but overall ok. The fruit for the bowls was fresh and I must say very delicious: I got the Bahama Mama bowl. The restaurant looks like it needs a pick me up. There was an overall sense of “thanks for coming, please eat someplace else”. The staff were in no way rude, just not “welcoming” at all. So, great açaí, ok Bahama mama (strange flavor) fresh fruit. Place definitely needs a new energy though.

It’s not bad but I was expecting something a lot more natural and with less fillers (the smoothies have a lot of ice, they almost taste like a slushi). We ordered the Mocha and it was very sweet for my taste. The Mango one was better (but we added protein to it). Servings are big and prices cheap tho.

bowls and food are decent but the customer service at this location sucks- coming from someone who works in customer service. staff here seems like they’d like to do as little as possible to communicate and appear lazy.

I've been to this location many times as well as every other tropical smoothie in the Orlando area and beyond, I probably go 4 to 5 days a week for the past 7 years. Normally they're all very friendly, Welcome you at the door. this time at this location on kirkman the person at the register didn't seem like they wanted to work. Very poor customer skills. My order was a peanut Paradise with whey protein and light strawberries with a side of jalapeno corn as it has been for 7 years. When asked the cashier if he/she would make sure they would put light strawberries in it, I got attitude. He went back and there was more attitude from the people making the smoothies and I overheard them saying he'll get what he gets. And of course the smoothie did not have light strawberries. It was turned into a strawberry smoothie. I didn't complain but had to ask for my corn three or four times and waited about 15 minutes while many customers in front of me received their entire orders smoothie and food. It's very unfortunate. This is my favorite smoothie place. I'm always very polite & always tip. I also work in the customer pleasing business and this is not a good look for this franchise, The location & the owner. He/she should definitely take a look at his staff and who is working on this day, maybe employ people that want to be there and take pride in their work cuz this crew was not that..

Tried the Kirkman/Metrowest location for the 1st time on Valentines Day 2026 and I am highly disappointed 😞 I placed an order however I noticed I was over charged by almost 12 bucks, I immediately said and showed them I was over charged, the saw thier error and explained we cannot give a refund only the GM can do that which he is not here right now but I can write your name down, I made it very clear I wanted my money back and literally got the same answer. I never got my mobey back. This location was not a good experience for me or my hubby.

So I’m going in for a Açaí Bowl w Nutella No Blueberries, Order it ahead on the app so they have plenty time to make sure it’s good. I get it and It has blueberries I go back in they remake it, I get the bowl and it’s still wrong. And have the audacity to ask for the old bowl. So yall have to remake the bowl 2 times and want my old bowl back? That makes no sense that was yall mistake. Wasting time and money frustrating

It was my first time at this place, so I figured it out. When I got to the register to place my order, the girl with light eyes and brown or slightly reddish hair who was serving was incredibly rude. She would speak to you and answer, staring down at you and glued her phone to the counter. I thought it was very disrespectful on her part, and when she answered, she did so in a curt and rude manner, as if she didn't want to be there. The owners or managers should take action against this type of thing, since there are many people who need a job and would provide better service. I work in customer service and I know what the business is like, but people with this type of attitude can't be tolerated, since it leaves the place in a very bad light, especially if it's the public face of the business. I liked the quality of the product since I only ordered a smoothie while I waited for my order I looked at the other customers as well while they were being served and they were treated the same way. Anyway... I think that people who don't put love into their work are better off dedicating themselves to something else because I assure you that they get ZERO good service. You have to know how to separate your personal life from work and if you have personal problems, it's best to give the position to someone else who truly deserves it and who would do a better job than that girl. I feel sorry for the owners and managers of the place but if they don't take action many people will have a bad experience as was my case.

My first time trying Tropical Smoothie and I went to this location and had a terrible experience. The girl taking my order was super nice, very sweet no problem there. The problem lies when i had to get my food. Took forever and when i did get my order, it was a completely wrong order both drink and food. I had already made it half way when I realized it was wrong so that was annoying. I came back and THEY STILL TOOK FOREVER. And please yall im not a karen, the store is not busy, couple orders here and there and i dont expect mcdonald’s speed but wow. I am personally not come here again

I ordered a smoothie with a flatbread & a peanut butter banana crunch flatbread as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least , I don’t really have to explain much, all you Gotta do is look at this picture & you’ll see why I’m upset i should of looked at my order when i picked it up but i like to trust that a restaurant i like so much wouldn’t do me like this unfortunately this was my first time coming to this exact location and let me just say I’m never coming here again as much as I love tropical café I will continue to go to the location I usually go to instead .

I arrived at this establishment with my son around 8:40pm. I was informed that it was closed, but the store informs that it closes at 9 p.m. The employees refused to answer me, then informed me that I could only order a strawberry juice with banana and so I placed the order as shown in the photo. I asked if I could make a sandwich for my son and they said no. They kept laughing because he didn't speak the language perfectly. I sat down to drink the juice with my son, soon after 3 more people came in and managed to place their requests. Because I was a tourist and didn't speak the language, I was mistreated and suffered preconception. I would like to know if this is the attitude of the employees of this establishment to treat their customers.

Me and my wife went here at 3:00 p.m. and Order Island Green Smoothie and Cajun Shrimp Wrap. My wife was very upset with the smoothie and the Wrap was burnt lettuce was bad and She order extra shrimp and it was only two in there. The smoothie was made right it wasn't blend right it still had chunks and crumbs in it.Called the Store 3 times. I work 30 mins away. I couldn't turn around. You All need to retrain your employee. With amount of money I spent. It need to be right at all times.

I eat from here often and sadly I’m not sure why I do because I am continually displeased over and over again they either leave out the sides when my order is placed through the app or something is wrong. TODAY was my last straw. While eating my wrap there was parchment paper left on my wrap. Didn’t realize it until the middle when I almost choked. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
