Chipotle

Lacking in customer service severely. I asked for double protein, chicken & steak and was told because they close in 45 minutes, they’re not making anymore steak. Mind you 3 people after me also asked for steak. I feel like that was very inconsiderate. I understand wanting to get out on time, but to a certain extent. I can also understand not wanting to make a whole order for 1 singular person… but that wasn’t the case. They either need more people working with them at night or a MANAGER on.

We ordered two burrito bowls for the dinner and they were very salty and bitter. Really a terrible taste I have never had before. I will never buy any food from this branch again.

Disappointingly and shockingly terrible for an establishment located in Stuyvesant Plaza. The food is terrible and they always skimp out on the amount they give you. The service is generally pathetic, they have zero motivation to serve customers and move slower than my grandma. The atmosphere is terrible because its dirty and filled with people rightfully getting impatient waiting for their orders consistently. This place needs a serious overhaul or needs to get straight up replaced. Being gen z, it genuinely doesn't sit well with me to sit here and police people just trying to do their job, but they're really not even trying to do their job. Walking in and out of this place is straight up depressing. I would recommend you take an extra 10-15 minutes to find a different Chipotle location.

Honestly baffled by the attitude of one of the employees working at the front. While I take some fault myself in not bringing the physical bag back into the store, it’s ridiculous this employee felt it was necessary to try and pick a fight with me right then and there. Came in to pick up an order for my girlfriend, and left the store thinking that everything was included in the singular bag the worker handed me. Upon getting back to my car, I find out there aren’t any chips in the bag even though it was part of her order. On my first trip back to the restaurant, I’d taken a picture of the receipt of the bag as I’d thought it wasn’t necessary to bring the physical bag back and forth (obviously I was wrong). On my second trip back in after bringing the physical bag, the employee, after finally adding the bag of chips in, felt it necessary for some reason to try and reprimand me in a sense right then and there (word for word “Don’t do that shit again” and “I know all your tricks”). While I can empathize with the fact this restaurant has likely dealt with past situations in where customers have managed to find loopholes to get free food, it is honestly ridiculous and insanely disrespectful of this employee to try and pick a fight with me over a mistake THEY made 😂🙄 A simple apology would have sufficed on their part

How is it possible for to run out of staple ingredients like sour cream and cheese all the time I love chipotle I love their food. I love eating there and it sucks because I don’t understand how they don’t know how to have the ingredients on hand that they need. This has happened so much like……. Wth. And then they don’t even tell you when you first get their own by the way everyone we’re out out of this or put a sign up or something. Let you know before you order. Like wthhhh…. Can you guys fix this and have the ingredients you need, and I will understand if this was once or twice, but it has been almost every single time I’ve gone there which the only reason I come back is because I literally just love chipotle that much when they actually have the things you’re looking for and the other ones that I’ve gone to

Very disappointed -- spend your money elsewhere! Food was super slow and left in the kitchen for like 15 mins before coming out. We literally knew it was just back there but the person in charge seemed couldn't care less. Food is very poorly prepared if you can even call that 'prepared': ingredients in the Burrito are not even spreading and the cream only stuck with the salad when we finished 2/3 of it. Btw out of the 4 types of lemonades 3 were out. Absolutely won't recommend

I was on the phone attempting to place an order and after the woman I was speaking to for 17 minutes finally got my order correct (she messed it up 4 times prior) after I had entered my payment method with her I was informed that they were not taking call in orders at the time and after telling her I was upset with the service politely she simply hung up on me and never took my order. Point of the story worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This is the worst Chipotle in the Capital District. Food, service, and cleanliness is consistently disgusting and workers clearly display they could care less. I've found pieces of plastic bags in my food not once but twice. That's it for me at this location Food = Terrible Cleanliness = Nasty Customer Service = non existent with a flavor of your a burden to them for being there wanting food Do yourself a favor and dont eat here.

I went on a Saturday evening at 7pm. It wasn’t exceptionally crowded, but busy. When I ordered 2 steak burritos I was told they had no steak. I said “I just saw the guy at the grill take a bunch of steak off the grill”. He then turned around and informed me that it had to be sliced. I asked how long that would take and was met with a very nasty response of “Oh, I’m not up for this right now”. Rather than argue, I just asked for chicken instead. I was given 2 small burritos with a skimpy portion of chicken instead each. Not even close to being worth the price. Speaking of which, I was overcharged and when I asked for my receipt I was told “the receipts are not printing”. Rather than deal with the cashier I wanted to speak with a manager. Of course, there wasn’t one available. Having no receipt, I couldn’t even go back during the week to address it with a manager. In addition, the area where you get your napkins & plasticware was a disaster. Absolutely a mess! The floors and tables were filthy. I will NEVER go back! I will be a loyal MOE’S customer forevermore.

I really thought this meal was going to be great since they loaded it up, but I just ended up throwing it all back up. It was the grossest Chipotle I've ever seen. The guacamole was brown when they served it and tasted terrible. Go to the one on Wolf Rd instead.

I placed a pickup order at this Chipotle and the whole experience was just awful. My bowl was missing stuff I paid extra for like guac and queso. When I asked about it, I basically got told they didn’t feel like making more even though they still charged me and handed me the incomplete order. I went back to the store to get it fixed, and the person who claimed to be the manager told me they “don’t usually remake food or do refunds” and that I should call some 1-800 number. It was my first meal of the day and already around 8 PM ... just remake the bowl I paid for. Then another employee rolled her eyes at me and told me to calm down, like I was the one doing something wrong for wanting what I ordered. Overall, super unprofessional and honestly just rude. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Literally the worst possible chipotle you could go to. If you order through the app, they either just don't make your order or its a literal hour or more after you order it and you have to beg for someone's attention in order for them to hand you a bag across a counter. If you do use this location, just stand in line instead of ordering on the app. It will be way quicker. But youre better off driving an extra 10 minutes to the wolf road location. The restaurant itself is in a state of perpetual filth no matter when you go. This location has been terrible for years and they clearly have no intention on improving.

Literally the worst chipotle in the capital region. Workers are rude, leave you standing in line forever before they ever acknowledge you, and make ordering basic items very complicated. I ordered a kids meal and simple asked for an extra small quesadilla, which every other location in this area does, but this one here wanted to be difficult or charge me $6…which is more than the kids meal itself smh. Not coming here anymore.

This chipotle is the worst I have ever been to. It’s visibly dirty in the kitchen area and the tables, they constantly are out of things not because they don’t have them but because they are not making them. Only gave two stars for the food because what is made tastes fine. So many people waiting around for their orders. I will drive to Colonie or Latham next time.

When I put a 1 star right now, it is for all aspects of this location on a very consistent basis (I generally order from there at least once a week because I work close by). Their workers are lazy and don’t care, the place is dirty and they consistently mess up my order every single time that I go there. Generally I just get an order of queso and chips. They cannot even get that right. I got a half full portion last time with a huge chunk of unknown meat in it. The time before my chips were inedible because they weren’t cooked enough, the time before that they were overcooked, and the time before that they just “never received my order.” A few weeks ago when I went there, the manager didn’t show up and the workers locked the store and weren’t letting customers in and were handing out to go orders on the street lol. And if you try to rate the order or complain, the app will just take you through a generic form and won’t refund you or offer any sort of solution. Seriously, this place should not exist, the franchise owner has no business in the customer service industry. I will not ever go to this location again. If you google chipotle stuyvesant, you will see multiple other Reddit users commenting on how horrible this location is. Disgusting.

The place was dirty, garbage everywhere .. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you want to leave right away. It's hard to sit down and enjoy your food with a place like this. Ps: After I spoke with the manager, they cleaned the place. He said he was overworked and under staff.. These companies need to pay decent to have workers, You can't expect to run a business with no people and burn 🔥 the ones who's stay behind. Shame to these executives that keep pushing these workers to the extreme without getting any help.

The cleanliness of the place was extremely filthy. Additionally, I was shocked by the small portion size; I’ve never encountered such a meager serving anywhere else. To top it off, the rice was not fully cooked.
