Posto giusto per famiglie. I bambini hanno a disposizione un bel parco per giocare. La cucina è buona, il servizio efficiente, il personale simpatico. Di solito c'è intrattenimento anche x adulti, tipo karaoke. La posizione è delle più panoramiche di Alessandria sul lungofiume del Tanaro in prossimità del ponte Maier. Economico. Da frequentare spesso.

Very large, very busy restaurant. The waiters were very kind and helpful. The pizza was quite good. Honestly, I had a hard time paying. Being with another family with different dietary requirements and different number of guests, I find it a huge disservice to ask for a total bill split in half! I agree with the large tables, but not for 7 people (two families). Sorry, we won't be back.

Very nice and well-kept place. Large rooms with plenty of seating. Normal wait and reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I had the very good seafood pizza and excellent appetizers. From the outside, it doesn't look like a great place to eat, but once you enter, everything changes. Try it and believe it! 😉😉

Tonight, for the first time, we went to eat with a group of friends. The welcome was excellent, everyone was very friendly and kind. Even though it was a Saturday, the orders and food arrived pretty quickly, with just one small hiccup...they forgot to make a pizza for a child. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Simple and good lunch in a classic restaurant for this part of the country. Workers and ordinary people meet here. Fast service. Nice partly English-speaking staff. Located by the bridge. The river is somewhat reduced but can be seen.

We got off to a bad start: we'd booked a table well in advance, but they'd "forgotten" it and crammed us into a tiny table, nestled between the wall and a table full of children who looked more like howler monkeys (with parents present but helpless, as is often the case these days). The food and table service were okay, but when it came time to pay, in addition to her unfriendly attitude, the cashier even "forgot" to give us a receipt. And the cost certainly wasn't cheap, considering that for an appetizer, a fried dish, a dessert, a beer, and a coffee, we paid €46 each (a bit steep, in my opinion). It was my first time there, and I think it'll also be my last.

La Boccia is a very historic establishment in the Alessandria area. It's a recreational club with an attached restaurant. Let's just say it could be significantly improved. The spaces are very large. There are some ideas, but the true culture of flavors and raw materials is lacking. There's also a wood-fired oven for the pizzeria.

Compared to four months ago, the prices have gone up, the portions are smaller, and the service has deteriorated... and the housekeeping lady's acerbity was the final trigger for a bad review. Review: I booked a month in advance for the terrace, since seating is limited, and when we arrived, the table was inside. They set up a table for three, but it was actually for two and there wasn't even room for the plates, let alone the people. The outside table was next to a table of 60 people, including 40 children for a birthday party. The appetizer costs €13 and is ridiculously small; the octopus tentacles are actually one, and they cost €14. Surreal. The fries, for €4, are truly small. At checkout, they didn't even offer the 66 cent discount (but in fact it's not mandatory); the excuse was that they were offered limoncello (from the discount store). We had to ask for a receipt because after paying, they just said hello, Merry Christmas. I'm so sorry because it was a place we'd love to return to... I'll get over it and change.
