Elio’s Burger & Grill is a guarantee for lovers of quality meat! We returned for dinner and, once again, the experience and passion derived from their butchery tradition proved to be a winner. Thanks to the chef’s precious advice, we chose two cuts of Spanish rib eye directly from the display case: one weighing 1.6 kg with a higher fat marbling and aged for more than 40 days, and the other weighing 0.7 kg leaner and aged for less. The fact that they have a refrigerator for aging shows great attention to quality. The medium/rare cooking was perfect and brought out all the flavor of the meat. The dish also included excellent side dishes: puree, grilled vegetables and French fries, all well prepared and tasty. The service was impeccable, with a kind and friendly waitress who immediately made us feel at ease. The owner, as always, was also welcoming and helpful. Price absolutely in line with the excellent quality of the meat and the attention to detail. A place we recommend without reservations for a dinner dedicated to taste and quality!

Great idea, well-presented dishes, and artfully composed desserts. The girl serving us was excellent, and she was very kind and helpful. I personally had a Bavarian rib-eye steak, delicious!!! The appetizers were also excellent, as was the sandwich my girlfriend had! May 2025: While in the Alessandria area, we tried this steakhouse. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they also brought you an entrée and warm bread. We tried the Norwegian burger, which was excellent, and the pichana melted in your mouth. For dessert, I recommend the cheesecake.

Dinner November 2024. A bright restaurant a bit outside the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, and the wait wasn't too long. You can choose your meat at the counter and pay by weight. For drinks, they offered a wine list and a craft beer list. The wines are a bit pricey; for example, a Bonarda that costs €6.50 is sold for over €20. We were offered a sample of boiled meat. The Argentinean burger with 200g of meat cost €16. It's a shame the potatoes were barely warm. The steak wasn't cheap, but there was enough meat and three sides. Not recommended for vegetarians.

The butcher is available to recommend the best cut and best cooking method. The lady at the register is also friendly. Prices are a bit high, but that's understandable considering the quality of the meat. While waiting to enjoy our order, we were served a sample of roast beef on toasted bread with olive oil. There's also the option of 200g hamburgers made with various types of meat. All dishes come with potatoes or vegetables. Highly recommended.

The Chianina burger, very tasty and perfectly cooked, was served with fries that were also good, but perhaps a little too salty. The Nutella cheesecake was a delicacy. The bill was modest; you pay a fair price for the quality of the food.

So we said: "If the meat is thrown away, we'll eat it anyway rather than throw it away (at least the less browned center part). Food shouldn't be wasted." The response was: "Then anything is fine. I don't care if you're a customer, we just throw the food away."
