Piccolo ristorante a gestione familiare. Son stato qui già 2 volte e ho sempre mangiato divinamente. Ricerca delle materie prime, di alta qualità, e dei piatti. Ottima anche la carta dei vini.
Bel locale nel centro di Alessandria, un pochino nascosto essendo sotto i portici. Piccolo ma super pulito. Ma l'importante è mangiare bene e qui si mangia veramente molto molto bene. Dall'antipasto, al primo al secondo, tutto era buonissimo. Molto gentile la proprietà. Prezzi dai 20 ai 40 euro a testa, ovviamente dipende da quanto vorrete mangiare. Comunque sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglio a tutti nel caso passassero da Alessandria. Ottimo!!
Locale a conduzione famigliare in centro ad Alessandria dove si sta proprio bene. Lo chef è simpatico, bravo e ha dei guizzi niente male (è specializzato in pesce ma propone anche tanta cucina del territorio).

Siamo capitati lì per caso non conoscendo Alessandria: che buona sorpresa! Il ristorante è piccolo ma pulito e ordinato. La carta posata verticalmente sul tavolo con il menu sia sul recto che sul verso permette di leggerla contemporaneamente in 2. Le nostre scelte, agnolotti di stufato e linguine alla Marconi erano deliziosi e abbondanti. Il tiramisu? fantastico! Persino lo chef è uscito dalla cucina a chiedere il loro parere ai clienti che, abbiamo capito, erano regolari e del posto. Torneremo sicuramente ad Alessandria solo per mangiare lì. "Vaut le détour" (vale il viaggio) come dice la guida Michelin!
Partecipato con amici ai bagna cauda day, piatto ben presentato: prima verdure crude mondate su ogni piatto, a seguire verdure cotte in ciotole, ancora fettine di carne cruda e uovo di quaglia, refill di bagna cauda a richiesta. Salsa ben eseguita, senza panna. Bottiglia di Barbera della casa buono. Bunet deludente, da evitare. Bagno scomodo, locale piccolo, sedie scomode. Digestivo offerto, 30 eu vini esclusi.

It was a scorching summer evening, unbearable to be out on the streets of Alessandria in the heat and clouds of mosquitoes. I made a reservation through The Fork at Marconi Bistrot because it had already inspired me from outside, and the menu looked inviting. Two of us enter, and we're alone, then a table for four is added. The food is very unique and delicious, the staff is attentive but absolutely discreet, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We'll be back! Excellent seafood.

The bistro that I love the most, courtesy, attention and superlative cuisine every time I am satisfied and gratified. Artist's menu, each dish is taken care of in the preparation and presentation. Punctual and courteous service, excellent cellar, prices in line.
The hostess was friendly and helpful, explaining the dishes we weren't familiar with. We ordered a tartare with fresh mushrooms: a truly exquisite dish, featuring top-quality ingredients and a rarely encountered richness of flavors. Then we ordered the Piedmontese fritto misto, a summer version, a rich dish with beef, lamb, chicken, and pork, along with fruit, cheese, and amaretti biscuits, all fried. Everything was delicious!

Great experience, very nice place, friendly staff, excellent winter mixed fried fish for 18 euros, but the agnolotti and tartare are also excellent. The coffee is really good too. Recommended.
My wife and I had a great lunch here. The fritto misto piemontese was perfectly prepared. we tried both “cardi” appetizers and they were delightful. All prepared on the spot, nice ambiance and attentive service. Glad we stumbled on this little gem.
Beautiful place to be. We stayed for lunch and that was the right choice. The drinks were delicious and the meals delicious homemade Italian food ❤️

A pleasant dinner, the dishes are well prepared and of excellent workmanship and quality, the cod was excellent but the beef steak was also excellent. The service could be improved but the oversights were compensated by their kindness. I would go back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves work and preparing good food.
Carefully prepared food and excellent ingredients! We dined from appetizer to dessert and were pleasantly surprised by every course; even the crusty bread was incredibly delicious. I absolutely recommend the pork ribs, tender and flavorful. Clean location with outdoor seating under the portico. Ample free parking (Piazza Garibaldi) available after 8 pm. The only downside is perhaps the slightly long wait, but it's worth the wait for such delicious dishes. I highly recommend it.
Delicious food, excellent composition. The bruschetta with seasoning instead of bread was truly delicious! The only downside was the wait time... I should point out, however, that it was Easter Sunday, so I would have preferred a little more organization.
