Jessie Fornaro

A small restaurant located in the fabulous Galleria Guerci in Alessandria, very close to Piazza della Libertà (the only reasonably large and always available parking lot, but it's a paid one). The restaurant is small but very well-maintained, with a minimalist style and discreet yet attentive service that sets it apart from the crowd. The restaurant also has outdoor tables, right inside the Galleria, for the warmer months. I always recommend making a reservation. The service is all female, and the head waiter pays excellent attention to the customers. Whenever the bread ran out, it was immediately refilled discreetly without disturbing the customers (the same goes for water, with the only difference being that, obviously, this was requested). Between the end of the meal and dessert, the wait staff cleaned the table of crumbs. It's the details that make the difference! The menu is small but well-proportioned. Fish is the main focus (with a few exceptions). A seafood menu that gives a nod to Neapolitan and Southern Italian traditions. The kitchen is well-organized, and the dishes all arrived promptly. I personally loved the parmigiana (I'm a huge fan), the scialatielli, the tagliatelle, and the truly high-quality raw fish. You can choose between the a la carte menu and the tasting menu (currently €80). We spent €480 for six of us. We had 14 dishes in total (including one raw fish), six desserts, two coffees (accompanied by AMAZING biscuits), and several bottles of water. The price was in line with the offerings. Overall, an excellent experience in Alessandria. DADIEGO is a little gem in a city that seems to be collapsing. These are the driving forces of a city like Alessandria. Approved, see you soon!

Dinner for four with a tasting menu. Excellence in every way, with highly competent and welcoming staff, kind and courteous, and a focus on satisfying every guest's desire. The atmosphere is modern, refined, and quiet, with pleasant background music. The cuisine is excellent, with top-quality ingredients, expertly prepared, and refined and thoughtful flavor combinations. The cuttlefish is exceptional...very fresh, perfectly cooked...as is the risotto, delicate and flavorful with grated bottarga and fried capers. Perfect cuisine, meticulously prepared, refined, and a quest for flavor...the simplicity brought to perfection by those who put passion into what they do. Thank you.........we'll definitely be back to try the raw fish.

Excellent dinner at this restaurant in the historic Galleria Guerci in Alessandria. A quiet and welcoming atmosphere where you can chat peacefully without being disturbed. High-quality food, an interesting wine list, and a very good raw fish dish, but everything I ate was excellent. What more can I say? I highly recommend it if you want to spend a lovely evening eating good fish and drinking excellent wine. The bill is slightly higher than average, but I think it's worth it; you pay for quality.

A little hidden gem. The ambiance is very refined, the dishes exquisite and beautifully plated. From what I've tried, you can see the refinement and mastery in the preparation of the dishes, all at a price everyone can afford. The portions are just right, allowing you to finish the entire tasting menu and get back to work.

It was wonderful, the place was cozy, the waitresses especially the younger one were very kind and always smiling and very charming, the chef was very kind too!! Food was so good, it's the only place I went to dinner in Alessandria and will surely come back when I get the chance to!!

A very elegant venue, with friendly and attentive staff. Dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, and the wine is also well chosen. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes.

Definitely a place worth visiting. All the dishes were very well received. Even the desserts were exquisite. Very welcoming and clean. The price was a little high, but the excellent quality deserves recognition. Recommended!

Probably the best mushroom risotto I've ever had. The steak needs some work in terms of thickness and cooking, and the appetizers are decent. The service was prompt and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean, although I don't appreciate the references to the sea in such an urban, Po Valley, and foggy setting.

The restaurant was chosen at random, so we were a bit taken aback by the prices. In fact, despite the excellent service and good food, the price was simply not justified, especially the €3 coffee. Thanks to the lady who served us. She was perfect.

Right in the center of town, in one of the city's galleries, we stopped here for a meal, especially for their seafood specialties. Overall, it was good, although my expectations were higher. Very elegant venue, excellent and very attentive service. The waiter made an excellent recommendation for the wine, which paired perfectly with the fish dishes we ordered. The amberjack tartare was very, very good, as was everything else. We've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience.
