I enjoy returning to this place from time to time, as it certainly has a long history of serving farinata, and over time, it has added much more. I'd suggest developing a more efficient communication system to meet customer expectations. Technology can help a lot! Fair prices, average quality. I personally would try using less salt...but it's better to get more feedback before committing to that. In my case, it's a matter of an emotional connection, combined with fair prices, that encourages me to stop by occasionally.

Farinata sempre buona,pizza tendente al gramo. Unica preoccupazione leggere il green pass appena messo piede dentro,con tanto di catenaccio difensivo da aprire e chiudere a cura del cliente. E con tanto di cartello "la mascherina si toglie solo al tavolo",e per mangiare vorrei ben vedere,e il tutto a pochissimi giorni dal liberi tutti. Mah......
