A historic pub in Alessandria. I haven't been there in years. Simple, quality burgers with locally sourced meats. Very good beers, and fast, friendly staff. Everything is excellent. Try the Snaps shots. A delight.

An excellent pub that's been open for about thirty years. Excellent sandwiches, select beers, and a wonderful selection of high-quality spirits. The atmosphere is always very British and friendly. They always show all the major sporting events on their TVs. Highly recommended.

Uno dei pub storici di Alessandria. Sempre piacevole passarci serate tranquille con gli amici. Molto buone le birre da accompagnare con una scelta piuttosto ampia di piatti e panini. Attrezzato per seguire le partite di calcio. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

A proper English pub, serving excellent beers, among the best in Alessandria and, unlike many, not watered down. Excellent liqueurs and non-alcoholic options quench your thirst during dinner here. Dinners can range from a simple sandwich to more elaborate hot dishes. The only flaw is the somewhat bland sandwiches. A place to spend a pleasant and informal evening with friends, enjoying an excellent beer and, why not, catching a game on Sky Sports? You can also enjoy Sky Sports and all its exclusives, and when those aren't available, you can listen to the classic music you'd hear in an English pub. The place is run by helpful and friendly staff. Prices are fair, like any other pub, and the quality, in terms of alcohol, is a cut above those of other pubs in Alessandria.

The place wins in terms of decor and overall feel, even though the tables are too close together. The food wasn't good. The waiters weren't in a good mood and were hasty and rude, unlike the people who greeted us and then served us at the register. Unfortunately, there wasn't the wide selection of beer as described.

Personale poco carino, ho preso un hot dog ma nulla di spaziale. In compenso cocktail buoni e prezzi onesti. Non fanno patatine od altri tipi di fritti.

A regular customer, I've always had a great time and spent wonderful evenings with friends, never a problem, until a rude, curly-haired lady decided to make an unsolicited and unnecessary rude comment. I've never had anything to complain about, so far; the mere thought of going back makes me uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but frankly, if the simple courtesy of saying or asking questions is lacking, it's over for me. I won't discourage you from going, as the food and drink are good, but be prepared to potentially become the victim of emotional outbursts from some individuals who are incapable of being professional at work. Extremely disappointed.
