Last night, October 17, 2025, we tried this new place (obviously for us, since it's been open for a few years now), which offers a pizza round included, and then unlimited desserts. The staff were very friendly, attentive without being pushy, and were very polite in explaining the ingredients for the pizza slices and desserts. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and above all, the pizza was cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a try. There are three payment options, differing only in the amount of drinks you buy.

I come to eat here often, about three times a week, and I've always had a great time. The lunch menu costs 10 euros and consists of a first course, a second course, a side dish, a drink of your choice (water, Coca-Cola, Fanta, etc.), a sorbet and a coffee. The portions are all really generous. Instead of bread, a sort of Arabic focaccia is served, freshly prepared and brought hot, a detail that really makes the difference. The menu changes every day, with around five first courses, five second courses and three different side dishes, thus always offering new options. The quality of the food is surprisingly high for the price, offering a perfect balance between quantity and quality and price...in fact it costs very little for what is offered. For now the best place I've been to for a truly incredible business lunch.

Giro pizza is exceptional, catering to all tastes. Pizzas with a thick crust and very well-topped (my favorite? All of them, but especially the white truffle one). The staff is friendly and helpful (from the owner to all the kitchen and dining room staff). The prices are more than fair. The spacious space is suitable for parties and families with children. Everything is excellent. I'm a regular customer, pampered and spoiled with my own reserved table. Highly recommended.

Sono stata al planet pizza a pranzo e devo dire che la pizza mi ha sorpreso, venendo dal sud non me lo aspettavo. L'impasto è molto leggero e fatto con farina di grano duro, forse un po' troppo croccante per i miei gusti. Per quanto riguarda il condimento prodotti di qualità ma a mio avviso in quantità un po' eccessive. Ho assaggiato per la prima volta la farinata ed è davvero buona e soprattutto leggera. Ve la consiglio.

They served the wrong dishes and the wrong type of pasta. The food was good, though, and we had ordered the menu with a first course, second course, and side dish, instead of the pizza round. The price was right.

Very large place with large outdoor parking. Good pizza tour with a choice of small, medium and large menu based on the drink, one of the best I've tried. Varied choice of pizzas with a nice Neapolitan crust, not to mention the panzerotto and the fried pasta... very good. Desserts so-so, some good and others not so great. Fast and friendly service and good prices for how much you eat. I recommend trying it!

Credo di non essere stato molto fortunato perché ho ordinato la pizza Cocktail telefonicamente guardando il menù su internet dove gli ingredienti erano pomodoro, mozzarella, gamberetti e rucola. Sono andato a prendere la pizza direttamente in negozio che ho trovato molto organizzato e ho aspettato pochissimo tempo (fanno anche la consegna a domicilio con un leggero sovrapprezzo), ma quando sono tornato a casa ho notato che il pomodoro e la mozzarella non c'erano. Controllando il menù cartaceo la pizza Cocktail è diversa perché ha solo la rucola e i gamberetti e non il pomodoro e la mozzarella come invece indicato su internet. Ho comunque trovato la pizza di discreta qualità.

Pizza molto buona. Comodissima l'opportunità di ordinare online ma devo dare due stelle perché molto spesso si dimenticano gli ordini, il bancomat non funziona quasi mai e la consegna non è mai puntuale. Ritardano in media di 30/40 minuti. Quasi accettabile se la consegna era prevista per le 20 ma, quando è prevista per le 21.30 e arriva alle 22.20, inizia ad essere in ritardo importante.

Ero cliente da 4 anni Pizza fredda, rovesciata dentro al cartone con ordine a domicilio e ritardo di 35 minuti. Ho trovato un pezzo di spugna o non so cosa nell’impasto. Fattorini scortesi e una volta uno di loro mi ha chiesto più soldi dei soliti due euro di consegna. Da evitare!

Pizza pessima e ingredienti di basso costo

Buongiorno, ho chiamato questa mattina per le 14.00 ho ordinato due pizze una vegetariana con bufala è crudo senza mozzarella, è una gamberi e calamari. Le ricevo dopo circa 30 minuti è: Un pelo lungo 3 cm se non di più nella pizza gamberi e calamari. i calamari bruciacchiati e insaporiti come i gamberi. La bufala che come notate in foto è gomma da masticare. È il totale è stato di 26€ Per “MANGIARE” una pizza che purtroppo è stata buttata.

Non puntuali, pizze fatte male non curate e frettolose, in più a fronte di una telefonata per sottolineare la non soddisfazione del cliente comunque fedele da tanti anni, scortesia e battute del tipo “quando siete contenti non dite che va tutto bene”. Quando il cliente è contento torna, quando non è contento almeno prenderne nota per non ricadere nelle stesse situazioni, attenzione a come si risponde ad un cliente che solleva una critica lecita e fondata.

Bocciato. Mi spiace dirlo ma la qualità è scesa e i prezzi saliti. Non lasciano MAI lo scontrino nelle consegne a domicilio, e penso sia l'unica pizzeria al mondo che fa pagare 0,40 € centesimi !! per ogni singola bustina di ketchup ( se si ordinano fritti) E trovo l' identificativo telefonico molto invadente, tipo che appena rispondono sanno già nome, cognome ed indirizzo di chi chiama, manco fossero poliziotti. La pizza è spesso unta , gommosa o bruciata. Gli ingredienti di bassa qualità.

In 50 years I have never had such a negative experience in a pizzeria or restaurant, as soon as we sat down and took off our coats we immediately felt how cold it was in the place, my friend put her coat back on and kept it all evening, after a short while 2 slices of pizza arrived but after these.... we remained starving for a long time, while other tables continued to eat oversized, our area completely ignored, so I got up and went to the counter to complain and from there we ate a little, finished with the savory pizzas and started with the sweet ones in 45 minutes they brought a small triangle, then I called from the table saying that we were completely ignored, in addition to having complained 4/5 times to the person serving, disorganized like I had never seen before, some pizzas even raw, I practically ate nervously, never again, they should really change jobs, scandalous, always in my humble opinion

I would have easily given a few more stars and some positive comments, because the pizza is basically well-made for the price. However, I wish I had eaten a few more, and perhaps the selection had been wider and more varied, given that they offer over three hundred savory and sweet varieties. I would have also said something positive about the service, but here comes the sore point. As soon as I sat down, I found a piece of chewing gum stuck to my plate, dried and with a hair, undoubtedly left by a less-than-polite customer, but I think checking and taking care of this aspect is the bare minimum for service. Then, after ordering, the service was completely absent, confusing, pizzas served every 30/40 minutes between slices, and repeated in the same way, tables other than ours were forgotten, and we, the customers, found ourselves managing the room and sending the waiters to the other tables. And let's not even talk about the rudeness and lack of attention from the staff. I absolutely understand the high-pressure nature of weekend service, but it's enough to take responsibility and not deny the evidence when faced with VERY serious problems, like being served a cold and inedible pizza with sour tomato sauce (because it's unhealthy and not fresh that day), which can send someone straight to the emergency room. We pointed this out and were dismissed with complete indifference to this very serious matter. Immediately afterward, a young woman came directly to our table and served us a pizza with arugula, cherry tomatoes (unseasoned and cold from the fridge) and potato chips from a supermarket bag, telling us to take it and hurry because she was in a hurry. We asked to speak to a manager and were told they didn't exist, but it was clearly another farce to avoid resolving the situation. When this was pointed out, tempers flared, and we were treated like rags, made to look like desperate people who had deliberately kicked up a fuss to avoid paying the bill. I'm very sorry, but I don't particularly like writing reviews like this. Usually, if I'm having a bad time, I simply don't show up again, but between risking my health and being treated terribly by incompetent people, there were all sorts of excuses to write this review. First and last time here, stay away from this place.

Let me start by saying that we're fairly regulars at this place. The service has never been excellent, but the food was good. Tonight, however, tragedy struck: as soon as we got to the table, my boyfriend's plate was covered in chewing gum, complete with hair. We had to change our plates. The place was freezing, and the food never arrived. We literally ate four slices of pizza in two hours, but that's not the worst part. The sauce was sour; I can't imagine how long it's been open, and other people have been sitting there for hours without even a single piece of food. We looked for someone to answer for, mostly because of the extremely bad sauce, but we were dismissed. We got up and found the manager, who treated us like dirt, along with other girls who had found two hairs in the dough, with the accusatory phrase: "They must be yours." The manager gave us threatening looks and rude words, never an apology, not even for a piece of chewed gum on our plate. We were told to "stop complaining, we always come anyway, why should this happen for once?", but no one here wants to end up in the emergency room. They also demanded we pay for a practically non-existent dinner, and the little we ate was probably even spoiled.

We chose this place out of curiosity, given the mixed reviews. The first pizzas were fairly average, but shortly afterward they tasted crazy and inedible. Tonight, the temperature outside was 10°C, all the warehouse windows were open; we asked several times to close them due to the cold, but they refused. Uncoordinated waiters and overall lack of organization. NOT an Italian pizzeria.

It was a scandalous evening. We were a table of 15, and they brought 8 types of pizza in 2 hours of dinner. The waitress was very rude, and managed to smear 9 of us with pizza pieces that she sent flying everywhere. To round off the evening, they brought desserts—whatever was left. There were only 10 assorted pieces for 15 people seated, a scandalous situation to say the least. If you don't know how to manage a dining room, you either change it or close it down, because otherwise you'll only make a bad impression and cause people to have a terrible evening. Furthermore, the waiters have no zest for life; smiling every now and then is important when you work in contact with the public. Obviously, we reported everything to the cashier, and not a single cent was taken off our final bill. S-C-A-N-D-A-L-O-S. Stay tuned.

It takes a bit of brains to wait tables! Pizzas always arrived near the oven, but never did. They always serve the same tables, while others either don't serve them at all or only bring one slice for the whole table! Poor quality pizzas, disorganized staff. Never again.

Unfortunately, I'm sorry to give a negative review, but my experience at this pizzeria was terrible.... Two adults and three children (Saturday, September 13, 2025). The pizzas were raw. We asked for them to be cooked properly, but it wasn't possible. We were offered to reduce the size of the pizza. The sparkling house wine (very flat) was undrinkable. It took about 10 minutes to get two glasses of wine. The waitress was helpful in finding a solution, but at that point we paid for the drinks and left... A lunch to forget...

Nothing to complain about for dinner. At lunch, the food was good for the price, but the service was terrible. Two young waitresses with chewing gum constantly in their mouths, chewing with their mouths open even when you're talking to them. You have to call them to get service because they won't even look you in the face when they pass between the tables. Then they clean the tables by spraying degreaser even though the people at the tables next to them are eating. I'd say the service is beyond poor for the reasons mentioned above.

Good evening... First of all, they made the delivery driver wait 30 minutes for 3 pizzas and 2 tubs of chips, so much so that the delivery driver called us to cancel the order after he'd already paid and was unable to do so. We also tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered any of our numerous calls. Secondly, the tubs of chips were practically empty and not as shown in the photos.

Terrible experience. During the pizza tour the waitresses always start from the largest tables, so if you are 2... You simply never get anything. When AND IF something arrives it is only one slice (so I had to eat "in shifts" with my partner) and the usual 4 flavors that no one takes. I also asked kindly if they could come by our place a little more often and the answer was the first time only "yes yes" and then bye, instead the second girl was actually attentive to us. Same thing with the sweet pizzas. In the end we got up and left hungry because after 2.30 hours that we were there, we got nervous seeing the pizzas pass in front of us and not stop. And the same thing happened with all the 2-person tables that we had around us, in fact you could see them all quite irritated. Never again
