The pizzas are excellent, made with quality ingredients. They also serve farinata. The restaurant serves both a pizzeria and an osteria (we haven't tried it). The service is good, although, like most places, there are some issues at peak times, which are overcome by the quality of the food. Prices are average.

I was in Alessandria for a few days and was worried I wouldn't be able to eat a decent Neapolitan pizza. I was wrong, this pizza is excellent!! Perfect Neapolitan style... The staff is courteous and always smiling, which is not to be underestimated these days. I recommend everyone to try it. Prices are normal.

Old-fashioned pizza, revised and improved by young Fabio, who offers a new addition every month. Definitely the best in the area. Added review from August 2021. And what can I say... forced by a strict diet that prevented me from eating pizza until further notice, I opted for a magnificent swordfish carpaccio and a superb grilled fish. I think the photos don't do the food justice. Truly good!

A simple restaurant inside, with a welcoming outdoor terrace. Very good pizza, perfectly cooked. The staff is attentive and friendly, and very attentive to their needs. Varied menu, fair prices. Located a short distance from the city center, it's easy to get to. Excellent option for an evening with friends or family.

Excellent pizza! They have a wide variety on the menu, especially the buffalo mozzarella, gorgonzola, and mushroom ones (you can tell they're not frozen). Quick service: 10 minutes and the pizza was at your table! Not to mention the friendly staff! It's a must-go every Saturday now ;)

We happened to be in Alessandria and wanted to stop for a good pizza, and based on the reviews we found on various platforms, we chose Pizzeria Studios. It was a great choice, with very friendly staff and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. You can eat inside, where there's air conditioning, or outside on the terrace. The pizza is well-rounded with toppings and excellent quality. I can say with certainty that this pizza is very good because if you wake up the next day and your mouth doesn't feel "dry," that means the dough is perfect. They have a wide selection of desserts, and if I may recommend a fantastic dessert, be sure to ask for their BABA...superlative and not at all loaded with alcohol...what more can I say...try it. And as for parking...no problem, because the street offers ample free parking, which is something not to be underestimated.

Onestamente, questa pizzeria mi ha deluso. Mi aspettavo di più dalle foto viste nelle altre recensioni, e invece l'impasto mi è rimasto sullo stomaco, e anche il mio fidantazo ha trovato la pizza un po' pesante. Mangio spesso la pizza, almeno una volta alla settimana, e cambio anche spesso ristoranti, quindi non sono una "novellina" della pizza e invece nulla da fare, questa in particolare ha fatto fatica ad andare giù! Io ho preso una margherita extra (margherita con molto pomodoro e bufala). La mozzarella buona, per il resto essendo una pizza che prometteva tanto pomodoro, mi aspettavo che fosse più gustoso e dal sapore pieno. Ho assaggiato anche la pizza del mio fidanzato, che ha trovato le patatine per nulla buone. In effetti le ho mangiate ed erano molli, come se fossero state bollite nell'olio piuttosto che fritte. Non ci siamo proprio! Io ho addirittura abbandonato le croste delle pizze che solitamente adoro mangiare, perché secche, poco porose e per nulla morbide. Per il resto, cameriera molto gentile, ambiente carino e accogliente, ma non ci tornerò più. Spero che in cucina migliorino!

After months in Asia, we just arrived in Italy and were craving a good pizza. On the way home from the airport, attracted by the good reviews, we stopped and ordered a parmigiana pizza and a diavola pizza with gorgonzola and onion. After tasting them, we asked for salt because both the tomato sauce and the dough were extremely bland. The waiter told us he'd tell the pizza chef, but we never heard anything else. Even when it came time to pay, no one asked us anything. I didn't notice all this customer service, especially considering the place had been empty since our arrival. Furthermore, the extra cost of €2.50 for gorgonzola and €1 for onion seemed excessive. Unfortunately, our hopes for an excellent pizza were dashed. What a shame. After reading your reply, I remind you that not only are the reviewers who write positive reviews telling the truth, but also those who write negative ones, which here seem to be described as unreliable. So even considering the fantasy of your statement that after two months in Asia tastes change (!!) I repeat that your pizza WAS tasteless both in terms of the dough and the tomato and that the waiter, when he brought us the salt, asked us why and that he WOULD have told the pizza chef.
