I went to the old Asmara trattoria ages ago, and I struggled to find the new one. Let's just say that little has changed compared to the old one. The food is always excellent and reasonably priced. It's practically family-run and local, and in some places it feels like a home, or rather, a corner of the house where you can pile up things. The bathrooms were, unfortunately, a bit dirty. I'm generous with the stars because the owner is very nice and cooks very well. There are some things that could be improved.
It's a very special place. A dive into another dimension of space and time. Traditional, simple, and abundant cuisine at a reasonable price. It's not refined or fancy, but it's sincere. It's an environment that deserves to be experienced for its authenticity, as if it were... your aunt's house... A place reminiscent of 70s trattorias, a nice atmosphere, slightly small chairs, the price is average, each dish varies from 8 to 12 euros, a dinner for two including dessert is around 40 euros.

We had a lovely evening. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food and drinks were good. Large portions. The place was packed, even on weekdays. Fair prices. Congratulations!
Simple trattoria.... normal food.... excellent prices. Fast and attentive service. I paid 15 euros for a first course... main course... dessert and coffee. Not bad considering today's high cost of living.
Una trattoria dove mangiare un pranzo di lavoro dignitoso. Non so se,come amano definirla loro, la cucina sia proprio piemontese. Ma magari il fatto che si trovi in Piemonte, basta a definirla tale. In ogni caso le penne all'arrabbiata e la bistecca alla milanese con qualche verdurina di contorno a gusto dello chef che ha fatto tutto da solo, che ho mangiato io, erano discrete. La cameriera al tavolo molto gentile e sorridente. Le cinque stelle sono per lei.
Trattoria molto, ma molto alla buona in un ambiente piuttosto passato. Piatti semplici che si rifarebbero alla tradizione !!! Per un pasto di lavoro e... se vi accontentate !!!...va anche bene... diversamente... guardate oltre. Qualità/prezzo bassa/sufficiente. Personale e gestore molto gentili e cordiali.

I struggle, and quite a bit, to find anything good about this place, other than the kindness of the waitress. As soon as I walked in, I was transported back 40 years. The atmosphere and cuisine are reminiscent of the 1980s. The portions are generous, but the food is bland and tasteless. I like simple, home-style cooking, but here they overdo it. The prices are good, but in line with what's on offer. Not recommended.
