Very unprofessional manager was very snippy when asking for sauces for my orders I guess that they take the sauces out of employee wages! That can be the only reason for her treating me very poorly the way that she did I will not be going back to this location again! If you are a manager less judgement and more taking care of the customers should be your ultimate priority!

its not that hard to read the ticket and put the food in the bag. for some reason this Popeyes finds this task extremely difficult to perform. then they argued with me telling me drinks don't come with the combo. so i take the bag and the drink which was wrong unsweetened apple cranberry tea not it had enough sugar to sendm me into a diabetic coma. head home open the bag 3 out 4 pieces of chicken where Wrong. order 4 thigh combo received 2 breast, 1 leg, 1 thigh . then I ate and opened the app to let Popeyes know about there incompetent crew the chat is run by A.I. no matter what subject you pick for sub par service the app wants a picture of the meal. of course you can't tell A.I. the meal has been eaten already so I gave up. but heads up. go to the Popeyes at the truck stop on I40 it has to be better.

Ordered two 12 pc wings and a few other items through grubhub and they only sent me 9 wings on one of the 12 pcs. Not including the wing issue they also only sent me one ranch container for 24 wings. I should've just gone in person to make sure my whole order was correct.

Order drom uber eats buy one get one free 4pcs signature chicken and the free one was stale and old! Very disappointed! If you dont want to give free chicken away dont have a sale!

Ordered the 16 piece family meal through the website. Got a call saying they were out of chicken. How are you out of regular chicken at the beginning of the dinner rush!? They replaced the regular chicken with tenders and they were the poorest excuse for tenders I’ve ever seen. I’m done with Popeyes

Maybe it's just the times that I decide to go to this location, but within the last two weeks they don't EVER have no damn chicken ready and this last time (today) I ordered a family meal waited 20 minutes only to find out the hadn't even dropped my order. What a waste of space I don't know why I even gave them another chance.. Throw the whole damn store away

I installed the app and preordered and payed.. thinking it would speed things up. Boy was I wrong because we waited in drive thru for over 30mins! Then we finally got to the window and our order STILL wasn't ready! So we sat another 10mins and we saw we were missing an item but there was no way we were going back to wait again! IV never waited so long on fast food! Then there were bones in the boneless wings and the Mac and cheese was basically inedible! Paid over 7$ for large side of what looked like runny cheese soup.. almost no 'mac' just cheese... I love cheese but this wasnt something I could eat.. I tried! The fries had been sitting but that was only thing I could eat out of a 35$order! Won't be back... Truly terrible experience...

These workers were extremely rude closed the window on our face when we were asking for our drinks that they forgot... then took forever to give us our food and the caramel apple cheesecake looks atrocious i will not be eating looks vile.

Ordered on the mobile app. They made me pull forward in the drive thru, which is fine. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. People have parked and gone inside and walked out with food before me. This is the only time this has happened, but I’m angry.

Went here yesterday and they are beyond rude at the window . I literally ordered the popcorn shrimp and wings and were told to pull up and wait . We waited 20 MINUTES as I counted 6 cars get their food and leave . Finally they brought it out and we drove off. Later figured out there were no napkins, shorted us fries , I didn't dare go back and ask for anything for fear of them being rude again. Oh and the most important part shame on you Popeyes as a company for not buying deveined shrimp ,we were literally eating shrimp poop !!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. I will NEVER eat at Popeyes again if this is the way they treat their customers, chik fil a and canes love their customers and the quality and service is evident.

We went there at 10:30 to pick up an online order. Our chicken was extremely dry and old as well as our sides. The macaroni and cheese had cheese that wasn't even melted. If I were you I would go somewhere else.
