Subway is always a great healthy option especially compared to the other options on the north side.

They wanna call this a melt this is a regular 12” sandwich… they need to learn there menu and the girl that answered the phone said she’s the manager after trying to hang up on me. Rudest ppl ever and this is why I never go to these ppl!

Was my first time ordering there I ordered online so it can be ready to just pick up. Theres two male workers there I told one of them kindly I’m here to pick up an order and the way he responded was so rude. so I told the other associate that was there doing nothing just standing at the register that I’m here to pick up an order and the other associate raised his voice and said “I’ll give it to you “.The entire time my order was just sitting there at the register they just made me wait for no reason. When they gave me my order I told him I want to buy some cookies too and he rolled his eyes at me. I hope the manger does something about those two male rude associates they don’t even greet people. They don’t even deserve a 1 star!
Both employees one male and female that was making the sandwiches were basically rationing what they would put on the sandwich. Seemingly unwanting to go the extra mile for the customer, I wasn’t asking for an absurd amount of meet or vegetables but at least a bit extra to even out the amount of bread. She put literally 6 thin slices of bell pepper and when I asked for extra she put 3 more. They used to have good employees and feed people well. Now i guess they must be running out of funds for their product .
This place is okay if you walk in and order your sandwich so you can watch them make it. Several times I've ordered online for pickup, and they always skimp out on the meat. If you order regular amount of meat, you hardly get any. If you order 1 1/2 amount of meat, you'll get the regular amount. If you order double amount of meat, you'll get 1 1/2 amount. Don't order online. I don't ever order more than the regular amount of meat from other Subways because they give me what I pay for. The only reason I ordered 1 1/2 or even double, is to make sure I get more than just vegetables and bread from this Subway. Other Subways I've ordered online don't scam like this one does.
I am disappointed I went with about an hour and 15 minutes left and there was only 2, 6 inches and 2 foot long non of them was what we wanted they didn't put the stickers to keep it closed so when we made it home there was a huge mess like I said we didn't get anything we actually wanted. How the hell are you supposed to serve customers with literally no breed. I'm actually very pissed. And while we where there they where literally putting everything up we where already out of there before 8pm and they had put literally everything up they still had an hour. If this is how the location is ran then your losing a ton of paying customer's. If me or anyone I know did what they did and closed up over an hour early we all would have lost our jobs this is the 2nd time where we have been very unhappy with everything. To be truthful I will be calling and talking to the manager tomorrow. This isn't okay and if y'all don't close at 9 and it's 8 when y'all actually close then you need to change the hours online. Also I didn't get avocado because they didn't have any and made if Obvious that they weren't going to get any. It seemed like they just didn't want to do there job.

OK I went to subway off of amarillo blvd and mirror st.when I go in the lady is right off the bat rude everytime I go in she is I tell her I have a coupon.The coupon states buy a footlong and drink get a footlong free she says um ok what kind of bread I tell her she says ok and makes it and tells me ok that's it I said no we get a free one so she huffed a little and starts with the second as I go and pay I tell the other girl I have this coupon she says um ok scan it then rude also I scan it and she still charged me full price on the sub that's supposed to be free when I ask the other older lady I say um she charged me full price and it's suppose to be one free she says um ok I guess I don't know when I showed her the same coupon first when I arrived.she shook her head and tells me I don't know why kept the coupon anyways we are supposed to keep these like it's my fault I think it's the employees fault if she knows to keep it so she said ok you paid 19 something right as she has my recipt in her hand like duh yes so she says ok I guess we owe you 6 something back then she shoved the money at me and walks away.i won't go to this subway ever agin!!!!!!
I work as a first responder and we are posted near this location everyday. Trying to get something quick and healthy has made Subway a frequent option for us. We have eaten at several Subways all over town and get impeccable customer service. This Subway however, has absolutely terrible customer service. The way the employees treat customers had me leave in the middle of my order and choose to go hungry rather than be treated and talked to like dirt. We all have bad days and I know we are all human but it was excessively demeaning and rude. My partner at work went in the next week and was given attitude and mocked for the ingredients he chose for his sandwich. If anyone with any authority at this location sees this it would behoove you to evaluate your employees behavior for the sake of your business.
Me and my family live 4 blocks from the one on Amarillo boulevard & Mirror st. We have been loyal customers of subway for years. Until the one on the Blvd hired the Spanish lady manager which is so rude , obnoxious and very disrespectful that we chose to totally stop eating subway entirely..and to top it off no mask and laughing about customers as they walk out the door
They were not the most friendly. They were out of white bread and black olives. And it was not a very clean environment. Lettice was a little brown on the edges. Pickles and cucumber slices were dried out. Would not recommend this location
I was told they were out of bread and they were being very rude and just wanted us out as quick as possible because it was almost time to close. Horrible service! I will NEVER be back to this one!

I asked if the bread was dry? The response was "it's all the same". Driest bread I've ever had. No bathroom. Horrible experience!
Got my two foot long sandwiches wrong. I came back to get it fixed they fixed one sandwich and didn't have the stuff to fix the other. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't let me get a refund for that one. Instead they gave me half a sandwich with bacon and random veggies that I didn't ask for.
Didn't participate in national Veteran's Day sub.
Lady was very rude screaming at me on the phone didn't even put chicken in in my chicken salad or bacon on my husband's will not order from there again..
