I was waiting inside on New Year’s Eve (and double whammy the OSU game) for my online order when I overheard the manager (Julio, I believe?) take a call from an irate customer. Basically sounded like the customer ordered online, but typed in the wrong address. Based on the managers responses on the phone, the customer was not happy that it was going to take some time to get another order out given the circumstances of the evening. He handled the phone call with great professionalism and remained calm. Oh, and our pizzas and Parmesan bites were delicious and made right on time, as always!
Great fast service, ordered 2 pizzas and a salad for delivery at 5:26pm and they were in the oven at 5:29pm! The delivery driver Christopher was super friendly and pleasant, pizzas were hot and fresh thank you!
Ordered a pizza tonight on 12/14 in the freezing weather and the young lady who delivered it called me multiple times to make sure i received my order!! What a great employee! Food tastes great also! Thank you!

Our first time stop at this location during work , our pizza was just got off the oven, taste delicious we love that Alfredo sauce, pizza love it.. the were very nice to my husband and polite.
Always get what I ask for. Some drivers don't look at the delivery instructions. But some go far and beyond. Michael was an exceptional delivery driver and communicated well. Apologized delivered right at the nick of time at the hour of closing on a holiday just to ensure no customer gets left without their meal and communicated pretty professionally. S+ This is real people out here doing their best to survive and doing what needs to be done and what's more real than a worker willing to deliver pass 12 on a holiday to ensure the customers satisfaction.
Domino's really stepped up their game with their updated quality and taste. This store has the best employees and food in Lorain County, in my opinion. One driver in particular, Beth, is great. Always friendly and courteous. I've noticed, yes we call there a lot, a new order person. Allison. She's very nice, which is sometimes hard to find when calling any place for food.
Greek style food, pick each ingredient, make a bowl, or a wrap. We waited a long time for fries, finished main order before we got our fries. After sometime I went back to give Rachel’s another try. Several friends told me they Loved ❤️ their food. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki in a bowl.🍲The staff was friendly and explained each ingredient that I asked about. I am glad I went back, the Chicken Souvlaki is was good. 😋
The food is great, but there is no consistency in the quality of taste. One day, the food may be very fresh and taste outstanding, but another day, the food may be off a little. I would ask to try a small piece of protein before purchasing since it's hit or miss. But overall, I give Rachel's 4 out of 5 stars.
Came for lunch today and I'm only giving 3 stars because the gyro meat we had in our gyros was way over cooked and salty, to where some of it was little charred pieces. All the veggies were fresh, the place was clean and staff was friendly. We ordered 2 gyros and a side of Greek fires and it came to $32, a little much but would have been worth it had the gyro meat not been overcooked.
Online order a veggie bowel. Which should have peppers and onions. And I get neither. I got a bowel with rice and a few veggies for $18 what a waste of money
Love this place usually order twice a week but haven’t in a while. I work in the restaurant business myself and know times are tough but wow have they downsized. Receive half a rice bowl. I received one scoop of rice , , ,one chicken, and very little of everything else. When I made a comment they said this was standard. I then asked for the fountain drink and got this size. $15 for this is insane. Really hoping it was the workers that are this bad and not the restaurant.
As much as I love Rachels I cannot afford to eat here anymore for the quality and portions have dropped significantly. Almost $18 for a bowl that isnt even full. With the amount of options of other local takeout places including other Mediterranean places I might have to drop Rachels.
Ordered for the food to be ready at 635 for it to pop up at 645 that it was finally done. To get inside for the fries to be super soggy like they had sat for 30 mins. To look in the bag to find no dressings (or the extra dressing I paid more for) in the bag. I don't blame the employees the 2 girls running around like maniacs on a Friday night must have been awful for them and the amount of orders they probably had.
Service and customer service has been down lately. I don’t know if the workers are stressed but taking it out on the patrons is not a very good look. All it takes is to sympathize with one another so that both ends have a good ending. Common courtesy goes a long way. When your talked at instead of two can definitely have oneself feeling disrespected. That’s not the best feeling because you treat and speak to adults with respect as adults. I’m very dissatisfied with how customer service was conducted this evening. In hopes for continued training to create progress for positive outcomes in the future!
Consistently inconsistent. Ordered online for in-store pickup. No sauces on either bowls. Paid for double protein, chicken and gyro. Only received gyro and it was a laughable amount. I wish this was a one off occurrence, but it isn't. Rachel's food is amazing, but I'm always hesitant to recommend it to anybody, bc you never know what you are going to get. Quality has tanked as more locations open.
Ordered my food online. 1. Food didn’t come with a lid. It was wrapped up with aluminum foil. 2. Food came in a plastic bag (not the Rachels bag.) 3. No silverware, napkins, or sauce was provided. 4. Bowl was barely full. Zero stars! Terrible!!!!!
We love coming here to get food but this is the second time they have forgotten my dressing. The first time I picked them up but I'm not driving 20 minutes to pick up dressing that should of been in the bag. I called and I got told they can't do anything for me but be more careful next time. I don't think I'm going back for awhile.. Well we went back tonight after 5 months of not going well, I ordered steak and got chicken, neither one of the salads had cheese. The fries are nasty and look like they have been sitting for awhile. I called to tell them about us getting chicken instead of steak. There answer was they had no steak in the building. I asked why they didn't say anything when it was picked up and he had no answer for that. I will no be going back here. I am done with the food not being what I ordered and then them not doing anything about it.
ONE star for the sloppy wrap that you employee made for the 4th time in 2 weeks. The manager said it is hard to hire good employees. Train them, you have good food but I will not be back because of the poor attention to detail that your employees have at this location. The attitude of I am wasting thier time coming in today; is a waste of my time, money and business.
So i did like this place. Always get the same thing everytime. This was my bowl i got today. Absolutely ridiculous. Had someone pick it up for me so theu had no idea how much was supposed to be in there bit this is getting really cheap with prices going up.
I went in at 150 pm and it was dead. Got my food and it looked good! However, the food was the worst it’s ever been. I have gotten hard rice from Rachel’s in the past and I just figured it was an off day but this time!!! YUCK! In addition to that, the tzatziki was disgusting. Like the only thing I could think of is the smell of a dirty mop but in your mouth! I gagged! This place is going down hill! Also, i understand covering the food but doing it with metal lids so the customers can’t view it to see what looks fresh is odd. Rachel’s bowls are not cheap and I am so disappointed that this is what I was served despite it “looking good”.
HORRIBLE experience. I ordered Greek fries with chicken; Everytime I order it, I’m charged a different price. This particular time, the young girl working charged me for 3 sides, to account for the chicken I guess; then refused to give me a refund when I felt like I was overcharged. I ended up speaking with Management at a different location & got a refund. Never again at Niagara Falls Blvd.
Hello, I had a horrible express at Rachels at 1395 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226. I had to call the original location to get assistance. The manager overcharged me after being very nasty to me. He charged me $8 for extra meat (the receipt said 16oz of chicken) He was very rude very disrespectful, and not willing to help. I hadn't left the store yet or opened my food I called the original Rachels on main street right away and the lady at the original Rachels location was very supportive!!!. The other worker at Niagara falls blvd location even said "yeah he shouldn't have charged you that much" They wanted me to leave the food and recipe and stated I would get a refund in 2 weeks !!!! and that didn't sound right to me. When the manger first cashed me out he didn't even tell me how much the order was I had to ask but only to see on my receipt he charged me $8 dollars extra on top of my 14.99 bowl when extra meat is usually$3-4 dollars . i would leave a 0 if i could .... the lady from the orginal Rachels said she would contact cooperate.... why is there no customer service number and the email online doesn't work for customer service either
We ordered and were waiting for them to charge us and the lady at the counter had an issue, some guy came in and literally punched the system aggressively and that kinda spooked us. I hate the fact that they can’t communicate properly with the customers as well. And the food was mid!
I walked in to pick up my pizzas I ordered from the app. The woman behind the counter began yelling,barking and speaking roughly at me. I won't tolerate it, I walked out and left the food there. Her apron said Alejandra or something. Extremely rude.
First time ordering from this place and it is the last ordered wings and there's barely any sauce on this I can see why a lot of people hate their food thought I'd give him a chance no chance in hell I ever recommend just tried another Wing it's greasy as hell more grease than there is sauce before a manager or the owner replies just save it
Ordered 3 pizzas from this location, upon arriving was greeted by a rude manager( lady ) When asked for napkins and plates I was told we are out of it. It’s not a big deal if you run out of stuff but the way it was said as if I am asking them for a huge favors. Last time ordered will never order from here again.
We ordered 2 pizza's and when arrived we were told they forgot to make the second one but the other one was sitting there so we were told it would be a 15 min wait, so I asked if the other one that was sitting there could be made fresh and was told unfortunately no but since we hadn't paid yet we didn't have to purchase either. And because of the attitude we left after getting a REFUND because we had paid already.
First, you can't do special orders online, and when you call this particular store on Broadway in Lorain you do not get the store, you get someone else who knows nothing about the place you're trying to place your order with, and they will not take specific orders either, they put me through to the store after rudely telling me you have too many special orders then the store told me he wasn't allowed to take any orders. So, I went back online and just ordered what I wanted the way it comes, which was a very big disappointment! Our steak sandwiches had what looked like one thin slice of steakum crumbled up on it, and the bun was so over toasted that the cheese was hard. The pizza was a new one they just started doing, we ordered a small which was almost bare which was supposed to have several toppings, it was supposed to be thin crust but they sent thick crust. We will never go back there, and the worst part is that before this place opened downtown we always ordered directly to the store in Amherst and never had any problems, however since this place opened Amherst doesn't deliver to us anymore, so unless we have time to pick-up looks like we will be using Pizza Hut who always gets their orders right at least!
I have never been so furious with the type of customer service I received from the store manager Julio. He is very unprofessional and clearly has an ego complex, when our conversation wasn’t clearly getting resolved, I asked for the owners name so that I can later rely my concerns with the hopes that he would understand my frustrations. Surprisingly he refused and said he’s the only person I would have to speak to and he would not give me his bosses name. Luckily Michelle, who was very kind, took the time to listen and answer my questions. I hope for this Domino’s, future customers should not have to be subjected to this type of behavior especially when we’re spending our hard earned money to support your franchise.
I placed an order online at 5:45pm and it said estimated delivery time was 6:00. I instructed him to call upon arrival at my apartment and after 30 minutes I went was on my way to check the front entrance and a neighbor said it was left on the FLOOR between the doors. I always tip big but nobody ever called me to say it was there. Needless to say, pizza was cold. Hope you enjoy your nice tip.
My last three orders have been completely messed up I don't want to keep getting a free pizza next time I would just like to have the pizza I ordered the first time done right please get your game together it's a shame there's plenty to complain about but I don't want to get into that I just want to order a pizza and have it delivered in a timely manner and be correct it's all I'm asking for not asking for anything else this was the pizza I got not the pizza on ordered it was to be a deluxe nothing deluxe about this pizza
The drivers are always punctual and friendly-- I've no complaint with them. My issue is with the actual product being sold. Time and time again my orders have been messed up by this location. I was forgiving the first few times-- I got credit back for my pizzas. But I've reached the point where enough is enough. It's not even major issues-- just the PIES being made wrong. And I understand this is a location with a high turnaround staff-wise, but that's no excuse. The pizza should be made how it's ordered-- with the right sauce and toppings. If someone can't handle that level of responsibility, they either need to be retrained or put in another position. Because OBVIOUSLY this one isn't working out. I doubt I'll be ordering from them in the future. I'll take my business elsewhere.
