They were very busy. The young lady, who appeared to be the shift manager was a gem. She and the crew hustled to keep up, but we're extremely pleasant and my kudos to them. Food was hot and fresh.

Food is what you'd expect. (Way better than the surrounding Chinese take out) 🤢. Customer service is above expectations. Lily sets the bar in customer service and overall courtesy. All the servers as well as the staff preparing the food are excellent @ the food and accommodating orders.

Food was cooked well, everyone enjoyed their respective entrees. Way better than my local stores in Upland/RC area. Drive thru, which I'd never seen at a Panda. Brown rice available (though not shown in online ordering).

One of the places I go to 1-2 time a a week for lunch. Never had any issues with the food…always has been good. Staff does a good job keeping the restaurant clean and food fresh and available.

I visited this location at about 8:00pm on 3/9/24 and I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious, but I came here to give a shout out to the customer service at this location. Every single employee here is such a kind hearted person. Upon entering I was greeted with a very warm friendly environment even though it was pretty busy, then I received my food (a huge ridiculous order, that no one complained about and were super patient with me.) I went to get in my car to find it wouldn't start. Long story short, the Manager and 2 wonderful employees went above and beyond to help me with my car situation. I can not thank you all enough, every single one of you is awesome and you all restored my faith in humanity ❤️ your kindness meant the world to me.

I ordered fried rice and looks and tasted like white steam rice, and they barely gave me ant chicken with my green bean chicken item 😑😐😒. If I wasn't at work, I would have taken it back.

A few weeks ago my mom was trying to get a high dollar order for a group function on line. She then tried it on her phone because she couldn't figure it out. She called and talked to the manager. Today panda express hosted a fundraiser for Trail Life....im so impressed with how they managed their time and keeping up with the demand! There were so many customers inside the store and in the drive thru I've never seen the place so packed and yet they were able to keep up with both functions without a hitch! The food was as good as ever and we were completely satisfied with the quality and service. The manager was on point!

I love Panda Express in general but this one is very nice as well. it is very easily accessible from the highway which makes stopping and getting a bite easy. The only reason it was marked down is because it always seems to be out of something when I come in lol.

5 main dishes we're not full. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be waited on and customer service rep thought I was annoying her while I was waiting. How dare me be a customer finally when the main dishes were full I was able to get my order and leave.

Like it more than the last time I posted after a visit. Nice people and good service. After the remodel I'm sure it'll look better than it already does. Try dining in a check it out !

My friend told me this one in Apple Valley was better than the one in Victorville near her house. They greeted us when we came in the door and we felt welcomed. One of the dishes that we wanted was pretty close to the tail end and they offered to cook up a fresh batch and bring it to our table. They also gave us the option of starting on our meal with the hot food being brought out when it was ready. We chose to wait for the entire meal. It was hot temperature wise, not quite spicy enough for me, but both the orange chicken and the fried beef, sorry I don't remember the name, were crisp and tasted fantastic. I thought their chow mein was a little Bland so I added some spice to it.

I love Panda Express, and I will never hold it to "real Chinese Food"standards..... So yes, it gets 4 stars for being good tasting fast food. I docked a star for this location due to the number of times they've gotten my order wrong or given me low quality food. I almost want to put only 3 stars for this reason.... It happens probably every other time.

Love the Panda Express, the only reason they didn't get five stars is everytime the wife and I visit, they never seem to have enough orange chicken or Beijing beef, so we always have to wait. I know the servers see when that stuff is running low. How hard is it for them to think ahead before they run out and tell the cooks to start making some more? Just a little more attention to detail and they would have 5 instead of 4 stars. Great fast food eats!!!!

Originally i have this restaurant a low rating but in all fairness they did redeem themselves so i have edited my review. I have not personally visited this particular restaurant as i use them to deliver to my GF while she's at work. And do a decent job and she loves their food.

I have always like Panda Express. I just really wish they would cook the fried rice better the way it should be. It's like some of the fried rice isn't cooked good enough to even be called fried rice. Some of the fried rice is dried out to much and comes with hard bunches of it together shouldn't be like this.

Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is good. It seemed like a madhouse when I went in to pick up my order, but I was greeted with a smile and my food was hot and ready to go. I got orange chicken, some sort of shrimp, noodles, veggie rolls, and cream cheese filled wontons. They were all terrific and the entire meal for two was under 15 dollars. They were, unfortunately, out of sweet and sour sauce, which is essential for wontons. That’s like a burger place being out of ketchup, but it’s all good because I had some sweet and sour sauce at home 😎.

Please just take beef & broccoli off the menu or call it a vegan dish cuz it's basically all broccoli & it's irritating! Like...why not just make it a premium item like they did the walnut shrimp & gone ahead & give up the appropriate portions! It makes no sense to have this item in the menu, then be that stingy with it! Anyways, the honey walnut shrimp is good. That's what I usually order, with cream cheese thingies & a egg roll

Today date is November 16 2021 Me my daughter met for lunch .. Door !! Locked sign please use drive thru ! Knocked on door im told they are understaffed... Ok this is 5th time .. this location is missing good management skills... and having on call help .. Yes we jumped in my vehicle went thru drive thru ..had we more time .. I would of left went spent our money else where.... If you don't handle understaffed issues This location will close ....

Rico made our order correctly. It was slightly frustrating that they made walk in customers wait for 10-15 minutes when there was zero line. They have so many door dash/delivery companies picking up they seem to neglect the customers standing there in front of them.

There food comes in a three section foam container. Your Noodles or Rice go in the biggest section and they'll over fill that one but when it comes to your other items. Orange chicken, Broccoli beef, and so on they make sure it stays in the small little sections and not a piece more. You go there cause the food is good. But the Price is high for what you get and it just keeps goin up.

They were backed up had to park and wait 10 mins and they served 2 ppl that parked after us before serving us (we assume they ordered something tgat was ready and we didnt). Also they chow mien was huge disappointment (no flavor & dry) which was a 1st for us! Overall the service and food was mediocre.

This was my first time getting food at this location and I was very very disappointed. Everything was cold and tasted old, and so salty, my egg rolls tasted like soy sauce and salt. Not sure how you can mess up a franchise food but they did .

Online ordering was easy. Food ready on time. Would have been 5 stars but my Teriyaki Chicken had NO sauce so just cut up chicken. The only container remotely filled was the rice and you can't request chop sticks online. Have to ask when picking up. Customer service was good as well.

Service by "Alure" was poor. The food was warm not hot. The broccoli & beef had a bad taste, so to be safe I didn't eat it. I requested four packets of hot sauce and received three soy sauce six sweet & sour sauce plus two hot sauce.

While the entree was good, it was a very small serving compared to similar places. The rice or chow mein are just average. My wife's entree was cold.

The food was fresh, but the one thing I’ve been noticed about them is their chow mein has mostly cabbage and just some noodles, it’s one of the main reasons I stop going there. The walnut shrimp is my fav, but they really need to step it up with the chow mein they might as well call it fried cabbage with crispy noodle.

The food looked good and tasted good with the exception of it was WAY TO SALTY! Let the customer salt there own the way they want. Some cooks go way overboard salting the food they prepared...! And that was the Case this time...sadly!

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken bowl to go. Asked for sauce on the side. They asked if I wanted fried or white rice. I said white. No sauce and a few pieces of chicken. Waste of 6 dollars

Decided to get Chinese for lunch today. I got the plate with half fried rice and half chow mein noodles for the side and for entrees I got the new honey sesame chicken and Beijing beef. The fried rice is good. The noodles is a little burnt and super dry. The Beijing beef is decent with a bit of sweetness but no spice as advertised. The honey chicken is okay, a hint of subtle honey flavor but the lacking the veggies, and the few that I did have is over cooked and wilted. Both entrees are suppose to have a crispy outer coating which I love when it’s fresh. But I must have gotten a batch that’s been sitting because they were both pretty soggy by the time I picked it up. Overall, with the online order discount code HONEYISBACK for $3 off $5 purchase, can’t beat the price for a decent lunch that will fill you up.

Food is trash compared to the Panda Express on BV and AV road. The food here is always hard or not available or lacking flavor. Hence why I don’t order from here anymore.

This is the slowest location I have EVER been to! I've been coming here for years, and it's always the same. Just figured would let other people know.

I'm sorry but I just can't do this place anymore. It used to be good and one of my favorite places to get take out for my family. But like so many other places the portions and the quality have just really gone down the hill. I don't know what they've done with their rice but it is like eating dry paint That's peeled off a wall it's just horrible even the steam rice isn't nowhere near what it used to be. It just seems like everything has sort of the same flavor which is not much and unless you get something super spicy you really can't describe what you're eating if you're not looking at it. They have this absolutely Bland packaged teriyaki sauce that is just truly horrible. The sweet and sour sauce is right behind it with literally no flavor. They used to have really great chicken egg rolls and those have just changed as well I don't know what's inside of them but it's like chewed up dog food rolled in a egg roll wrapper. The only thing I still like are the little spring rolls those are still pretty good but as far as everything else it is outrageous to eat there and if you don't eat it the second you get it when it's piping hot forget it it absolutely doesn't reheat because everything is already overcooked dry nasty and just covered in sauce that nobody wants anyways... I have gone back three times in the last 6 months just to check and see and make sure it wasn't just a random bad experience but unfortunately no it's a consistent bad experience. I feel sorry for the people who work there. The drive-thru and people always seem like they wish they weren't there. I dont know how they're in business honestly. There are some great places for Alternatives such as Ono Hawaiian BBQ.

Food portion depends on employees working. Some give you as usual, others give you like they're paying for it. Although the flavors are always Good the amount of food portion is a hit or miss.

I come here alot and normally everything is great. This last month I've been going here I've had to wait 30 min in the drive thru each time. And every time there is only a few cars.

This place is a hit or a miss.... but yesterday was a bit much. I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 mins. Then had to deal with an older oriental lady. Who clearly had no experience in fast food. After having issues with her and not even making a problem. She turned around and asked ,"why I was giving her dirty looks." She was intentionally trying to provoke me. Instead of just worry about getting my order correct. Also i've been a server and not once was I confrontational with a customer. My mindset is maybe you're having a bad day, maybe you're just a mean person, etc. I don't care and I know I cant change anybody. Just do your job and enjoy doing it or find a new one. I suggest going to Golden Chopstix j/s.

I am a regular at this location because its on the way home from work. I try to order online through the app because the drive thru in this location is insanely slow. Sometimes there are no cars in line and you just drive up to the speaker box, like you would normally do at any drive thru. I have to say that 90% of the times, I am politely greeted but am still asked to wait before I can order. I have timed it a few times and I have waited anything from 1-3 minutes just in front of the speaker box. Then you wait an eternity to get your food. If you are unlucky and you fall behind a long line of cars, plan to wait around half an hour to get your food. Hopefully they get the wait times in check. Food is good, just like Panda Express should be.

Your food has more celery and onions than meat. I've asked countless times when they make black pepper chicken JUST FOR ME to NOT ADD extra pepper. It burns my mouth and I have to pick out onions and celery and throw away and wipe off extra pepper. Bad dentist pulled all my top teeth and for now can't chew a lot of things. By the time I do that food is cold and not much left to eat. Then I have to pick out cabbage I can't eat. Why can't you put more meat in it and leave off pepper. YOU ARE NOT changing the recipe, just leaving off little pepper. Not sure if I'll go back. Had cheese Rangoons that were so old and rubbery I couldn't eat. Pretty sad when I spend almost 10.00 for dinner and so little I can eat, still hungry when I'm done and have to make eggs or soup to eat. Don't know why I waste my time with you...nothing good comes of it. dee

Went through drive thur. They did not get my order right. Missing items and the Beef and broccoli were undercooked with the white rice. The beef was not breaking apart after chewing on it. 🤮

Had two cars in front of drive thru. They priotize inside customers so it's currently taken about 25 minutes and we're still sitting out front waiting for orange chicken... Worst panda express. I only received 5 pieces of orange chicken on my plate. The fried rice taste like white rice with a small amount of butter. The onions in the rice are still raw. The chow mein is bland.

In the last year or so Apple Valley Commons food is subpar. Today the orange chicken tastes like vinegar chicken. I'm done being dissatisfied so I'll be going to Jess Ranch instead.

Pass this one by. I ordered the new steak and shrimp and pepper steak with steamed rice on the side. The hostess said "I don't know what means". Then I ordered Beijing beef plate. Got home discovered the beijing beef was not there. Called the restaurant...was told "well you weren't charged for it" so that's suppose to make it better? Still had to leave home and drive to get another dinner. Not going back

The ONLY reason I am giving this Panda Express even one star is because we DID receive our food. However, they stood and argued that the online order I placed must have gone to another store. Even after showing the confirmation email with their address and confirmation number, they engaged the manager expressing unbelief. When they finally got around to making our food, the wantons were burnt, the orange chicken was almost dry, and they never apologized, never tried to accommodate us in any way. AT LEAST APOLOGIZE! I am taking my business back to Jess Ranch. THAT Panda is way better.

Ordering pickup is for the convenience and speed. I shouldn't have to order pick up, wait 10 mins for someone to acknowledge I am waiting, and then proceed to make my order. I might as well just order in person. Get it together Panda It shouldn't take 30 mins in total to make my pickup order

Is the a common occurence across all locations in the Southern California area? The supervisor in black is always talking unrelated job chat on the headset while they are serving you, you have to wait almost five minutes to be waited on, and the main register is always broken, they have to process your payment at the drive thru, and the supervisor/associate hasn't a clue how to process a simple gift card transaction. What's up with the people they hire??

The food was disgusting. I'm a big Panda fan and I understand certain pandas don't cook like other ones but this one is just in a league of its own. Sometimes you don't get the right portion you get more rice and very little of your other entrees. Last time I ate there the chicken was raw. I cooked it longer when I got home. I called to complain and the people that were there just didn't care. I know maybe $20 worth of food isn't a lot to them but twenty bucks is twenty bucks. They won't let you slide for $0.10 or even a penny why should I let them slide for $20 worth of food that was not acceptable. Needless to say I did get a refund but that was only because I had to push for it until I was able to speak to manager. won't be going there anymore.

Ordered a bowl with orange chicken in the drive through and the lady rung it up as beef/broccoli, I corrected the order with her and still received a beef and broccoli when I got home. Was told it’d be 20 minutes to wait for white rice? I’ve never seen a panda need 20 minutes for white rice and on top of that the lady at the drive through counter was very rude. When I said I didn’t want to donate my change she became rude, I suspect that’s why our beef and broccoli barely had any beef in it

Went through the drive-thru today ordered two Cub meals for the grandkids and didn't get what I ordered they don't like beef broccoli they like orange chicken wow you really made our day you lazy incompetent woman at the drive-thru! I visited Panda Express today. Through drive thru. My food is horrible the rice is under cooked. I asked for Beijing beef looks like it was left overs from yesterday and was recooked and teriyaki chicken is burnt. This is horrible. I lost my appetite.

Never going here again. I live just a couple miles away, so I decided to give this restaurant a chance, and used the drive thru. 1 of my selections was teriyaki chicken, when I got my food I specifically asked for soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, when I unpacked everything at home they didn't give me any teriyaki sauce, and it looked like they gave me less than full portions. If you're not going to give customers teriyaki sauce with their order, maybe you should just put "chicken" on the menu.

This is the worst Panda Express location I ever been. I go to Panda Express 3-4 times weekly in different parts of town but I will never come back to this place. No selection, the trays are empty. I would not recommend this place. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to the other panda express on Roy Rogers Dr.

One time I said in the drive thru that I would pass this time on the children’s hospital donation and they only gave me a tiny bit of mushroom chicken not even half full, so I no longer go to this location that’s rude, I mean I usually always give but come on people!

Drive thru line didn't move an inch for 30 minutes. Asked inside and a worker pretended nothing was going on. Asked explicitly if food was being served before I was informed they had no cook while allowing a line of cars to pile up outside without a word being said. Frequently inaccurate order. They have , on several occasions, given us the wrong order or an order that is missing items or wrong items. Quite disappointing. Food is okay, people are nice and all but when we are expected to go all the way back for a mistake to be fixed is not okay. Us customers spend our gas, money, and time for the order and should not have to come back spending all over again. There is no need. Please take more time to make orders accurately and hand them out correctly. Thank you.

This place is somewhat okay to dine in. The drive through is horrible just plain horrible!. It’s raining today and honestly pretty slow I was the 3rd car there, with only 2 people eating inside. They had us waiting for more than 25-35 min. Then they give me a plate that’s nearly filled up with food which has been an issue when I’ve ate inside the place. The people inside don’t even apologize for the long,long wait and are laughing when opening the window. It’s pathetic. I will never go here again . They need to go under new management asap or Be Re-trained. The lady’s and gentleman are so light on what they give you it’s almost ridiculous. We are paying a premium price compared to family owned Chinese food business and they can’t even fill up the plate?.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. But sadly the quality has dropped drastically. I went to the drive through and no one was there. The place was practically empty. However, it took a long time for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I was then told that they were just waiting on the honey walnut shrimp to be cooked fresh. However, when I got home I noticed the food was old and cold including the honey walnut shrimp, so I was lied to. It was extremely soggy and clearly not fresh. They also mix fresh food with old spoiled food. Disgusting and extremely disappointing. Go elsewhere.

You have GOT to be kidding me. THIS is what we are calling a full serving now? It was definitely not an accident, as both containers were packed the exact same way. This is not what I paid for. If I had seen this while I was still at the store, I would have complained in person, but because I had the misfortune of going through the drive-through (and waiting almost half an hour even though there was only one person ahead of me) I did not see it until I got home.

Don’t start closing and cleaning up because you want to be off at exactly 10:30pm. Such shitty service and definitely not a good look for your restaurant.

Worst customer service the server so rude, very small portion of serving 😒, the chow main so hard..never waste your $10 cook at home or go Applebee's unlimited fries and drinks for 9.99..

Worst drive through ever. Just save yourself time and walk in. I'm not sure how they are constantly so slow in drive through. Management needs to fix it

I don't want to sound cheap, but it's just getting way too expensive for fast food, I can go to a restaurant for the same price. Maybe a little bit less than what I spent.

We were in a bit of a hurry because we needed to get to the airport. We came in and the floor is littered with food. Waiting a long time for our food. Part of our meal was cold. Totally understaffed. I'm sure it wasn't the workers fault as they were hustling. But very disappointed all around in our experience today.

Got charged for 3 sodas only needed 2 was refused a refund was told they don't do refunds. Don't know who the tall white guy in black was (maybe assistant manager or manager)but he told the cashier not to refund me.

I had the orange chicken yesterday and it was awful, I threw it away in the garbage. It was way overcooked dry and you couldn't even chew it. Chicken should not be dry and so tough. I will never go there again...waste of $11.00

Basically, almost every time you go here, they mess up your order. I ordered something off of GrubHub and I look in the bag not enough sweet-and-sour sauces were in there only two when I requested 5, my chicken rolls were not in there. I ordered multiple And there was many other issues with the food, The short old Asian lady who works there is pretty irritating too, I went there one time and requested a bigger plate and I was told at check out. I didn’t request a bigger plate and she basically had told me what I ordered even though her coworker had corrected her… Today I went and I went to go fill up my water bottle with soda and she came behind the thing and watched me fill it up with water after she told me I couldn’t fill it up with soda…. Then Went into their excited, literally on their ordering thing it said they had had orange chicken so I get in there. I get ready to order and the lady tells me not only do they not have orange chicken. They don’t have anything else that I would want either ended up having to go to McDonald’s….

Usually ok in all aspects, today I ordered through the app, asked for half chow mein & half fried rice. Guess they were out of fried rice, still charged me though, if you thinking about using the app or online... don't :)

Restaurant was clean, however as someone from out of town looking forward to eating there (we don’t have one in Rochester, MN) I frequent the twin cities for business. I was very disappointed. The honey walnut shrimp (always my fave) tasted as if it had been cooked in an unrinsed pan of orange chicken (the sauce was pretty bad), the orange chicken and sesame chicken were so spicy they were inedible for me and my 6yr old. When ordering the honey walnut shrimp I was informed on the line that it would be $7 extra for a side container of it. Okay no big deal I was really looking forward to it! Get to the register and was told it was actually $10, still money wasn’t an issue. But it just tasted like disappointment. I was also informed that the misquoted price of $7 was from a manager! Probably won’t be revisiting here.

Literally I never put a review or anything bc I find it lame tbh but the fact this is the SECOND time I’m missing items from my online order is crazy. Idk how y’all forget my damn meat! First time I let my missing egg roll slide but this time is unacceptable bc I’m MISSING TWO meat choices not one but TWO!!

Came pretty hungry, got my food and went home. I took a few bites and noticed black specs all over my food. I came back since I only live a few minutes away with my barely touched plate to get a rufund when the employee told me he cant refund me since I touched the plate, that the vegetables were only burnt (which didnt make sense since the specs where on every piece of food not just the veggies) and he can only give me a new plate. I could tell that the food wasnt burnt that the specs are likely from the cooking equipment not being cleaned properly and that this plate shouldve never have been sold in the first place. I asked him if he could guarantee that the next plate wouldnt come back looking the same and he said yes. Got my food back and it had the same stuff all over, just threw the food away and went home.
