Taste good, have been here a couple times. Replaced softdrink with coffee. The coffee taste batter than the DD and wendy.
Clean bathrooms and VERY polite, *professional* pleasant staff for the five or six times I have visited so far. (Whoever trains the employees here does an amazing job!) If you use their smartphone app, they usually have some really great coupons!
Impossible burger and fries! That’s our staple order and we are never disappointed. We even order the fries without salt (health reasons) and they always oblige. We are appreciative! Also, for safety in these covid times, we go through the drive-thru.

The staff at this location is very friendly and respectful. I like how they repeat your order to you before they hit the "total" button on the register. I remember that I once spilled a soda near the register and they replaced it free of charge.

This is the best Burger King in NYC. The team is always friendly, the order is always accurate and the fries are always hot! Been going here for years...management must be consistent because the team is always on point.
It's a Burger King! It's exactly what you want it to be... burgers, fries, sodas... The king was not there, when I went. Though, I didn't ask. He might have been in the back, washing dishes. Yes, washing dishes! Though he is a king, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. A large dining area with lots of seating options that are just comfortable enough for your time eating there. Five stars!!
A fast food restaurant that offers veggie burgers and hot fries gets five stars in my book. Close to the main roads and highways, the place can draw a crowd, but the renovated open space has plenty of seating to keep it from getting cramped. Clean and organised. Fast, friendly service
It's just a not too fast food takeout place. The food was tasty. If you need a receipt, don't buy here. If you don't have cash, you can't buy here. No cash. No receipt. Hmmm. Not my business. The lawmakers and the wealthy and the administration in this country don't pay their taxes either. They're all crooks. And they don't cook tasty food like this place does.

"Best Burger King Experience Ever" I ended up visiting this location after having had the worst experience I ever at the 21st BK on 11/30/16. Hats off to store manager William! I was greeted by William and his staff with a very welcoming smile. I placed my order and he even offered some suggestions, which I added to my meal. His staff worked on my order. Not only was it done within minutes but also with zero errors. With a smile and a thank you. That's how you treat customers. Friendly, clean environment makes for a perfect place to have a meal with the family. I recommend it.
5 stars for Jamie, I really thought he was the manager because of he attention to details, care for everything going on behind the counter, and great customer services. Great employee. The burger chain itself is not bad either I like the cheese burger and this one opens 24 hours that’s good to have late night.
Service was good and food was fresh. There was a short line but service was steady and they got all orders out in a timely manner. Make sure to check all condiments before leaving, they forgot to include bbq sauce that I requested for the nuggets.
I've eaten here three times on consecutive days (I was working at a site closeby) and the quality of the fries and the sandwiches were consistent each time. Clean, decently fast service, and the staff is attentive. Parking is also available which is a huge plus considering it is right off the I-278 for those emergency bathroom stops. For a BK joint definitely a 5/5.

Love the park across the way. It's makes the view of this place worth it. The food is hot when ready and the soda fountain is self serve. At times it's hard to cross the street because of the wide highway, but there are plenty of crosswalks. Watch out for young children crossing the street during the summer months. Great!
Expectations have to be adjusted because this is still just a fast food chain, but staff was responsive and my order was ready very quickly. The restaurant itself is also very spacious with lots of indoor seating and it's very easy to social distance inside. I got the Impossible Whopper and it tastes just like how you'd expect. Not the best burger I've ever had but also not bad. It was a very good experience for the price when expectations are adjusted for that of a fast food restaurant.
I almost always use the mobile order/drive-thru pickup feature. But the restaurant itself is also clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The food is always good, as is the service. And I REALLY like their iced coffee. IMHO, it's the best beverage available at ANY fast food restaurant.

I don’t often find it necessary to review fast food unless it’s exceptional either good or bad. This place is the former… food always fresh, orders correct and fast. They have a large inside space that’s always clean. Drive through has been super quick every time. Staff is nice. It’s a really good Burger King. Hot fries everytime! Update: few years later, still super solid.

I've eaten there several times in the past 10 years and conclude that I love the clean/relaxed atmosphere, the food is always prepared correctly/no problem with any of my orders, and the staff always seem courteous and friendly (they also seem to get along and work well with each other; a rarity in most other BBK places I've visited). My absolute favorite Burger King in all of New York City ! !

Burger King continues to test some wild food options, and I can appreciate the experimentation. Though I feel like the burgers have fallen off a bit. The flame broiled flavor doesn't seem to come through anymore. This particular location is spacious, and clean.

It's a real clean burger king and social distancing is in effected. Barriers, etc, make you feel pretty good. This place is doing better than most at it. Meanwhile- it's also a very good burger king overall. Fast and friendly. The foods as good as any burger king in Queens. Loved sitting down in here before all this. The doorhandles a spatula motif! BK is one of my favorite fast food establishments, but I've been having trouble finding a good one in Queens. So far, this has provided the best Burger King experience I've found in the area. The food was hot and fresh, and there is a lot of space inside for dining while maintaining socially distanced from others!
My only complaint-- they need to keep items in stock, besides that I go there because they are usually masked and gloved up and I dont mean wearing the mask under their nose and the food is usually hot and fresh. Customer service not bad either. Would give a 5 but they need to keep better inventory.
So I'm pretty easy on reviews because I know that some places fall short but not on purpose. Not sure if this is the case here but their Original Chicken Sandwich isn't what it used to be. Blame it on new workers, blame it on my taste buds...I'm not sure but I no longer enjoy it...at least not from this location. There's only one other Burger King that I go to almost as much as this one. I can appreciate the customer service because they're usually very helpful. I can't think of times when it would take long to get my food so I guess time-wise they are good too.
An old man was short on a meal here, so I made up the difference. The workers were pleased and the old man blessed me. I ate in the parking lot so things wouldn't get weird(er). Very busy, but decent place.
Fun food at good prices. The lady at the counter was very friendly and had a big smile - which makes a big difference. The tables are all clean and the whole restaurant is well organized. If they wanted to improve things even more they should install self service soda machines. Other than that, the Whoppers are as good as ever and there's a whole new array of dessert options. Burger King seems to innvovate more than other fast food places so there's usually something new on the menu.
Absolutely love BK because their burgers are flame broiled,..can't stand a fried hamburger patty. The only thing that bothered me was a Senior Citizen came in and begged for some food and they refused to give him anything,..he explained that he had to take his meds and they would mess with his stomach if he didn't eat something with it,..they still refused and ONLY offered him a coffee cup size water. Now I know most fast food joints can write of some food during the day,..but they should of at least given him a kids meal. It got me so upset seeing/hearing the manager and the employees as well as 4 customers brush the old man off that I got up from my lunch and told the old man to order whatever he wanted it was on me. The staff and corporate should remember this phrase "There by the grace of God go I." ......if they don't know what that means....that old man can be any one of you someday and I hope to God there's someone like me around.... Pitiful.

The food is very good and the staff is fast. Dining in is a different experience because homeless people ask for money while eating. I’ve even seen someone laying on the seats. Take out is better through the app
I frequently visit this location since it’s conveniently located next to my apartment. All of the employees are very polite and seem excited to be working here. My only gripe is that the service can be bit slow at times in the evening. Hope the management/ownership can further train the young employees for more efficiency. Otherwise keep up the good job!
There is only one guy who is super cool in this place. Idk his name but he is a white dude with kinda ginger facial hair. If I pull up and don't see him there taking orders, I keep going.
Pretty good Burger King. I had a need for breakfast and didn't want the options from the coffee place. I was able to cut across to here happily. It has a decent parking lot and easily got a spot. The dining room is pretty large and was extremely clean. I was very nicely greeted at the counter, ordered without issue and got my food quickly. Everything was smoking hot and really good. I would stop here again.

The workers at the counter are very fast here. I don't like that they have a guy broom sweeping the place while everyone's eating. He should have blocked off a section of the restaurant and wet mop it, so that no dust flies onto my burger! How about buying a swifter wet-jet and zoom around, the wetness will keep dust on the ground and in the mop! He should have been cleaning the sticky stuff on the tables with Windex! That would have been better. They have parking but it's tight and they're located on a super-busy corner! It's a large place. In all these fast-food places a burger is a burger! Maybe with the exception of Wendy's.
never have to wait long here. its fast food and they treat it as such, unlike other locations. have never seen a line longer than two or three people. rare in this city. Only three stars because well, it is Burger King food.
Had a regular cheeseburger and found the bun to be tasteless and a it dry. Ended up eating the meat and cheese alone and feeding the bread to the local birds. They need to either change their bread recipe so it will stay fresher longer, store the bread better or get a different vendor. Sometimes changing is for the better and customer retention.

This location is just okay, first off the food is what you'd expect from a Burger King. You more likely than not know what to expect food wise. This location doesn't have the best seating, a lot of empty space inside but it's fine. The staff have always been nice and courteous which I like. The ice cream and frozen drink machines are perpetually broken though.
This Burger King has a very large seating area. However, there are no electrical outlets. Service was quick and swift. It's a bit uncomfortable to walk to as the area was clearly designed for the automobile.

Not all disabilities are obvious. What IS OBVIOUS is regardless of whether or not the customer has a disability they should be treated with respect.
Love this place but man Burger King's really skimpin' out on the meat -- big gaping holes in the patties; I just had to share these unbelievable photos!!! They're also not doing deals like they used to...but this particular location specifically is one of my favorites because it's spacious and usually clean. Plus they don't blast the music/radio here so you can actually eat in some peace!

Dining room is not open 24 hours. Not sure when it’s states when the dining closes but feel free to lurk around creepy dudes on foot in the drive-thru if you find yourself locked out! Seems legit.
I've been to this burgar king in the evening and it's so much better in the day. Some reason I'm always nicely disappointed! The soda cup is always sticky! Drive away and no napkins! Get home and the double is a single! Your lucky to get 2stars!!!!
The place is usually clean, and the staff has always been very nice, but I've gotten sick after eating here twice in the past year or so. But the real travesty is that they charge you for refills. In all seriousness though, it's a Burger King, you know what you're getting.
MANAGERS PLEASE FOCUS ON TRAINING YOUR WORKERS. They’re clearly under trained and easily over whelmed. It wasn’t even a busy day and they had customers waiting in line and getting orders mixed up. You MUST pack your patience when visiting this establishment. If you order fries and a soda you could spend half an hour waiting. I have tried ordering through the kiosk, at the order desk, and through the Burger King app but still waited an astronomical amount of time and when I inquired whether my order was ready they barely checked and did not even give me a response. So i asked: "Is that a no?". Only then they responded and told me my order was not ready. Twenty minutes later, when they were rushing to close the store, I asked again and they checked a separate pile of orders, which they did not check the first time I asked and THERE WAS MY ORDER! It was sitting there all along. They handed it to me and claimed they called out the order number and I did not answer, which was definitely untrue. I don't blame the workers. It seems this is a very busy store and there should be more workers to handle such a large crowd. The customer service was definitely lacking, because the workers were definitely overwhelmed. Food was cold but it tasted fresh.
I ordered a royal crispy sandwich and they gave me some disgusting wrap. It was honestly one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten. Imagine fried chicken that has been soaking in mayonnaise until it is just wet nastiness. This bk have the worst service of all the ones I've ever been. Their staff is inattentive and have a lack of customer service skills. Waited a very long time with many other people who were getting mad because they had been waiting even longer. Food was cold and tasted awful. Only took a couple bites and couldn't eat anymore. SINGLE WORST BK IN ASTORIA I reluctantly keep giving them chances by ordering from their app and havnt gotten one correct order in months. This time was an order for 4x 16 count nuggets 2x fries and 2x mozz sticks. They sent 3 8 count nuggets and 3 sauces instead of the 64 nuggets ordered. Would NOT reccomend this place to anyone as basic reading comprehension and math skills arent pre requisites to employment meaning you frankly CAN NOT get an order that is correct, not to mention the fries were soggy and the nuggets that we did get tasted and felt like they'd been under a heat lamp since 11am.
I just had the worse experience with Jessica, the assistant manager. First she asked several times my order at drive thru and finally got my order. When she gave me my order eventually after 10 min, she asked me several times if I would like any ketchup or sauces. And still gave me less in proportion to my order. As we left into the expressway we then noticed this is a completely wrong order. I had to head back which took 10 minutes in traffic. Upon returning she rushed back my order from memory (this far has been a joke) and still got it wrong. She then laughed with a co worker and passed it in to someone else to remedy. For the third times, the order was incorrect. When I questioned she gave me attitude. For the fourth time she got it wrong again! I had enough and left. There was never even an apology. I was treated like I did something wrong. I and no one else she ever patron this Burger King again. And Assistant Manager Jessica should take lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE.Is this representative of Burger King? Politeness and competency is non-existent and the workers learn from their supposed leader. I would give less than star or a collapsed dying sun if Google gave me the option.
I counted 12 employees. Only one at the register ( Gina ) she was very nice , two older persons doing cleaning and the rest having a chat and kicking around the manager. No wounder that drove thru takes so long. And a homeless man sleeping in the floor. Wow

Ordered delivery through Doordash. An hour later after 5 separate dashers tried to pick up my order, my order was cancelled. It was pretty clearly not Doordash's fault. Thanks Burger King, now I don't have time to eat. You really screwed me over.
I've been a frequent patron to this establishment for the past couple of years (over 2X per week), however following my recent experience, I will NEVER be stepping foot in there again!! Here's what transpired: I ordered a hot coffee and an ice cream cup. Initially I consumed the ice cream which was fine but when I sipped on the coffee i noticed that it was stale and lukewarm so I asked if they could replace it. The male employee who assisted me, replaced it with the very same state and lukewarm coffee. I told him that it was the same and asked if they could make a fresh pot of coffee. The male employee said that they had just made that particular batch of coffee, which obviously was not the case. I then requested a refund for the coffee and Assistant Manager - Jessica came in the picture to process the refund. She didn't even address the issue with the customer nor offered an apology and proceeded to refund the full amount (both for cost of the coffee and ice cream cup, even though I had only requested a refund for the coffee). I requested my original receipt and then she got defensive and nasty. Following that interaction, she demanded that I pay AGAIN for the ice cream, which I had already consumed earlier and that she shouldn't have refunded me for in the first place. I explained nicely to her that I never requested a refund for the ice cream, then Assistant Manager - Jessica, stated that she would be calling the cops if I didn't pay the total amount of $1.62 that she wrongfully refunded. I then requested to speak with her supervisor, who arrived promptly and appeared to be scared of Assistant Manager - Jessica, who seems to be the actual boss there. The woman who identified as the Manager did not ask the customer what transpired or what went wrong or how she could fix the issue and appeared to be speaking very softly and mumbled at times. I payed AGAIN for the ice cream and made it clear to them that I will not be stepping foot in that BK again and that I will be writing a review about this, then Assistant Manager - Jessica instantly changed her demeanor and tried to fake "being nice". Zero customer service knowledge, skills or common sense really!! I wonder if Burger King even trains their employees... Don't give business to this establishment they don't deserve it...
Had a recent poor experience lately at this location. My order was wrong and the assistant manager Jessica displayed less than satisfactory customer service temperament and honestly an annoyed disposition. Needless to say I will not frequent this establishment anytime soon. Go elsewhere for quality food, speedy service and respectful treatment.
I was not given my full order. When I asked why my order was not complete, I was ignored by the manager on duty. I showed the cashier my order on the Burger King app. The cashier took my phone and showed the order to the manager and the manager told him not to server me my ice cream that was on my receipt. I used an offer on the Burger King for getting a free ice cream cone with the purchase of a $1 and they said it didn't show on my receipt that they printed. The manager didn't care about anything and left the room. I am very mad at this service.
I see this location has high ratings but I’m not sure what time of day these ratings are for , but for early morning weekday breakfast they are terrible. Today was no different, after waiting by the front door to get in when they open at “6” they weren’t letting anyone in the dining area . So back into the car to the drive thru , only to be told a few of the items we wanted were sold out. Also one item on the menu is only offered for “lunch/ dinner” but there’s no mention of this anywhere on their menu , it was only mentioned by their crew member. In fact if the item is cooked only during “lunch or dinner “ it should be available because this store is open 24 hours and “lunch and dinner meals” are the only things they offer before “6 am “so why would it not be available at “6 am “ when they open . Laziness is my only guess , not wanting to take a few seconds to drop a few items in the fryer . Well once again they lost a decent sized sale this morning. They really need to look into their morning/ overnight crews as productivity as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this type of experience.

I come back, ask for my order and the cashier tells me that they aren't serving breakfast and denies me the food I already paid for through the app. AVOID THIS BURGER KING! It's not the first time the service here has not been good and another customer who arrived shortly after I did said they've "always been shady". Either way, I recommend the Burger King on Astoria Blvd. They have better service and the restaurant itself is cleaner and bigger.
Wow.. Not sure what the employees are doing there.. Got the correct order however 7 out of 10 items were made incorrectly. The assistant manager is absolutely clueless. The guy next to me asked for ketchup, and the kid behind the counter handed him BBQ sauce. Unreal. Check your stuff immediately before leaving
They always forget my sauce when I order UberEats from here, even if I purchase sauce.
Please post all in hours as well as drive through hours. This is very misleading. It’s possible in 2023 I promise. BUY MAYO FOR THE LOVE OF BEYONCE. You are a burger joint that 50% or the time never has the most basic condiment. Unacceptable management. Give staff raises.
I visited this Burger King late in the evening of Wed, Jan 17, 2024. The app says that the dining room is open until 11 PM, and when I called the restaurant to confirm, no one picked up the phone and it went to voicemail both times I tried. Sure enough, when I got there just after 10 PM, the dining room was closed. I asked the manager to let me eat inside, and he refused, saying that the dining room closed at 10 PM. This is unacceptable. If the app says the dining room is open to 11 PM and they don't pick up their phone, they have a responsibility to remain open for the entire time they advertise.
If you order online you may have problems. They do not prepare the food in numerical order. Even if you order half an hour or 40 minutes in advance, the food is not ready before you get there. I do not think there is a problem with the employees. I think the problem is with the business because the employees are kind people. And the ones who work different hours are the same.
This place is disgusting. I ordered Uber eats and got my order wrong! Instead of giving me an impossible whopper you gave me a regular one that caused me diarrhea. Instead of giving me coke for my order, you filled it with unsweetened tea. The fries were extremely salty. Worst experience I have ever had ordering from a burger King!
tonight i went to get a combo with my points and unfortunately the code was entered wrong, and then it said that i had lost all points, i tried to call customer service, and then after almost 20 minutes they gave me the snack, but they put urine or something that is impossible to eat I don't know what to do.
February 10th 11:20 I came to drive through. I ordered double whopper meal. Meat tasted like it was in refrigerator for a while. I couldn't bring it back because I had a pick up
This is one of those places that closes their dining room while leaving the drive thru open. In the middle of New York City. Can you imagine a place less suited to drive thru-only service? Absurd…
They're sitting there waiting for their meal but they don't know that I've been waiting twice as long and that's why I will always give them a half a star
The worst drive-thru experience. They make you wait at the order window until your food is ready. Then they tell you to move up to the pickup window. Long delays. There were three cars in front of me. It took 25 minutes for me to get my order. Very very bad experience. They do this so they can get better ratings from their main office.
This guy in the drive through hates his job nasty attitude very bad service . Management needs to fire this guy. Guy looked annoyed taking my order. Seriously will not be trying this place again. Food was not bad just needs better service!!! Friday night around 1 am
I downloaded the BK app for the first time and ordered. Not only did it take the nearly an hour to deliver but the delivery person gave me the wrong order. They blamed the restaurant but I blame him, as a delivery person you should check that the order is correct. That is part of your job. I will never use the BK app again, the first experience was the worst experience.
