Update to business response... the store is literally posted in this review. I ordered through the app for pick up and I also tried again and ordered on uber for delivery and didnt recieve it in delivery either. Ordered the hot ones wings and stripes and wasn't given the hot ones Sriracha which was the whole point but the wings were good.

The food is always fresh and tastes good but they need to get it together for their mobile orders. They’ve messed up my grubhub orders over 3 times. They never provide straws for drinks or utensils (even after specifically being asked) and I’ve had multiple instances where I didn’t receive the sides I ordered. I also ordered the ghost pepper sandwich but they left out the ghost pepper sauce. Was really disappointed to say the least. The food is fine, but the carelessness about mobile orders is unacceptable.

The Customer Service Here Is Not Fair And All My Food Is Cold. And Also Try Too Critique Saying That The Mayonnaise Is Cold And Made Sandwiches Cold. They Serving Below Temperature Meals/ Sandwiches. Not A Good Popeye's Place Too Dine-In Unless You Make Sure Your Food Is Hot!

Wish I could give o star, I ordered 3 pieces chicken combo charged of $15 and the lady refused to give me the drink for no reason. This is the worst place I have ever been. The workers here very seem to training to take money from customers by providing only partial order. Avoid this place at all cost.

While the order taker was fine, the chicken I received appeared to be undercooked. When I inquired about this at the counter, I was told, 'That's how it looks because it's the spicy chicken. (What about another piece?and Does spiciness affect how cooked chicken appears?) I was also told I might have been given the wrong piece. (Does your kitchen not ensure proper cooking regardless of the cut?) Furthermore, another staff member was simply on their phone. I am quite disappointed with the service and food quality at this location. Never heard sorry from them either. If I can give 0 star I will.👎👎👎👎

Horrible and dirty they just opened too how does a store get that dirty that fast nobodies cleaning they're all just standing around talking I just ordered a fish sandwich with fries sandwich was cold and where you sit there are crumbs and sauce stains everywhere i had to clean myself I also asked for ordering online he said i don't know worst popeyes the pictures should explain itself also nothing is available asked for dessert they're all frozen still apparently and also apparently the guy gives free stuff to customer he likes which is interesting and you're better off going somewhere else

Really bad. The register people seem to be lost every time I am there. They give you the oldest chicken they can get even tho they just cook new ones (hello manager, thank you for not seeing what is fresh and what is not, you just gave me the driest chicken ever cooked). Really bad experience here. They should improve it to keep people coming in! Hope they are reading this! People go to the one closer to Northern Blvd!

The food is not fresh.Everything is frozen so all they do is drop it in oil.The popcorn strip that I ordered still had the shit inside of it I took it back to the cashier and he said it comes like that So Then he proceeds to go to the freezer. Take the bag of frozen shrimp out and show me that it came like that he said he doesn't make the food it gets delivered like that all he do is Fry it But everything is supposed to be freshly cooked. He didn't even care. I don't understand that never Will i ever eat there again. And I advise you not to either. Because they don't care about the community. It's all about making money, and that's it. This is located on Steinway long island city

Please hire people that know how to do their job this girl MARIA doesn’t know what she doing. She ignore me pass another costumers and then when she decides she take my order.
