I go to this Dunkin’ all the time and I absolutely love it! The staff is always very friendly and they always get my order right! I usually use the drive thru because it’s much easier and the people working the drive thru are great because they don’t make you wait very long for your order!

This place was packed with people and the girls there did awesome! They were serving people so fast and they were very nice. Alot of times if you go in a place that was that busy the staff can be frazzled or seem annoyed by so many customers but the staff at this dunkin donuts were so efficient and pleasant that their positive attitude rubbed off on me and put me in a good mood to start my day!

Great coffee. Though one comment - although I don't use the drive though lane, there were plenty of upset clients that Saturday as a delivery truck was blocking the drive through for an extended period of time.

Im not sure who was working this morning August 6th 2025, but I have to say they made me one of the best dunkin iced coffees i've ever had! It was so delicious and made my morning a lot better. Employees are always so kind and fast at this location too!

Toni and Cobe are absolutely incredible closers at this Dunkin’! Every time I come in, they greet me with a genuine smile and top-tier energy, even at the end of a long shift. You can tell they care about doing the job right and keeping customers happy. Toni especially goes above and beyond — she’s got that Albany Gator spirit and it shows in her dedication and positivity. She always does her best and makes every visit feel personal. Shoutout to both of them for making late-night Dunkin’ runs a highlight of my day!

Average Dunkin’ food and drink quality but the staff was really on their game. Drive through moved the fastest I’ve ever seen.

This is where grandma and grandpa always brought us each month when we went out to pay all the bills, well I told him goodbye yesterday, and the funeral is tomorrow. Today I bought the last two of his favorite kind of doughnuts, they are heart shaped, and the only other people inside was an old couple talking about paying their bills in town today. Bernard Bradt, we will miss you! your oldest grand son, Wesley Officer.

They are super fast getting your food out. Especially if you order on the go. I have not had to wait to get my order once with order on the go. Seating inside is nice and spacious. The drive through moves quickly anf there always seems to be a place to park for such a tiny place. Love it there!

We are major Dunkin Donut coffee and tea addicts. When driving to Florida every two weeks we have Dunkin Donuts stops mapped out. We are at this store every evening. The only issue we have is the music. We meet friends every night and the music is so loud you have to yell to be heard. We are in many Dunkin Donuts and none are this loud. We asked several times for them to turn it down a but but the manager locks the door where the controller is.

Two words: croissant & coffee. I love the 2-for-$ specials (especially bacon egg and cheese croissants) because they're perfect for myself and a friend. Sit and chat.

I would give them a 5 🌟 rating but they don't put the powdered sugar on the vanilla creme donuts anymore 😔

For the amount of people that were working honestly it was a good experience. They got my order out to me in a reasonable amount of time and I had a good size order right in the middle of the morning rush so honestly good job! And the order was correct along with everything tasting good.

I had a croissant breakfast sandwich and it was somewhat bland, a lil greasy & burnt. Raspberry latte coffee was very small but tasty. Kids had breakfast wrap, a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich, drinks fm cooler, munchkin donuts (mixed box). Place was bright & clean. Staff was very friendly. A lil pricey for the amt you get. Eat in or take out. Parking available. Traffic is terrible ppl turn where their NOT supposed to making it annoying when leaving (even though there’s a sign, NOBODY pays attention to it)🤦🏽‍♀️

They have great service and are able to tend customers rather fast. Sometimes they get the drinks wrong but are quickly able to change it. Even during the hard times of the virus, they were amazing. Although, they should change the name to Dunchkin Donuts. (Sounds better)

I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but Anika was able to help me find something on the menu that I enjoyed. However, this location doesn’t make donuts throughout the day, which was a little disappointing, as I had mainly gone for that reason.

I love Dunkin and my order almost always tastes phenomenal. The drinks and food are consistently great and keep me coming back. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is the service. Most of the time the experience is smooth and the staff is friendly, but there have been a few occasions where the service felt rushed or the workers came off as dismissive. It’s not the norm, but it does stand out when it happens. Still, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth visiting.

Pretty decent Dunkin location. The staff is nice and do a good job making your drink 90% of the time. I recommend getting the thin mint flavor swirl while it lasts, its a next level flavor selection. It’s also never too busy at this location. Definitely go here over Starbucks.

By far the most dependable Dunkin in Auburn. Update as of 12/6/17: OK, I went through the Grant Ave Dunkin Donuts this morning before beginning my comute to work. My debit card has lost it's magnetic strip and I am still waiting for the new card to be sent to me. I let the man know that he would need to punch in the card number since it will not swipe. He grunted and looked annoyed. After paying, he handed me my coffee and said to me, "Ma'am, if you know the card doesn't swipe next time can you come inside because we are timed on drive through." UMM.... No. I have several problems with this. 1. If in fact you are being timed, it is to ensure that you are able to handle the flow of drive through and manage any problems that come up in a timely manner. This apparently is not your strong point. 2. Drive through is a service that your restaurant provides for ANY customer able to pay for the products you provide. I was able to pay, just not in the manner in which you preferred, or as quickly as you determined necessary. That is its own issue which I feel does not need to be described at length. 3. By asking customers to do this, you're basically making the customer responsible for your work performance. It is not my responsibility to make sure that your "timed" drive through shift went well today. Nope. On a side note. Three days ago I went through the same drive through and the young woman punched in my number without question or comment. She did it quickly and was pleasant enough to be able to say "Have a good day." So Mr. Grumpy-pants from this morning. If there is a problem with your timeliness when you're working drive through... it has nothing to do with me and my debit card. It is with you.

I live near this one - there are two more in Auburn. One on Genesee near wegmans, this one, and a new one on the other side of town across from bass pro. This one is ok. They’ve chosen not to serve peanut donuts - bad call in my book (lots of locations have done this, booooo!). This location in particular also has what I believe is the worst drive thru set up ever created. They are DD - of course this is going to be a big stop of people, but their drive thru is tight and only handles 3 cars behind the speaker before overflowing into street. Which is a common occurrence and a safety issue. Other than that, good food prep, and friendly staff.

I love Dunkin but this is crazy. Where is my cream cheese? I want my moneys worth unless you want me to do it myself. Didn’t even bother putting any on the other…

They forgot the sandwich when going thru the drive thru. Had to park and get out to get it. All Dunkins are expensive. Way overpriced. It was for my granddaughter. I wint eat or drink there.

This dunkin has messed up my order 3 times in a row!

The associate who took my order was polite and despite ordering from inside the building rather than drive thru, my order was ready quite swiftly. However during the hour I was in the cafe, the music constantly changed volumes making it difficult to pay attention to what i was doing. Every single table (8 of them) was also visibly dirty from previous customers, despite nobody sitting at ANY of the tables. So they lose two stars for never cleaning a single table in the hour I was there.

Usually a very good place to go, with a fair waiting time that's not super quick nor super slow! Buying food items will significantly increase waiting time, but if your just getting drinks then you'll have some fast service. I mostly get frozen coffee or hot coffees and sometimes the 2, 3, 4, 5 dollar menu items, so I'm unfamiliar with the other hot and cold drink options. About half the time the hot coffee comes with a pile of grounds in the bottom of it, and at the same frequency the frozen blender seems to be broken. Customer service is very good though, as they are always polite in the drive through and there was even one time when the window worker hopped through the window to pick up my card that had fallen! So while this place does have its ups and its downs, I would still recommend at least trying this spot if you're a coffee lover. Also, getting out of the drive through is a pain as it connects at a weird angle to grant ave.

Dunkin coffee is the worst of the major brands. That said, the donut offerings are good, though often too sweet. Drive thru lines are always too slow to be convenient.

Its dirty. The drive thru cashier was friendly and for ONCE my coffee was correct so I added an extra star. Employees should get a raise working in those conditions 🤮

Went in to just grab a bagel before work (mind you the bagels that were in the in the case at front counter looked like they had been over baked as is). They were not that busy really anyway and looked very laid back, which I’m not concerned about because I know sometimes you need to take a breather in that line of work. What I’m upset about is that my entire bagel, was CRISPY and burnt when I opened it to eat it on my way to work. I got cream cheese on it so I figured it wouldn’t be too terrible but it was not the best bagel by any means. I couldn’t finish it needless to say. So my suggestions or the future: for the workers, if you realize that a bagel has been burnt, don’t give it to the customer anyways, take the time to re do it (especially if it’s not during your rush times) and maybe fix the machine if it’s not working properly?

the coffee was weak and the flavoring was barely noticeable - I ordered the French vanilla; the drink tasted bland and I could not drink it. Very disappointed as I've had it before and it's been delicious.

The cashier was friendly, courteous. Had to wait for dark roast, no problem. PROBLEM: My boss pre-ordered with app, and I, waited over 15 mins, while all OTHER staff pushed drive-thru, totally ignored the 5 people at pickup. I assume one was the manager. Sent me a distinct message that I will NOT attempt to go there any more.

Honestly, I used to love their coffee but lately it just taste too strong, nasty/old, and the after taste is just gross. The past 2 times I went there I feel like I wasted my money because it just tasted gross and I ended up throwing it straight in the trash. Not sure if it’s just grant ave bc I mainly always went to the one in the gas station and on Genesee. The employees didn’t seem rude or anything, just the coffee is horrible.

Dunkin now has way less donuts and muffins! The new makeover has reduced their selection to about 1/3 what it used to be. Needless to say when I tried to get my son a muffin, they didn't have any. SMH!

I try to avoid this location at all costs when I am in town visiting because the drive-thru and parking lot simply cannot handle the volume of customers/traffic. The drive thru needs to be re-engineered because it simply is not long enough for the volume of traffic this location has and almost all day cars are lined up along standard ave waiting for the drive-thru. On a positive note - they do know how to make a macchiato , but pretty sure they are not putting the correct amount of espresso in it (large iced macchiato is suppose to have “2 shots” of espresso) because it was much lighter then my usual macchiato.

Literally the worst service ever. Wait on one customer at a time at the Drive thru. I thought the Weedsport location was bad. This one takes the cake. Do better Dunkin. Hire better people that can multitask.

For the most part, the service at this location is good here. But they are consistently out of food in all the Dunkin Donuts in Auburn. I was told that one person stocks the food. They are doing a horrible job. They run out of things like bagels and donuts, flavors, etc. every day at 9 or 10 am. All the Dunkin Donuts in Auburn are losing a lot of money because they don't have enough food. It's ridiculous to run out if Donuts every day in the morning at a donut restaurant.

I’ve been a fan of Dunkin as a brand for YEARS and I also hate leaving bad reviews for places— But this location is so disappointing. There is zero consistency between visits and how your coffee is made. The service is awful. If your order is wrong they will argue with you on it. Manager was anything but pleasant. Person at the window acted like it was their first day, which is fine and all, but maybe the window during morning rush wasn’t a good call.

I’ve always had a bad experience at this location. The workers are extremely rude and condescending. They are always out of the things you order online through the app. Additionally, this morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it as the bread wouldn’t tear. The bacon was way undercooked and the egg was cold. I picked up my order on the way to work, so I had nothing to eat until lunch as this location completely messed up my order.

They serve OLD & STALE bagels!!! BEWARE!!! NOT fresh 🤢🤮

They've messed up my order countless times, however their location is closest and they usually have great deals, like the current 2 for $3 english muffins. I ordered that along with an iced coffee and when I got to the window they only gave me one sandwich. Even though the girl never told me what my total was I was willing to pay the difference. However while another employee came to assist I heard the first employee going on about how she repeated the order back to me and I need to "learn how to order." I had been perfectly pleasant and reasonable up to that point, understanding that mistakes happen. With her attitude though I had to drive away. Again I've given this location numerous chances to provide decent service but this was it for me. I strongly advise anyone else to go to the state street location or even better the one on East Genesee, though it does not have a drivethru.

Poor i used a credit card to get an ice coffee and a hot coffee asked for my receipt was told she couldn't bring it bk up either could manager. The snottie rude young woman says this is dunkin donuts no one ever wants a receipt. Drove into the parking lot no flavors in the coffees not enough ice or sugar. Went into have them remade and they wouldn't. Never stop into the Auburn DD they are run and don't care about their consumers . I stopped at the Weedsport DD they are so friendly polite and customer service is always on point!

Ordered a latte with extra espresso. The drink doesn’t even taste like coffee it tastes like white milk. I’m adding my own coffee to it now so I can taste some coffee. I will stick with Starbucks I’m so mad! $17 to get a crappy coffee!!

Asked for a few meatless sandwiches, they all came with meat on them. Took up my receipt and food to the counter for exchange, the cashier took it all and then went on break (as I found out later.) After fifteen minutes went by, standing near the counter awkwardly and being ignored, I approach someone else to ask what Is going on with my order, then realize the previous cashier is AWOL and nobody knows what I’m hanging around for. Won’t be back 😔Had high hopes for this new DD too.

We use to get this DD every weekend, and I use to go in every other day to where I knew them by name and vice versa. Today, it was the worst service we have ever received. The girl in the drive thru with glasses, didn’t give her name nor a receipt like we asked and was very rude. Maybe she’s overwhelmed and I get that because of the rush but don’t be rude to customers when they ask questions! We were told we had to wait almost 20 minutes on food if we wanted it but everyone around us got theirs. We wanted hash browns and a sandwich. Both should take less than 10 minutes total to make. I understand they were busy, both the drive thru and the inside, but coming from a person who worked in fast food services and knows how long they both should take to make, it’s ridiculous!

Definitely a zero star. Went through drive thru ordered coffee and 12 chocolate frosted with sprinkles. She said she can only do 4. I said I would come in to see what else they had. They had 11 chocolate with sprinkles and 12 or chocolate frosted. I asked for 11 sprinkles 1 plain. I was told she can only do 4 because that's all they had. Mind blown. I went to Publix. Do better Dunkin.

Ordered cream cheese bagel. Awful! Tasted like sour cream. I ask what kind of filling was in the filled donuts, she said they had nothing inside, just chocolate on the outside. I went to this location at 6:30 am on Sunday morning and the lobby door was locked. The hours are clearly posted on the door. The woman who was working at the counter stared at me rudely while I was trying to open the door.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin location in Auburn. They have the RUDEST service, you will literally pull up to the drive thru 9/10 times and be greeted with “what do you want”. They will consistently get your order wrong or just outright not give you items that they are out of and just not say anything. They will do the same with your coffee if out of something and not even tell you that they replaced something in it. Beware of ordering hot food. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt ordering simple items like hash browns or warmed bagel bites and 8/10 times will be given FROZEN hashbrowns and cold bagel bites. Last but not least you will be waiting 15+ minutes whether you go inside or through the drive thru 7/10 visits. Dont bother trying to fix anything because you will be returned with even more rude customer service and attitude.

Let me start by saying I love Dunkin’ and usually go to the Opelika location just about everyday except Tuesday because scooters has by one get one free. I visited location and not only was the order taker rude but this is what my drink looked like after me leaving and back on my way to work from my lunch break. Between the attitudes and this is what my seven dollar drink looks like I won’t be back not to mention I called the store no answer and I’m almost certain she was talking to the manager about me and I’m glad I recorded all of it so unacceptable

Absolute horrible experience and we would never ever return here. For starters, the employees seem inconvenienced when a customer enters the store because they have to get off playing on their cell phones. They are very unfriendly, and need significant diversity training as it is very clear certain people are not welcomed there, which is pretty pathetic. We asked for each of our drinks to have 1 sugar and 1 cream and they did 4 of each and didn’t listen. We needed them remade and they were beyond hateful about their mistake and the lack of diversity training really became clear. Nothing but poor attitudes towards not only us but another customer too. Shame on you all and shame on DD to operate this way.

I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew. First, it was sweeter than ANYTHING I’ve drank before. To the point where my tongue felt shriveled. Also, there was NO COLD FOAM. She didn’t even mix any foam. Why am I charged for it then? Asked the old lady with glasses if it was supposed to have brown sugar syrup bc I didn’t know. She immediately rolled her eyes and said yes. I asked her if I could get something different bc it was way too sweet. She rolled her eyes again and said what would you like? I was done with her so asked for a black iced coffee and left. I’ve worked at Starbucks so I know how basic drinks should be made. She didn’t even try to fix the drink for me bc there was clearly no foam or cinnamon. I’m betting money that she dumped random amounts of syrup and cream in a coffee and called it a day. Never coming back. Sticking to Starbucks.
