Chick-fil-A is a well run machine. The food always comes out as you expect, the staff manager came in to check in on us (nice touch), and the workers are super friendly. I ordered the cookies and cream milkshake, so fire. My friends enjoyed their chicken nuggets and fries. It is a happy go lucky place for a reason!
Billy took our order and was the greatest recommendations ever and my dog jumped out of the car and he caught it and put it back in. Great service 10 out of 10 felt like I was part of the Chick-fil-A family.
Food is always tasting great! This location only has drive thru and a few spots at the patio for “dine in.”

If you are looking for perfection you have officially found it. This is it, food has reached its peak here. Not only is the food amazing but also if go through the drive through and get to meet Billy... Brother, life has been completed. I love that man so much. Have you ever had an employee climb through your window to give you a hug? Well everytime I go through his line that's what I get. There is no place like Chick-Fil-A on MLK.
I have to give a big shout out to the drive through crew, particularly Billy. I was hangry during a previous visit and not very friendly. Billy on the other hand was super cheerful and nice and made us laugh. It made me reevaluate my attitude. Thanks for being awesome Billy.

I had a bad day already cause my GPS wasn't working, I got lost, and I'm new to Austin. I was trying to get the Chick-fil-A on 6th Street, and I went to the wrong one, but I'm glad I did. I got Amazing service from Anna (who they need to give a raise to), and that made my day better 10/10 for Anna Definitely going to keep going to that Chick-fil-A
A lovely young man with glasses I believe his name was Carlos took my order. Now I normally don’t write reviews but this interaction really stood out to me and I knew I had to come on here so he can get the recognition he deserves. Carlos if you are reading this I hope you know your kind words made this old woman’s day.

Kudos to Luke at Chick-fil-A! I want to give a huge shout-out to Luke for the outstanding service he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally, and his positive attitude truly stood out. Luke took ownership, listened, and made things right in a way that showed genuine care for the customer experience. Because of him, I left feeling valued and confident in Chick-fil-A’s commitment to great service. Thank you, Luke, for turning things around and doing a great job!
Service at Chick-fil-A was friendly, but there were some issues with my order. I had to repeat my order four times, and it didn’t seem like they were really listening. On top of that, my order was missing all of the fries. Unfortunately, since I was just visiting, it wasn’t something I could go back to fix. Good intentions and friendly service, but the execution missed the mark this time.
Had ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a frosted lemonade. The only good thing was the frosted lemonade 🍋. The spicy chicken sandwiches had more breading than chicken meat. I wasn't too thrilled and more than likely will not return for food.

Im giving you a 3 star because I've never not even once gotten my condiments with my orders. I stopped ordering from you because of this after a year I thought I'd try again well here we are no condiments with my delivery I tip well still no condiments I want CFA SAUCES!!!
I come to this Chick-Fil-A location often and was happy to see it reopened! However, when I opened my spicy deluxe sandwich the lettuce looked absolutely disgusting. I’ve worked in food before and this was unacceptable. Of course I decided to leave all vegetables out for the rest of the meal, but the standards here seemed to have dropped since reopening. :/
3 stars for being smart and pleasant (given, the time of my visit was 6 am). Minus 2 stars for overall quality (bread in minis tasted exactly like a oiled cotton ball). I wouldn’t go there during lunch time unless i am dying of starvation and its the only place that passes free food. The traffic flow is horrendous (to me). Outdoor seating only, with about 10 small tables. After finishing our meal, we left to go to a coffee shop. When we passed by again about five hours later, the same two tables were still occupied by homeless individuals.

I placed an order through DoorDash for fries and chicken nuggets and there was sadly a hair in my chicken nugget and whenever I tried to reach out to DoorDash they denied me a refund request. I then tried to email Chick-fil-A to get this sorted so that I didn’t have to publicly post a review but it’s been over 24 hours with no response so I’m hoping somebody will see this and it can get fixed.

Gave me a half-sized sandwich that they shaped into a heart for valentine's day. I appreciate the effort in keeping me svelte for my hot date tonight, but charging me full menu price in egregious. Baffling decision. I think I have to avoid this place on every holiday now. Am I going to get a clover-shaped for St. Paddy's Day? Where does the rest of the sandwich even GO? In the trash? Hopefully someone ate the scraps, because it certainly wasn't me.
Used the drive through and the person in front of me was just chit chatting with an employee and the employee was showing their tattoos instead of taking their order. 5 cars were able to order in the other lane while we waited.
I do Uber Eats and last night I had a worker practically refusing to give me the order because I needed to confirm it and I do this daily I know what I need to do but when u half way show me a bag I’m not gonna see the number to put it in my system she was rude and unprofessional demanding me to the job I know how to do I never ever had this problem till now !! I know that confirming is a policy but when demanding me and keep pulling the order away from me I mis well have just clicked decline on that order and moved on !! That's GROSS and it's a COMPLETE disregard for basic hygiene. If cups that hit the floor are still being used, what ELSE is being dropped and served? EXERCISE CLEANLINESS AND COMMON SENSE, Y'ALL. I've always loved this Chick-Fil-A: the service, the speed, and the way they support the community. They are without question the gold standard. But what was that today??? Please, management: retrain your team with regard to hygiene. No one should have to question whether their drink cup has been on the floor.
I’ve noticed that my sandwiches here have not been as great. The chicken was super thin and my large fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Again, great and friendly people but the food 👎 Update : decided to give it another try but the chicken was still so thin and not worth the price. (Last 2 pictures)
Extremely disappointed with my pimento chicken sandwich. As a Chick-fil-A red member, I’m a big fan of trying out the specialty seasonal items, and they are normally very well executed. You would think that for a product that they are advertising so much, they would put more than a tablespoon of pimento cheese in the sandwich. Will not be frequenting this Chick-fil-A again.
All, I had such an awful service experience, but I wanted to see how the food was before I rated, so... I had a truly miserable experience visiting here. The only good thing was the wait for food and service was short, as is now no surprise - the neighboring P Terry's had a service lane full of customers. Driving up, I saw some young employees chatting amicably amongst themselves, and I chose the lane closest to me. The girl whose lane it was, audibly sighed and rolled her eyes as she had to -horror!- do her job, and responded to my cheerful "Good morning!" with a sneering, "Do you have a name?" I was taken aback, but I responded correctly. I noticed that unlike her, I am not cool enough to not capitalize my name like "samantha" does, but, I guess I have to let those darn kids these days have their "cool." "Well, what do you want?" "Uh, I guess the breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, but not the biscuit." "Do you mean the 'Bacon egg muffin?" "Uh, yes - I'm sorry, without a menu I can't remember everything." "Do you want the meal?" samantha sneered at me. "Uh, yes, but could I also have a breakfast chicken biscuit, separately?" Here, for the first time, 'samantha,' looked up at me - with disgust!- because I had inconvenienced her as she was concluding the sale on her pad and had to go back in the system. "Just the entree?" "Yes, please." "Is that all?" "Uh, I guess so." Then, without a word, 'samantha' turned her back to me to return to her chums and continue her conversation before I so rudely interrupted her. I drove through the suspiciously empty lane, and was handed my meal in a paper bag from a conspicuously dirty exterior station. Yes - the kid who handed it to me did not provide good customer service, but at least he did not make me feel his ire for rudely interrupting his conversation with his chums because he was working alone. I drove to work, going over in my head the experience I had, whereby I had attempted to exchange my hard earned money for the advertised goods and services, but no matter how incensed I became - I wanted to experience the quality of food before I rated it, because all- in -all, Chick FIL a has been consistently excellent. However, when I opened the pictured meal, I discovered that this location must have a magic hot tub, which transported me back to the nineties (instead of the eighties) because the food was reminiscent of when only two fast-food restaurants existed. Specifically, the magnificent chefs had accomplished an Epicurean miracle: my food was both unpleasantly dry and unpleasantly soggy in equal measures at the same time. I was famished from a long drive, so I consumed my purchased fare accompanied with copious water, and wondered: What happened to Chick FIL a? The was the second time I had a lousy to awful experience in one and I am not wanting to experience another. All for a price well over $10. I will do something I rarely do, which is report this to corporate. No - I do not want a coupon or even a refund, why I want is good food, at a good price with good service, although I guess these days that is too much to ask.
