Only reason I didn't rate more highly is that I only ordered two large coffees to go. But order was filled promptly, price was about 10% lower than other franchises I have visited, lot was large and accessible, and staff was prompt and polite. If I visit again, I will re-review.

I had 20 nuggets and a large soda for lunch and it came out so quickly. They bought my meal to me at the table of my choosing.

Typical McD's but most of the staff are very nice. One thing I'll mention, which you can decide for yourself whether it is a positive or negative. The music here is always (always) 60's Motown. A little odd considering the clientele are mostly LatinX and Asians.

The issue i had was a very simple fix, I asked if I could get a receipt printed because the kiosk did not print it. I need the receipt for work or it will be taken out of my own pay. Unfortunately my order was not perfect I ordered a Sprite with my meal I was taking a quick lunch break while I was doing deliveries I got several miles down the road before I tried my Sprite and surprise it was water so I had to drive all the way back to get this corrected which took several minutes and gas out of my time and money out of my pocket for the gas I spent. I decided I wanted to coffee for my inconvenience but I had to stand there and wait an additional 12 - 13 minutes before my order came up I have a copy of the receipt if you'd like to see it and there's a timestamp on the picture. I think maybe the person running the sodas needs an easier job I understand mistakes happen but to have to stand there and wait several minutes to get placement was ridiculous!

So now McDonald’s is following a line on the drinks ? I used to enjoy a full size one now it’s taking a bit out of it for the buck? Come on for reals??!!

Foods ok, refused to take my hundred after getting a bunch of 20s and change. Whenever I order anything with my points its cold or gets given away I have to ask for my order for them to remake. Just leaving a review.

In the drive-thru, they messed up my drink order, downsized it when it was a large. Had it fixed. Waited in the drive-thru parking for our food, also messed up the food. So, I went inside for them to fix it. Another gentleman in front of me had his drink messed up as well, he left and came back since they forgot one of his food items. The ladies that were working there remade my order, the cheese was cold so the sandwich was too. Overall, very unorganized working coming from someone who was a fast food worker previously.

The food was unpleasant even though it is a fast food restaurant. Not sure if I was expecting too much but the burger was very sloppily put together with half of the ingredients out of the buns. Seems like the employee was having a bad day - but why should the customer have to pay the price? After all, I paid for the burger, not for the employees bad attitude. Do better McD's!

I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in, including the manager, who was dismissive, disrespectful, and escalated the situation instead of resolving it. The way I was treated felt racially motivated, which is unacceptable and deeply upsetting. On top of the poor service, the food was undercooked, raising serious concerns about food safety.

Don't expect anything except to be ignored if you decide to go inside at this location. They have zero sense of customer service, and seem to have the only goal of dealing with drive through, and only dealing with drive through. The lady dropped my food on the pickup bar then ran off and actively spent over 5 minutes ignoring my attempts to try and swap the sauce they gave me because it was the wrong one. I mean actively too, as if she was trying to see if I would just give up and storm off instead of having to answer my question, which I wasn't being aggressive or annoyed or anything until I had been ignored for such a long time. The only reason I even got help was because she had to walk back past me to bring someone else their order. There are a hundred better places to get breakfast in this town than at this McDonald's, and you probably won't be ignored at them.

This location should be ashamed of itself. I ordered food online, picked it up, and ate most of it before realizing it was covered in mold. They tried to hide it under extra sauces, and at first, I thought the sandwich was just messy. Then I noticed my hands turning black from what I touched — when I looked closer, I saw mold all over the bottom. I felt sick instantly. Now my husband is violently ill, and I’m having to take him to the ER because of this. I’ve been calling the store for over 30 minutes, and they keep rejecting my calls instead of taking responsibility. As someone who works in business, I can’t believe how reckless and uncaring this is. Food safety should never be ignored, and treating customers this way is beyond unacceptable. McDonald’s, this is disgusting — own up and do better. If anyone else experiences something like this, report it to McDonald’s corporate and Austin Public Health immediately. This is one of those McDonald's in a bad neighborhood. How do I know? The coke machine isnt self serve and they have a lock on the bathroom door. Besides a few cars, we were the only customers. Order took 30 minutes asked for a cup of water on the side and the handed me a cup. Had to go back to the front counter and ask how I would.be able to fill the water up. Food is always mid. Ordered on the mobile app. Paid the most money I ever have at a McDonald’s which is crazy. Gave my code in the drive thru, they confirmed my name. I eventually make it to the first window after a long wait asked me if two differ orders were mine, neither were. They couldn’t find my order even though I’m looking at it on my phone and showing them. The I assume manager comes up looking for it, assuming I’m mistaken in some way then tells me my order is cancelled in the system so they don’t have it. As I’m still looking at my confirmed order in the app. She kept arguing with me and eventually someone from the second window finally came up confirming they had my order at the window the whole time. Idk what was so hard about them making my burgers again if it did somehow disappear.

THE WORST OF THE WORST! I am a regular customer at your location and often visit in the mornings for breakfast. However, today I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience that I feel must be brought to your attention. While placing my order through the drive-thru, I had to repeat my order four times. This was frustrating, but I remained patient. When I arrived at the window, I was assisted by a young female employee who had a noticeably poor attitude. After she gave me the total, I politely asked her to repeat my order—given the earlier confusion. Instead of responding respectfully, she raised her voice and said, multiple times, “YOU CAN’T HEAR.” I clarified that I could hear perfectly well and had spoken clearly. As I attempted to drive away, she began yelling, “YOU MIGHT WANT TO NOT ARGUE WITH THE PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER,” and then laughed mockingly. I was shocked and disturbed by this behavior. I immediately parked my car, entered the restaurant, and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and expressed how inappropriate and unprofessional the employee's behavior was. I also made it clear that I wished to escalate this issue to higher management. I later learned the employee’s name is either Julia or Julie. While the manager did apologize and assured me the issue would be addressed, I strongly believe further action should be taken. No customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. It makes me question how many other customers may have experienced the same kind of treatment. This incident is not a joke to me—it was deeply upsetting, and it reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand. I sincerely hope this complaint will be taken seriously, and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful environment for all customers.

I ordered two happy meals and one of them didn’t have the right toy and the other one didn’t even have a toy at all. The fries were also soggy which i guess is fine because i got delivery but they also tasted raw?? like at that point dont even bother putting them in the fryer. The chicken nuggets were cold and stale as usual, maybe a little raw, but thats just delivery. As i continued eating, im questioning if anything went in the fryers because i swear i can still hear the heartbeat of those poor chickens who didn’t even get the dignity to at least be cooked well. Also i didnt get any straws and one of the drinks wasn’t filled to the too all the way. Theres like an inch of unfilled space (see picture) but maybe the ice melted idk water physics.

This location for some reason always messes something up. Sometimes it was missing straws or onions on the burger when we asked for no onion. But this time it was raw meat! First time I called no answer. Second time I called it was answered but they hung up 10 seconds later. Third time I called and they hung up right after I said hello. Never going back to this location.
