The regional food is quite good; it's one of the very few options in Bacalar where you can enjoy a lunch with authentic local flavor. They offer several chicken and pork dishes. The owners themselves serve you. It's close to the main highway, making it a great place to eat if you're passing through on your way to Chetumal or Cancún.
