Ok so it's the morning of 4/20 and the whole car of us are proper dabbed out. This McDonald's was able to accommodate our big dumb order despite two of the homies ordering in the back like we're at Starbucks. They were super kind and patient. 🤙
First time on this location and the environment was actually nice. They ran out of dulce de leche Frappuccino pretty fast 🥺
Bro every other McDonald’s is always rude and there’s always a problem. They were really nice, food wasnt taking long at all and they still apologized for the wait. Came here on monday around like 3ish give them all a raise bro
Great location, super new and furnished nice, bathroom is clean. Employees are nice, Harut is great very pleasant and calm. We walk a mile or drive almost every day to drink their coffee very fresh all the time and taste good. Price is right, parking lot gets a little busy at certain hours, but we are talking about Mc Donald's!!!
This McDonald’s is premier league. Double if not triple the size of standard McDonald’s restaurants with a large number and wide variety of seating! Could probably sit 100 people. I personally love the big, comfortable swivel chairs. Best part is the restaurant is kept very clean INCLUDING the bathrooms! Most impressive McDonalds bathroom I’ve ever seen; there’s a men’s and women’s and, at least for the women’s, there’s like 5 stalls including a handicap stall. Spotless bathroom which is super impressive! Oh and the parking is covered, in a garage! Especially great during summertime. How did this McDonald’s get everything so right?
Excellent drive through but they always miss the sauces so do yourself a favor and check. Staff is friendly and very fast. Lines move quickly. Store and parking lot clean and bathrooms are spotless. Very well managed
Maybe an original menu and a new overhaul of the entire menu would be great. Overall I love this location. It's interior design is 🔵 Cool ambient and spacious. They work fast and get the orders out quickly with many employees at this location.

I love how this McDonald’s has 3.8 stars but always busy. The food here is consistent for a McDonald’s. Been coming for 20 years to this location. Miss the old statues they had inside, but it’s Glendale everything has to be modern. Big Macs solid 5 stars with fried 4.5 stars. The Coke here is amazing and always cold to a crisp. I find it funny when people leave a 1 star for McDonald’s. Like what you expecting? Fun fact this location used to be a stand alone 1 story McDonald’s before the high rise office was in place.
I ordered my food on September 7 2025 and I did by drive through everything was perfect customer service I like a lot super friendly and wow meal I ordered Big Mac and spicy chicken both taste perfect 👌 and cock exact right time just great quick meal Thank you so much
This is my first time visiting this McDonald’s location in Glendale at Central and Milford. The Drive-Thru is slow and inside the parking lot is huge. The dining inside the restaurant looks fantastic so huge, unfortunately no playground and no fountain drinks. Very quiet but easy to communicate. The staff is friendly with nice attitude. Also this site is closed to Burger King site. (Now closed.) I feel satisfied, ordering fast food like fries, burgers chicken McNuggets and sweet desserts is my favorite. Not too far from walking to Galleria Mall. I think I’ll come back again anytime between Monday and Friday.

I came here yesterday (3/23/22) with my kids and ordered some happy meals via drive thru. The woman was extremely rude from the start and I have a guess as to why I was treated this way. So I get my food and fast forward 10 minutes as I was on the freeway, I notice no ice in any of my drinks so they were warm and my order was completely wrong. I don't know if this was done on purpose but I was extremely annoyed at having to turn around to ask the restaurant to fix my order. Upon arriving, I talked to a man, (I wish I'd gotten his name but he was wearing a light blue collared shirt so I assume he was a manager or supervisor) who apologized and immediately took care of everything and redid my order. He even threw in a free happy meal for the trouble. He was absolutely amazing, but the rest of the employees could probably use more training.

I went inside using the kiosk to order food. One of staff named Julie asked me if I needed help. She was very helpful and friendly. I saw that they have strawberry sundae on the menu board. I thought the strawberry sundae was back. Unfortunately it's not. I think they should take that item off the menu.
Often homeless people and dirty tables depending on the time of day but it’s McDonald’s what do you expect. Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to it’s not the worst, often food is fresher than others and the workers seem nice. Only issue I have is that they should probably clear out the tables more and wipe them down. Bathroom here seems well kept every time I have gone.
This McDonald's is one of the newly renovated McDonald's which have the nice swivel chairs and benches. The McDonald's on San Fernando Road and Fletcher is currently undergoing renovation
The food is fairly consistent with other locations throughout the area. I like the old McDonald's that used to be there before they knocked it down built a high-rise and reinstalled McDonald's at ground level. At least they have free parking and it's fairly central to Glendale downtown area. Drive-through is also pretty quick most of the time.
Nice people but lady Susan goes out her way to make sure I'm comfortable I'm in a wheelchair put the lady manager at night tell me I can't get more than one cup of tea but it does not say that on the receipt nowhere in America
We came in late at night, around 11:30, so it was a skeleton crew. You have to order at the kiosk. We only ordered sodas and 1 medium fry and that took about 15 minutes, even though there was only 1 other person there. (Probably more in the drive-thru.) It is the biggest McDonalds I've ever seen and had cool decor.
Tasted great, location is nice, just dont order their free water. All three of these cups have water in them... but its yellow. I was grossed out a little
Service was as expected. If it wasn't for the rewards, we wouldn't be eating here anymore; the prices are out of control. Happy to see that the employee’s raise seems to be helping with their general attitude, as everyone was a bit more polite.
I have visited this McDonald's about 3 or 4 times. If you're thinking of coming here with your car, don't. The drive through line goes through an already crowded parking lot, and if you plan on parking in that parking lot, good luck. However, none of this is really the business's fault. There is plenty of space inside the McDonald's, and it's never really crowded. It can be a little hard getting the staff's attention as they're not always up front at the counter, but that's pretty much the deal with any McDonald's these days.
My change was $8.74 I received $8.70 because of the penny issues. Could have just given me $8.75, I even offered the $.01 difference!!!!!!!!!

Was going through the drive thru and had a terrible experience due to one of the people at the second window. The initial guy (was new and kind) but was being talked down to horribly. When he asked me if I had a drink I said yes (I did a mobile order) and his trainer, started complaining out loud asking for a receipt and yelling at the poor kid to ask for receipts. Yall should be thankful that someone with good manners works there. Maybe take some notes.
Ordered from Kiosk NO warning or alert the coffee choice I made and paid for had ran out. I was left waiting at my table for hotcakes as well. I asked for a refund. Mismanagement of staff.
This Mac sucks. They gave me one burger instead of two that I ordered. Found out when I was already at home and there's no point coming back. And they weren't even busy! And they don't keep up with changing receipt paper in their terminals. A few times when I ordered through a terminal it didn't print the receipt leaving me guessing what my order number was.
I am not McLoving my experience today. Ordered 2 deluxe breakfast and the 2 sausage egg McMuffin meal and first I only got the deluxe breakfast. I had to get their attention that I'm still waiting on the rest. Then the person just handed me a sandwich and I had to correct her and say I got the 2 McMuffin meal. I had to show them the receipt to prove it. I got most of my order and I had to tell them again I was missing utensils, syrup and butter. The person looked annoyed at me having to correct them again. When I got home I only received 1 sausage egg McMuffin and the other one was a sausage McMuffin that looked like it had been sitting for a while.
I hate this McDonald's but I keep going because it's so close to me. They miss items constantly. They don't follow customizations. Today I received the entire wrong order. Update 2024: this is still one of the worst stores I've been to as far as getting what you ordered. Word of advice: check your bag before you drive off. It is probably wrong.
I ordered the fish sandwich and it had hardly any tarter sauce on it. McDonalds fish doesn't taste good without their delicious tarter sauce. My friend who was sitting in front of me had loads of tarter sauce in her fish sandwich and she lapped it up happily.
It’s clean but bad communication. I thought an item was missing because it was in a wrapper that made no sense. The cashier could not explain to me or understand my question. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Please make sure your employees can communicate with the general public please.
A positive is that It is one of the cleanest McDonald's nearby it's location. That being said sadly they got my wife's order wrong basically twice in a row.. which she didn't check to confirm before leaving. When she called she was told to come back, which she didn't have the time so she had to go back the next day when in the area to receive the missing time what she actually paid for. The following day when. She went back to get pick up what she had already paid for, she decided to also order a drink which she specifically asked. (Then not to put / add sugar in) and a sandwich. At that point they also charged her for the item she has told the counter person that she had already paid for night before and was told by the manager to come and pick up. So she now has to wait to speak to the manager who didn't have a list of customers who actually called with their order numbers to get their order issue that had not been mishandled. And she was obviously not the only one beicse the manager who had taken her call asked when did she call etc. When my wife had to revers engineer approximate time the the manager suddenly remembered my wifes name? So manager removed the additional change and politely send my wife son her way. A few minutes on the road my wife takes a sip of her drink and it's loaded with sugar... That she specifically asked them not to do. Maybe they heard " blah blah blah, sugar???" I get that things can become harder to manage as more customers arrive in a times of rush. But paying attention is part of the customer service as well. Tho it is local and clean, it's not worth the time and gas to return to fix what was mishandled in the first place. I imagine it's not worth it to most people to go back and also speak up. And perhaps some places bank on that? But it is also not fast food if you have to redo orders etc. Anyhow if it happened once I would say on things happen but multiple times, poor priorities. Good luck.

The person at the window never gets the package right..always missing napkins..catchup..and other stuff..avoid this location
This place is a disaster. They took our order we pulled up to the window and the guy was nice but we paid him in cash and he got all confused. Then when we pulled up to the next window they were even more confused and couldn't find our order. They were scrambling around. She wanted our receipt I couldn't find it. We said, "We paid with cash". She said "Oh, cash." Like it was something odd. She finally found our order after quite a while. Then handed it to us and said have a nice day. Very bizarre.
Coca Cola esp Roma I live in Dubai and they delivered that to me actually I’m eating mc Donald in every country and I don’t like there and delivery was for 3days very long and they are 14,000 km away from me so ya my friend is now have cancer because of mc Donald’s in America or Americano i don’t know which country or city is it
they've gotten my order wrong so many times in the drive thru i lost count. whether its no mustard, no pickles, fry size wrong, drink size wrong, etc. and whenever i go in the morning for breakfast, i've gone at 4, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, you name it they're always conveniently updating the system when i come and won't be ready for 30 minutes. i'm convinced they wait for someone to come to start that time window to not take orders for a bit. and not only that, they never follow it. i'll wait in the parking lot and 5-10 minutes later, they'll take someone elses order. why say 30 minutes if you're ready in 10? then i even go AFTER the person, and they STILL tell me the systems not ready. make it make sense! i was never rude to them, mean, or anything. i make my order and wait. but this is just ridiculous. do better please.
First off, I wish I'd taken more photos. Moving on to the point. This McDonald's Dessert Machine has been out for over 3 months If not longer. I've asked them for ketchup several times and it's on the receipt 🧾. I had to go back in line to get some ketchup packets including napkins. They gave two of my daughter's happy meals the wrong orders because their computers are malfunctioning. I'm talking about bad computer errors. Extra burgers, fries, beverages, and salads to other customers. Even the wrong sandwich or size of fries and drinks. My spice chicken sandwich was covered in lettuce and tomato as If I'd asked for extra, but I didn't order extra. It was very careless and messy as it looked like a small hilltop. I didn't have time to eat breakfast. There was a long line at the time. So I put my hands in the air and push off the additional lettuce and tomato. My fries and my daughters' fries and my wife's fries were overcooked as well. Other customers were having the same problem. Some were happy with the extra food. While others are not too happy with it.
Pathetic understaffed, just machines working and no real chasiers. Nobody cleans anything. So many orders stacked up they don't leave the fries long enough, so they serve them undercook. Another reason not to come to McDonald's again
I would rate this place -5 stars if I could. The food is similar like other McDonald's but their ice cream machine and frappuccinos are always down. Like 5 out 5 times I've went there and, " oh I'm sorry our machine isn't working". I've actually called the store several times after experiencing this and it still happens. I would understand if the store wasn't busy and didn't make enough money to fix their machines. However, this place is always busy and this is just unacceptable. I hope corporates looking at this because all they would have to do is look at the sales volume for frappuccinos and ice cream versus other nearby stores and see that their purposely doing this.
Staff bumping heads in the kitchen, 20min wait for the meal, and that's what I got. Unfortunately I was not able to eat THAT and also not able to go back to return it, so it was literally money down the drain. Never again! And no, they were not busy .... Not organization or quality control at all.
I am severely lactose intolerant. I informed the order taker of that. I ordered the 2 for 5.50 mcmuffins with no cheese and black coffee. I was getting breakfast before a job I had to do. My order came with cheese and they put creamer in my coffee. For the last 2 days I have been dealing with the effects. I let them know I had a food allergy and no one paid any attention to that info. Update the manager Brenda called and left a voice mail on May 19th. Weeks after and left me a phone number to call back that doesn't work. I think it's Lawyer time.
Very bad customer service by the manager, the employees were good and courteous. He was arrogant and careless of me and my wife. He rater let us go with the bad experience rather than satisfy us with a nice and insignificant request. All we ask was for a little bit of 1000 island sauce for my wife's salad and he say no. So long McDonald's of glendale we will never be back.
This is an updated review. Still the same bad service. Though the drive-thru I ordered a 6 piece chicken happy meal with a chocolate milk as their machine was not working to get a small mocha frappe. I got the food asked if the sweet and sour sauce was inside. The girl said yes so I left. Got home and surprise, instead of the 6 pieces of chicken nuggets I got 2 small hamburger patties with what looked like pieces of onions underneath them. I was not able to call until late afternoon and nobody would care to answer the phone. Sad. I was hoping that I could get my order right this time but no. I ordered the 40 piecee chicken nuggets bundle and I got only 20 pieces but with the 2 large overcooked and saggy fries. I called the manager and he told me to come back and get the rest of my order. I did just to get some overcooked nuggets and 2 apple pies I guess as an apology. How sad. Waste of time, gas and money as the food us not even good anymore.

A disappointing experience I hope never to repeat. Cashier trainee was being directed by a manager as to what to input and yet they still made a mistake with my order. The person who brought out the food forgot 2 items. We were offered 3 different choices of happy meal toys and they didn't have the one we chose. Bathroom access is granted by pressing a button at the register but THERE IS NO SIGN INDICATING THIS, so I stood in front of a locked bathroom door for 3 minutes waiting for nobody. All in all I made 5 trips to the counter in this miserable lunch experience. At least it's spacious inside?
This place is filthy. Trash everywhere. The kid cleaning the dining room looked like his jod was torcher. If you ask a question for something you need that they should just give you, the younger employees look at you with shock on there faces. I didn't even want to watch them with the food because I didnt want to know what was going on back there if it looks so bad up at the counter. I can see why they want to install computers to get your order. Wow! They we're not even real busy. I won't go back. Give them a shot if you like to gamble with your stomach. Good luck!

Pass this place up, you'll thank me! Go to literally any other McDonald's. The fries are always stale, lacking salt, cold and fries are their main thing. The servers always get your food wrong are super rude and abusive to their customers you can go online and see videos. The atmosphere is real stabby if you get what I mean. The parking lot and drive-thru are poorly lit adding to your anxiety and the menu doesn't work half the time. Homeless people all over the sidewalk smelling it up and asking, always asking! This McDonald's needs to be replaced buy anything, absolutely anything!

Rude personal. I receive my order, but it wasn’t full. The personal doesn’t want decide my problem and just leave the call. After that I call more and more,they just hung up the call.
Preface: I rarely go to McDonald's, but when I do, it's because I'm desperate, it's open, and it has a general level of "okay food." This happens like once a year. This location, however, treated everyone in my party to the worst experience any of us have ever had. Some things were forgivable, and understandable. They didn't have a large number of their normal items in stock, and the workers were frazzled. We should have taken that as a clue, but we were all hungry and tired. We settled on some meals, and waited about 20-25 minutes for it to be bagged and handed to us. It was around 7:50 now, and we'd walked in at 7:25. Again, understandable since the workers were running all over the place, but there were only about 8 guests in the whole building, and the occasional car in the drive thru. When we sat down at a table to eat, it was sticky. Our fries were undercooked and not salted. The other fried items were overdone to the point of being nearly burnt. Burgers and sandwiches were unseasoned, and cold. Sodas were flat. Bathrooms were filthy. We should have returned it, but the workers weren't anywhere to be seen, and at that point it was pretty much how the day was going, so we ate what we could stomach, surrounded by the cold stares of eerie posted giant statuesque dolls in their giant glass cases. We left very quickly after that. I hate wasting food, and I feel miserable about this entire experience. I never expect much from fast food, but this was just an entirely new low.
I:48 pm, I placed an order at the drive-thru for one un-salted 1/4 pound patty. In addition, I ordered four 1/3 lb patties with tao pieces of cheese. After receiving my orde, I had to circle back because they left out the unsalted 1/4 lb patty. A peraon at window 2 sent me to wait in the firsr space while they prepared my order. At 2:15, a good twenty- something minutes later, I walk up to the window. That same person put my order in again. I got it back ten minutes later with salt! Finally, about five minutes later I received an overdone unsalted patty. i type this as I wait for it to cool for my dog. The order for us, rhe othrr four patties are cold. No sorry. No coupon. Nothing but looks as if we were bothering them.
The Parking guy is very rude with customer arriving to the location, people verly are coming out and his inducing fear to them but telling them that their vehicle will be Town Away if they last more than an hour eating inside. Very rude individual with no work ethics. They have to send someone to see what we all talking about. Last time a was there, he was yielding to a senior woman and was very aggressive with her. This is unbelievable how they can hire someone with no customer experience and making McDonald's customers very uncomfortable and having a unpleasant time in this facility.
This place sucks. I just bought food through Drive-Thru and they did not include the ranch and barbecue sauces I specifically ordered. They specifically said “everything is inside, Sr.” I’m sure to discourage you to look into the box. If you still order through drive thru after this complaint, I highly suggest you to go over your order before you take off. Now, I understand why too many Karen people scream at them.
The drive through is 24 hrs, I was here at 12:15 am and the drive through entrance was blocked off/closed. I and multiple cars came and saw it closed and left. Their phone number doesn’t work so can’t even call and check to make sure it’s open. So I go to Taco Bell instead, it’s reliably open.
I decided to forego use of the drive thru window because at this location, there is always a line of cars awaiting to be helped. I instead, parked my car and walked in. This is a very spacious McDonalds with lots of comfortable seating. I waited 8 minutes at the register and despite having been seen and being to he only person waiting in line, not one person including the manager, offered to take my order. I left. I will not return to this location. Useless staff and useless manager.
The atmosphere was a little too uncaring for me but I'm only there to get food. Now speaking on the food how they are going to serve somebody some saltless tasteless fries. That could not have been a McDonald's recipe McDonald will be upset with them. Let's just say I will not go to this McDonald's. My food was that bad. But the building was clean. it was hard to get to though because I couldn't figure out where the entrance was.

I ordered a McFlurry and Spicy McCrispy chicken. I got the McFlurry fast but they made me pull over and wait in the driveway for 15 mins for 1 McCrispy while 10 cars passed by. And the worst part was the sandwich was garbage. Took one bite and threw it away. Chicken was tough and hard to even chew . Left a bad taste in my mouth. Disgusting!
This is the second time I’ve ordered McDonald’s through Uber Eats and an item was missing. It’s really frustrating when you pay for something and don’t receive it. I expected better quality control from both McDonald’s and Uber Eats. Please double-check orders before sending them out.

His exact response was, “I don’t care,” followed by a sarcastic comment that I should “make sure to use the kiosk correctly next time.” I found this not only unprofessional but shockingly disrespectful, especially considering I had approached him calmly and respectfully. When I told him I preferred to order at the counter to avoid kiosk errors, I waited in line for over 10 minutes without issue. As I approached the register again, Hector reiterated his rude comment about using the kiosk properly and continued with a condescending tone. I responded by expressing my frustration and shared that I used to work for McDonald’s long before he was even likely employed there. I made this comment not to offend, but to point out that I value good customer service and have firsthand experience with the standards McDonald’s was once known for. Hector’s reaction was defensive and escalated the situation further. Throughout this encounter, Claudia stood by silently and offered no support or attempt to de-escalate the situation. Shockingly, after this verbal exchange—where no threats, profanity, or inappropriate behavior occurred—Hector and Claudia threatened to call the police on me. This felt not only excessive but deeply humiliating, especially considering that the core issue was simply a misunderstanding over a single hash brown. I left the location feeling disrespected and mistreated over a minor issue that could have easily been resolved with a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. I ended up giving my daughter the one hash brown, and explained why we would no longer be visiting that McDonald’s again. She fully supported my decision and encouraged me to submit this complaint. It is disheartening to see employees like Hector and Claudia representing a brand that once stood for customer satisfaction and community values. Their behavior was completely out of line, and I sincerely hope that appropriate steps are taken to address their conduct. No customer deserves to be treated the way I was over such a minor and easily correctable issue. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches someone who still values customer service and is willing to take action to ensure that no one else has to endure the same experience.
Dirty. Nasty. Workers ignores you. Parking was full.
Honestly wish I could rate negative stars. Every single time this location sucks. Fries are either almost cold or undercooked. Terrible.
The food was cold and the dining area was dirty the trash was everywhere by the trash can! I asked one of the employees what I should do with my trash he said just leave it they would pick it up they never,! I work in Food Service I've never seen a place like that! I'm surprised that the county inspectors haven't caught them the way this store is run!
Disgusting Mcdonald’s and service, They always get your order wrong and put like one sauce as if the money is coming out of their pockets. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes or give you a refund for wasting your time, you just have to come all the way back to the drive thru and wait in the line again for something THEY MESSED UP, they don’t even pick up their phone. And after all that they just say i’ll make you the missing items, instead of saying i’m sorry for our mistake we’ll refund your order and correct it. Horrible customer service and manager as well. Also I get home after all this and the crispy chicken is completely raw how disgusting, I’m never eating at this McDonald’s location ever again.
Coming to this place is a joke. Alot employees not enough service. One of manager standing around when saw me trying to order to counter. And they not even busy. She literally pointed me and my family to machine to order food. She insists we can order our food to machine. Trying to show to the machine how work. when we told her no we want to order on counter she got nasty and insist for us we can order our food. We left not dealing with the machine to get my food. That why you have people to work to serve the costumer. It seems like costumer serving their selves.
Pulled up for breakfast and they said the system needed to be reset and it would take 20 minutes. Turn your sign off then im hungry
One hour ago, at 11:30 PM on Saturday, February 12, we came to this restaurant and found it closed, even though the posted working hours indicate it should be open until 12:00 AM. The employee on duty told us that they were already closed. When we mentioned the stated closing time, he did not provide any explanation and asked us to leave McDonald’s. We don’t understand why we were refused service during official working hours. Please look into this situation. Thank you.
Beware the parking lot. Also, this restaurant will randomly tell you that they are only taking cash, in the middle of the day. Seems to happen often. The way the drive through I setup, there isn’t an easy way to leave the drive through if you get trapped. Also, they will wait until you placed your order to hit you with the cash only….
I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s today. I parked in the customer parking lot and explained to the parking attendants (Oscar and Carlos) that my wife was going to the office building while I was going inside to eat. Despite that, they threatened to have my car towed, even after I said I could show them my receipt. They also claimed parking is limited to 15 minutes, while the manager (Mika) inside told me 30 minutes, and the sign clearly says 1 hour. Oscar and Carlos were extremely rude. My family and I used to have breakfast and lunch here regularly, but after this experience I will never come back. Very disappointed with the service and the way the parking is managed.
The employees are friendly, polite, and provide great service. However, the MANAGER is a completely different story. He was incredibly MEAN and showing dismissive. He just turned back with saying nothing when I was asking for ordering food. Curt and careless responses that came off as disrespectful. It was disappointing and uncomfortable to be treated that way, especially when the rest of the team sets such a positive example. Management should reflect the same level of professionalism as the staff.
One of the worst bacon, egg and cheese, mcgriddle sandwiches I have ever received. This is from store 4128. Apparently the managers on duty this morning were Hector and Brenda, according to it someone I spoke to over the phone. To be fair, i wasnt able to adress this problem in person with either of the managers as it was a takeout order. However, the fact that this item was packed and given to me or anybody else for that matter is ridiculous. Talk about the lack of quality control. Now I know some people will read this review and say, "what did you expect from mcdonald's" although I understand the sentiment, today's service and quality of food, was even below the low bar standard that McDonald's has earned itself. Way to go 500 N Central. You guys have managed to lower the bar even more today.👏
Different visit my sausage egg McMuffin the egg was full of all of the shell see the picture. Someone different at the drive-thru this morning and I got the incorrect meal first time at this location. A very unhappy to get a completely different meal that I ordered when I'm already on the freeway on the way to work really pisses me off -------- This is the best McDonald's I've been to. They were friendly at 5am! They put my creamer in my coffee so I didn't have to while driving. Egg McMuffin was soft and not burnt or hard like other McDonald's. Hash brown was hot crispy and salty yum. I've never had such a good meal at a McDonald's as I've had here
I was trying to enjoy the great 2 for $5 deal when I took a bite of my quarter pounder with cheese and my wife noticed that the inside looked pink. On closer inspection it turned out to actually be raw inside. I went to the counter to let the manager know. The manager I dealt with needs to be retrained in Customer Service. She insisted that the meat had been temperature checked and it was fine. Really, did you even bother to look at it. It was still mooing! I showed it to another customer who was standing there and she agreed that it was "pretty pink" and her expression said it all. Is it possible that the thermometer didn't get pushed far enough down into the meat to get an accurate reading. Absolutely! Human error happens everyday. The manager had also said that no one else had any complaints about the quarter pounder. Does that even matter? No! She did apologize but then basically was stating that it wasn't raw. Really! Isn't the customer always right? Yes! I did get my money back but I'm still hungry!
