Slow dude on the drive throw doesnt know how to spell mayo or something, missed half my fries, food cold, i would eat bird poop before coming back here

Are you kidding, you don’t even look at or talk to a customer and this is how you bag their stuff, fries tossed upside down? Disrespectful

I just left this McDonald’s. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal medium fry when I got my fries it don’t look like they put any fries in the box like this is ridiculous. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for and I definitely won’t be going back.

If I could give a 0 I would. The worst and most rude employees- so much so that I am filing a report with corporate tomorrow. Made an online order. Missing item in my order, make a call to see how to fix it. He says "we dont have that". Said you could have told me that "well we dont have it thats why" - asked if I could get a refund "you have to do it on the app" (you cant do it on the app). Besides that everything was cold, and they messed up an item completely.

⭐️ 1 Star (only because I have to in order to write this review) Bad service! We waited for close to 30 minutes for our to-go order and it never came out. When we finally asked, we were told they were prioritizing customers with rewards and the drive-thru… even though we used our rewards too. No explanation, no update, and not even an apology. Completely disappointing and unorganized. This location seriously needs to train their management & staff on how to provide great customer service and time management.

0 stars if it even let me post but ever since the buffalo ranch came out only once they given it to me but after that they given me the regular buffalo sauce and I correct whoever is at the window and only come out with one sauce stating they ran out. Like are they greedy or lazy.

Im tired honestly every time i come here my food taste old , i ask the cashier every time make it cooked to order so it can be fresh . But them fries taste like they were old and recooked in grease. I found paper left over from the patty in my burger and my fries weren’t made all the way and I’m pretty sure the soft serve that I ate or you can say tasted cause I threw my whole meal away wasn’t good either. Was gonna go back to the store for a refund but it was already way too far from where I stay

They didnt have my order right. Order #1927. I order 3 big breakfast and they didnt Even Add the pancakes. I don’t recommend buying food here.

I think her name was Jennifer? I found out her name cause I had to get down from doing a curbside order. I was missing my son’s happy meal. She brought out my order no hello or anything no smile. I would have settled for a forced a hello cause at least she tried right? When I did get off I’m guessing the manager on duty told her take an order out and she goes huffin and puffin complaining. Like really you are grown but making a scene out here. If you hate your job so much quit find something better.

I have order some food about an 1hr ago get it delivered to my house, delivery service was fine but my whole order of food came cold, fries are not cooked well! Tbh the worst food i ever had!! 🤮👎🏼

Asked for hot fudge Sunday and gave me caramel Sunday when I asked her if there wasn’t hot fudge she said no that’s what it says and closed the window didn’t even ask if I wanted to change it. It clearly says hot fudge I’m not one to write reviews but that was so rude

The WORST McDonald's I have ever been!!! Last week, they forgot about my fries. This week, their milk shake machine was out of order, so the lady just gave us a caramel frappe and be done with it. She didn't even tell us it's a frappe, not a shake. She was lying and cheating on the customers!!! We ordered on Mobile app and picked up from drive thru trying to save time during lunch break. She made us park our car, went into the restaurant, talked to 3 different people and at the end she was yelling out loud saying we just want the money?!! You're absolutely right I want my money back. I never wanted a frappe!!! And you tried to cheat and trick your customers. This is how McDonald's do their business now. And yes, the "half-full" fries was what we got from a large combo, so cheap and low.
