I get coffee here almost everyday as it is close to work. I use the app to order ahead and choose to walk in and get it so I don't have to wait in the (sometimes) long drive thru line. It is always a seamless process and the employees are friendly!

This is my top two Dunkin donuts lists. The one in Malta and this one have the kindest staff. They make a beautiful proportion of sweetness and presentation detail. It's relatively fast or a nice phase.

I have had green tea before and it normally comes too hot. So I ask Darrin S. to make it a tad cooler. I still thought it would be too hot or cold. But no, Darrin made it at the most perfect temperature. I was able to drink it right away. And there is nothing better than tea at the perfect temperature. Thank you Darrin S.

I ordered a mobile order and it look forever. My little sticker to make the drink didn't move for 5 minutes from the time I arrived. Probably poorly trained employees who either don't care or don't know.

Coffees are not always stirred 100 percent, but food is high quality for fast food and flavors are noticeably different between different coffees

Clean location with a nice new updated feel. They do well with orders and getting to customers as they both drive in or come in but as seems to be the new normal the lobby is second to getting the drive thru. Next time I will just stay in my car I guess.

I started going back to this dunkin because it has a drive thru ....they dont listen I say one pump ...when I get the coffee it's way too sweet I can tell there is more than 1 pump. The only reason for the 3 stars is because there are 3 good staff members there that listen and get the coffee right! If I'm paying 3 dollars for a cup of coffee it should be right. 🤷‍♀️

Twice I’ve ordered a sweet black pepper bacon wrap with American cheese instead of the white cheddar and both times they’ve been wrong. The first time they didn’t switch the cheese and the second time(this morning actually)they gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese wrap. I happen to really like this Dunkin’ and for the most part they get my orders right. Maybe just make sure to read the screen when the order comes in?

I went this morning for 3 things. i sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. It was not the workers fault since she was by herself. i also watched 3 cars pull of the drive thru while i sat and waited for 2 coffees and hash browns. She also had people in the dinning room who had to wait.

The donut selection continues to be low no matter what time of day. Service was very slow and when a senior discount was requested, we got an attitude that DD doesn't give senior citizens discounts on purchases over $10. That is ludicrous. I had them split the order in 2 and then I got a lecture from the staff member who didn't want to do that for us. Customer service is everything especially when you have been going to a particular place for years. The owner should reevaluate his/her employees and/or policies.

We’ve been coming here for years; used to be friendly respectful courteous service. We were on great terms with all staff. In the past year these qualities have vanished. Service is oftentimes rude & insulting. Today the coffee tasted like someone had put something revolting in it; maybe we were just Imagining, as our service had been especially rude and insulting. I will not say what the added substance tasted like. Enough bullying in the world. Don’t need it when you’re paying for a cup of drive through coffee. Funny how it bothers me, though I’m 60 years old Besides the ingredient today that tasted remarkably unfamiliar—. the quality is still great coffee. A couple kids need to be written up & suspended. I mean “ young adults.” Word gets out. It’s a small town. Gee guys. We certainly will cease our patronage.

If you don't have a working espresso machine don't serve us milk in a cup, call it a latte and charge us for the extra espresso shots we asked for. Watered down garbage, refused to give us a receipt or refund.

They weren't even busy and I was picking up a doordash and their shelf wasn't where pickup orders are suppose to be, the guy with gages and tattoos was very rude, raising his voice at me. If you're not a morning person, don't work the open shifts!

Terrible service! I have given this shop way too many chances to improve but this morning was my last straw!! I ordered and received everything except 1 coffee. They said they had to brew a pot and it would be a few minutes, I asked for a refund and she told me she couldn’t refund the money because her manager wasn’t there. I ended up waiting exactly 17 minutes for 1 coffee!!!!! On top of that it was burnt!! I’m outraged. I will NEVER go to this shop again!!!

Went inside to order a coffee and egg sandwich (on bagel). I got my coffee right away, but after waiting several minutes, and then noticing no one was preparing food, I asked if they had forgotten about the sandwich. She then had an attitude and said it was being made, but then she looked and saw the same thing I did - no one was making it. They finally got on it, but nothing said when I was handed the bag. Poor attitude, and obviously something not working right at this location. Some of the members are on the ball, but there are also some who clearly don't want to be there.

Service was so horrible. It too 47 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. Atmosphere was very tense. 1 person had 80 percent of the responsibility to fix all the mess-ups.

So customer care is definitely gone. They are out of medium cups so you would think that they would offer the next size up for the same price as the medium but not this place. Anyplace else yes, but even when I asked they refused.

Very slow service or no service. Twice in last two months have gone to the counter to order with family and no one would come to take our order. First time I had to lean over and ask for someone. Second time we waited for 5 minutes then left. Will no longer be going to this establishment.

Went in there earlier today and got a chocolate croissant and a frozen coffee. I don’t know what went wrong, but the croissant smelled like.. wet dog. The smell was so overpowering that I nearly threw up and had to throw it away.

*ONE OF THE WORSE DUNKIN DONUTS TO GO TO IN BALLSTON SPA* I'm rating this place with one star because I dont have the option to do otherwise. Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, they never get my order right or the meat is under cooked or they're limited on something. It's like they're too lazy to do their job. Hell, I know they're lazy. When u order donuts, they're so minimal in their selection; only three types of donuts. It's like the economy is hitting this dunkin donuts worse than anyone else. Well, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and because they're close by, I went back and ordered coffee, needless to say, I shouldn't have. I ordered a Hazelnut coffee, instead I got something completely different. To this day I don't know what flavor they gave me, but I know it was something that I hated because I only drink regular coffee and/or Hazelnut. When I do get a Hazelnut coffee, they never get my cream and sugars right. But at least I don't mind that part. I ordered that new spicy apple sausage breakfast sandwich which they didn't even cook all the way through. It was damn nearly raw !! People spend money for their coffee and whatever else they buy there, the least these people can do is get a order correctly and cooked properly. I'm positive it isn't all of the staff, but whoever it is, I'm determined to find out as I plan to raise all nothing but hell the next time I return and they screw my order up. If I gotta go back there and watch them make my sandwich or coffee, then I will do that.

Awful place , ordered a sandwich and stated opening up the wrapping , un cooked and cold. Called to get my money back several times only to be talked to condescending by the boss who couldn’t provide information to reach the owner . No refunds no returns take it or leave it. What a disgusting place , the community should force these losers out of the area .

Awful!!!! They locked the doors and forced everyone to go through the drive-through which caused a 10 to 15 car line blocking the entrance and almost causing accidents for people trying to get in and out of that parking lot. This place is a nightmare and I would rather drive down the road to go to a different one.

What should be an easy 5 minute drive thru pick up twice took me 20 minutes waiting in line . There was also a new face there. First time he seemed like he was bothered couldn’t stop yawning and never said a word after wishing him a good morning. Second time dealing with same person , he stood there until realizing I was at window and still waiting for rest of my order . Opened window and handed me wrong one . Again he said nothing and seemed annoyed after saying good morning once again . Who ever the manager is needs to get this place together or step down .

Felt like a bother right when I got to the window, my shaken espresso (it’s a espresso drink, it should have more than 2 shots) was all milk and sugar for $10 to have it made right.. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and they didn’t listen and gave me chocolate. Both my wake up wraps were cold cold too. Seems like this dunks is trying to save money than give there customers quality coffee and food.

Way too often the "oven is down" and this place can't make any food off of the menu. Pointless ordering ahead for pick up or for waiting in line to be told that your food order can't be made because the ovens don't work. Numerous times, at least on weekdays around 5pm

Hayley- the manager of this Dunkin’ Donuts needs to humbly step down. I have gotten the same drink for several years, from this Dunkin and many others in the capital region. I’ve sat down in this Dunkin shop to work, and have seen and heard hayley get in arguments with customers before because she thinks she is right about everything but she is not. Today, I get the same drink I do everyday. A medium iced macchiato with a pump And a half of caramel and an extra shot of espresso with whip cream. When I placed the order I always place every single day, this girl said she needed to mix the macchiato if I wanted whip cream on top. I asked her “why?” Her response verbatim like a robot with no personality and so much harshness , “I am the manager and per Dunkin donuts standard we can’t put whip cream on top of espresso or it will curdle.” Huh?? 🤣 You really know how to choose your battles. I spend almost $8 on that drink and you wanna tell me now after 10 years of drinking it.. I’m not allowed to have whip cream on top because you just wanted to be an arrogant, rude person with no people skills? I truly wish for the sake of this company they hire better managers. This chic needs a “how to” on customer service, tone of voice and delivery and overall making sales for her company and not losing valuable customers.. the ones that put money in her pockets. I hope for your sake you learn that your attitude is horrendous and you are a bad example of a manager in the customer service field.

First going to dimension that we sat down to eat and my boyfriend's breakfast sandwich was burnt to a crisp. There was no scraping off nor eating it. That was ridiculous. Not to mention the poor friendly service all through drive-thru from the initial arrival through checking out there was no smile, no greeting, no politeness. Disappointed dunkin' donuts. You've lost a customer. Don't even want to give one star today. Completely disappointed.

Ordered a small iced coffee and a strawberry donut for my daughter when there was about four cars in the drive-through. 15 minutes later I lost my patience and went inside and figured it HAD to be faster. That was my second mistake, another 15 minutes in there, and then when they bring the order to the counter along with everybody else’s, they don’t even announce who’s is who’s. Were they busy? Yeah, but they also had five or six people working. A half hour almost 40 minutes for a strawberry doughnut and a small iced coffee. I’ll never be back to this location, guaranteed.

The worst dunkin donuts in the area. I like the vanilla chai but the way they make it is awful. Its more foam than drink (only this specific store) and the worst customer service. Recently I ordered 2 vanilla chai and I asked very friendly for another one without too much foam and the person who took the order told me "I didn't make it!" and then the person who made it told me "next time ask for no foam!" Unbelievable! I didn't say anything back but definitely not going back to this dunkin donuts.
