If you can't understand the basics of communication and what straw to give people with a milk shake should you really be interacting with the public

Easy for me to go to on my way to work, only reason I go but the customer service is bad. It’s like they hate their job so much they hate you. Can’t even fake a smile or have a nice voice. The one older lady in the morning at the drive thru looks like she wants to spit on you. It wouldn’t be a terrible place if they didn’t stare at me so rudely like they didn’t want anyone to come back. Genuinely feels like they don’t want you to be there and order lol I’m going to swap my Dunkin spot to a different location maybe I can at least get a smile .

I am giving one star specifically for the employee who works the late-night shift after 10:00 PM. During my visit, I asked for a midnight coffee and was told it was unavailable. I then requested a regular coffee and was informed that the register was down and that payment would be cash only. This explanation was confusing and concerning. To clarify, I asked a friend to place the same order from his car, and the transaction was processed without any issues. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about professionalism and transparency during the late-night shift. In contrast, the daytime staff deserve five stars. The female employees I have interacted with during the day are consistently friendly, polite, and professional. It is unfortunate that the behavior of the late-night employee negatively impacts an otherwise positive experience.

This place is really gonna hurt somebody one day I am lactose intolerant and every time I ask for almond milk I get real milk then it gets me so sick Not to mention when I get a doughnut after 7 PM, it’s a stale as hell!!

Came here on Saturday evening at around 11pm and it was drivers-thru only. No big deal but the trouble started the moment we started ordering. Made us wait at least 10 minutes before we could place our order. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a cookies and cream milkshake, the person didn’t understand and we had to repeat ourselves several times. Finally drove up to the window for pickup and both shakes were so thin that it barely had any ice cream in it. It was more like a cup of chocolate milk. We made them redo it and it was just the same. Shame on you Dunkin for being so stingy with the ice cream and not properly making milkshakes. Never again!

Really dunkin?? Your unsanitary workers need to hear hats or a hair cover. I was in the middle of chewing and I pulled out a long piece of hair at 5:00am in the morning. That was very disgusting. I know it’s an early morning for you guys but please keep your hair off the food. Basic food certification knowledge isn’t it????

It’s nice inside but the service is not good. It took 3 attempts and they still can’t make a normal avocado toast. First one they forgot to make seasoning. I drove back. Second one they remade it but it was soggy and a little warm. I drove back. Third one they made it so toasted that it was like a rock and inedible. Unreal. Threw it out and I wasted so much time on this I didn’t even bother to go back a fourth time.

terrible experience. i ordered online for pickup and waited 15 minutes for them to put it in the pickup area. after waiting and nothing, i asked and they had my food sitting on the side, without my coffee. They handed me my food and i sat down to wait for my drink, when i heard one of the workers ask if i wanted my drink and i said yes, and waited. after finishing my food i went to ask for my drink and they never made it because they thought i already got it, even though they never gave me anything. by far worst dunkin experience in queens. additionally, im almost positive i saw one of the workers pick food up off the floor after dropping it and still put it in a bag for another customer. absolutely disgusting.

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Queens, New York. Customer service was horrible! Employees are all filled with anger and attitude. If you don’t want to work, just go home. They can’t answer any questions.Food was even worse. I asked for an egg and cheese on a croissant, and they had bacon in it. By the time I got home, it was already too late. I will never come to this Dunkin again. Close them up, there’s a better Dunkin’ Donuts near bell blvd.

Ordered donuts here and they tasted pretty stale. Half of our order were Boston creme and the creme was nonexistent. There was a total of maybe a teaspoon at best in each donut. Very disappointing and shameful. We have been frequenting this location for years and let me also mention the manager is also very stingy, he only gives a packet or two of ketchup. Same goes for anything else, napkins, spoons- really doesn't want to give you anything.

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin. This manager was so mean to every customer. It's a beautiful place but because of him I'm never coming to this place ever again (unless there are free donuts...not even bad service can come between me and free donuts).
