We are addicted to Starbucks coffee. My significant other is a ex Starbucks employee and she is surprised at the quality herself. There has never been another Starbucks we’ve been to that is consistently making coffee at the perfect ratio and degree this location does everytime (4 occurrences) with our cold brews. Maybe it’s something in Baytowns water or thorough training, receptive employees? Dunno but they’re worthy of tips :)
The people in this store work there butts of to provide you with what you want. I don’t buy your coffee it’s to expensive but my daughter suggested that I try what she buys from Starbucks in Ohio. I really liked what she drinks. It took a while to get to my order but was worth the time and money spent. To the Manger GRET JOB
Today I was helped by a barista named Mariah, and oh my goodness she was literally the best partner in the world! I almost never go to this location because I have a history of bad experiences there, but she really redeemed the location’s reputation for me! She went out of her way to go above and beyond with me and was so sweet and kind! And to top it off, her latte art is second to none! She made my drink with such elegance and finesse! The establishment needs more partners like this one, because she was so awesome that it changed my whole view of Starbucks as a whole! Shoot, I’m even thinking of proposing to her! I think I fell in love!
My experience has always been great. I’ve been a customer of this location for over 5 years and have not found another Starbucks with really good coffee near Baytown area. My daughter had ordered via the app 5 minutes ahead of our arrival. When we arrived the drive-thru was out into the street so we were concerned that it would take forever to get her drink. She walked in and right back out with her drink and it was made perfectly. We were thrilled!
This location was very busy ... drive through was past the parking lot into the street. The drip coffee (dark roast) was fresh (09:30), the staff was friendly and propper social distancing was in effect. I was served quickly and correctly. They've got a good crew.
During the morning rush, they had a staff member outside taking orders in the drive-thru. This made my overall experience more enjoyable and seamless. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, exactly what I want to be greeted with early morning.

Pistachio frappuccino and cream cheese danish were good. Great customer service. Person ahead of us in the drive thru paid for our order. Made my day to experience such kindness. You don't see much of that these days. We paid for the person behind us. I hope it kept going.
As always my visit to Starbucks was delicious and well worth it. I ordered from the app on my phone and even though the wait was about 15 mins longer than the apps said it was still a pleasant experience. The employees worked extremely hard and as quick as possible.
Was a little slow due to lo g line in drive through, but it was also a holiday and didn't seem to have a full staff working. Once your order was taken from there to the window to pay and get our drinks went quick. Very friendly staff too!
The girls were so sweet! Definitely took a little while since they were backed up with lots of people inside, online orders, drive through- you can only go so fast with all that demand...but they handled the busy day so well and were kind and polite to any inpatient folks. Y’all are awesome!
I met Christina here at Starbucks. I could only get her in a picture and she had absolutely fabulous bling that not enough people practice that work for starbucks anymore. If you see her please thank her for being the best part of Starbucks. We dont have to rewrite history to make it better at Starbucks or anywhere else. And look at her smile. She loves working there. And that's why I go to Starbucks every day I can afford to. To remember what I love about starbucks that will never change in this lifetime. After I wrote original complaint that they were not clean ... Actually they did improve quite a bit. The place is cleaner, better than what it was on labor day weekend. Appreciate them taking a notice of the review and improving it . Very much impressed as I go their regularly , now employees clean the place few times. Two thumbs up to the manager /owner.
I LITERALLY LOVE CHRISTINA!!! her customer service is IMPECCABLE! Most of the employees here are so sweet and amazing. If they forget something, it’s because they’ve remembered everything else. I love this place and the people who work here.

Sunday early evening it was busy. The drive thru had 8 cars, we went inside. The store was clean, we were greeted warmly, it took me a minute, I was never rushed. Tasty Pistachio Latte. Something new

Everything was fresh and hot. The wait was my problem because I saw the drive thru line but it was raining and cold. I wasn't getting out of the car. 🤷🏽♀️

The remodeled Starbucks cafe looks great. The food, service were great. However the atmosphere makes it hard to study or work. I understand the music helps the atmosphere but when you’re turning the music all the way to 100% that’s what impacts the atmosphere. The loud levels of the music made it hard to study/work/calling/talking to people. Please lower the music I can promise no one would complain to a lower music sound.

Even though the drive through at this Starbucks gets busy they serve everyone efficiently and in a very kind professional way. Orders are always accurate. Atmosphere inside is nice too, but I usually prefer to use the drive through

I went here like a week ago, and remembering that we had ordered 3 coffee's, they got our nitro brew wrong. But honestly, I'm not even mad. All starbucks is a fast-paced, popular place. It just so happens that they misplaced my nitro cold brew, and that is totally fine! Next time, please please pay attention to orders. People want to get their order right because that is what they want. And they want their drink on hot sunny days, especially in Texas. We love the heat..

I frequent this Starbucks location because it’s on my way out to work. My order and service is usually fast and precise, today however no do much. It was awhile before someone came to help me . Everyone just kept walking by saying they’ll be with me in a minute. The manager came over to take my order he’s always so nice and remembers my name . I always order the exact same thing a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam . This drink is $8.88 the woman that made it the first time only put the amount of a grande and the foam looked gross . When I mentioned it she stated that she could add milk . I asked her could she remake it because the ratios were off and I could tell . She must’ve gotten offended because when she remade it she didn’t put any flavoring . She don’t add brown sugar or the salted caramel syrup. And when I checked the bottom of the cup for brown sugar I just see coffee grind . I’m disgusted and disappointed. The manager was so nice as usual when I called in he said he’d take care of me on my next run. I’m going to add photos of how my drink is supposed to look vs what I got today . Now I’m stuck drink espresso and milk .
Purchased the New Clear Starbucks Cup With Lid and Straw and I got home its broken 😔 and I left Starbucks and came straight to my house took the cup out of the Starbucks bag employee placed it in & its broken with a Chip in the lid.. I don't have ny receipt BUT I used my credit card for the purchase and I would like My Cup replaced. Baytown TX Garth Rd Location
I really want to give them 5 stars, but this location is drastically slow. Like so show, it's a problem. Their drive through consistently has lines around the building and it trickles onto the feeder road. They seem to prioritize drive through over in person orders. The drinks are good. The people are nice. It's just slow and it sucks.
Wish they were faster. The only Starbucks where I usually take more than 10-15 for 2 drinks that are never special customized, so I only stop if I'm willing to leave to work 30 minutes earlier. I always order through mobile and when I arrive for pickup it's always later than the time given. But most importantly the drinks are always great and I don't think I've ever had my order messed up on!
My latte order is always correct and ready quite quickly. Baristas are friendly and work well together, hence orders being made quickly! Last time I picked up an order here, the pastry was very stale and dry so maybe check the quality of food before taking off. Overall, it’s a regular Starbucks doing what Starbucks does! ☕️
Well, first off... I LOVE STARBUCKS! BUT...the other day I went thru and ordered the new Stawberry funnelcake Frappuccino. I was super excited to try this out! You know! Who doesn't love funnel cake!!! Well, I got my order and this is what I recieved. I was in a rush and didn't even notice till I took one sip and there was zero flavor. I took a look and it was all white! Well I pulled off to the side and stirred it up with the straw. Took about a good 5 min. And still very little flavor. All I ask is for you to train your people on how to make the new stuff please!!! I wasted 5$ on this drink to just throw away. 😭😭😭 A pic of what I got and what it's supposed to look like!
My spinach wrap was deliciously Mediterranean! I washed it down with a very refreshing dragon fruit drink. Mrs. Tuck had a warm fluffy, sweet, and flaky blueberry muffin with a iced coffee, mocha, to drink. The decor makes the store stand out in that location in a good way, outdoor seats and lounge, and clean even in the restroom.There is a commendable display to help donate to veterans in the lobby which I respect. A little slower than what I'm used to at Starbucks so they really deserve 4 and half stars but that's not an option so they get a very respectable 4.

I don’t think any Starbucks can handle the mobile, Doordash, and walk in/drive thru orders all in one morning! EVERYTIME i order via mobile app I do it 15-20 minutes before I arrive yet it’s never ready. Today was by far the worst, 30 minute wait along with a lobby of about 15 other people. I just won’t do it anymore at this time which is unfortunate.
I ordered a specific holiday flavored drink, they were out of it. So after picking another flavor (eggnog), I paid for my drink and waited, only to be called up to the counter and told they were out of that flavor as well. So I just asked for whatever flavor they weren't out of. They were super nice, and even gave me a gift card for my next purchase. But being right off the interstate right outside of Houston, it's important to have holiday flavors during the holidays!!
This location is okay. Drive thru is slow. They don't always fill the drinks correctly. This has happened to me multiple times and there is no canopy or any sort of shelter above the drive thru menu. So when it's raining you will get wet, your vehicle gets wet. Its annoying. You just have to hope the starbucks person doesn't take forever to take your order. Other than this, it's okay.
Food was good but very disappointed with service. It took a really long time to get our drinks and both our drinks were incorrect. One was only half full and mine was completely wrong. They had to remake both drinks. They were good about it but it meant having to wait again. Very friendly service.
I’ve been there a total of about four different times not closely together. All four times I’ve had to wait a minimum extra 15 mins past the estimated time my mobile order to be ready. You would think your drink would be delicious with how much time they’re taking to make your order but they’re not that good. I’ve been to many different Starbucks and I’m reluctant to come back to this location. I only chose this location due to convenience of it being right off Garth and I-10 heading to work. The visit before this one took additional 15 minutes over the estimated time with only one person in drive through, one person chilling with their order, and my one mobile order at 5am that I could see they have which resulted in me being late to work. They were lollygagging and not taking the orders seriously. Standing around. 3 visits ago it was CRAZY busy so I understood the time frame it took to make my order yet it was still 20 minutes past my order time and the order time was already 20 min wait. This morning my mobile order said it’d be ready by a certain time and it already takes me past the time to arrive there to pick it up and I did that on purpose so I can pull up, grab and go. I’m also Deaf so I choose this mobile method to avoid the common miscommunication with verbal orders. Somebody needs to come into this location in disguise as a customer a few times and see for themselves how they operate. The associates didn’t seem to like what seems to be manager cuz she had a bit of an attitude. I asked if my order is being made when I arrived a couple mins past my order estimate time. Her response was a monotonous “no maam” and proceeds to slowly find it. Another 10 minutes past and I had to speed to get to work since I’m the only manager to open my store this morning. Last thing I want to be doing is to be late on a busy Saturday for my job.
I did an online order for pickup inside. When I arrived at the store, at my pick up time, I went in and realized I was still on the “received” list. I watched as the girl was trying to make a drink for, what I’m assuming was a manager. She had to restart the drink after making it wrong. After handing it to the manager who was working at a table, she resumed making drinks for customers. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes inside (not including the time I placed my order until the time I got there) just to receive my drink and then she forgot the cold foam. She did correct it, but the wait time was a bit much.
I like the convenience of this Starbucks location as it’s right off of I-10 and Garth Rd. It’s also one of the biggest I’ve visited. I like and appreciate some of the workers here as they are really good and friendly. However, some other times, they have the not-so-good team on shift that I already know what’s going to happen as I’ve seen it several times before: I’m waiting for my beverage, along with a few others, while there’s a really long line in the drive through, and some of the employees chitchat and show no urgency in their action. Other than that glaring defect, they always get my drink and order right.
So 30 minutes in the drive through, my daughter-in-law orders online, goes in to hear they are backed up and her order will be ready in 40 minutes! One cup of coffee? Bless my Keurig! Sounds like management needs to do a better job!
Waited 45 minutes for a Chai Latte. It seems like the drive through gets priority, so if you are coming, perhaps try that. It should not take as long to get a beverage as I could order and eat breakfast at another place.
The parking lot was hard to get in and out of. The drive thru was very crowded the inside was nicely decorated. The girl that waited on us was very patient and informative of the products. But when it came to getting our order two of the drinks came out then it took at least 10 minutes for the last drink to come. Who wants to wait that long although the Java chip latte or whatever it was called was very good.
They will take forever to make your drink, very slow, expect 15-30 minutes wait time. I always tip 100%, and I remember one time I tipped $150 just for 3 drinks because I know that most of them are students and I respect hard working students. Since mid 2022 I never tip in this store because the new staffs don’t deserve it. The need to have staffs outside taking orders from the drive thru cars, otherwise good luck with the 30-45 minutes waiting time with your engine running.
Some mornings super busy and when ordering inside you think you will get your drink faster you won't . They have mobile orders sitting there and taking forever on peoples drinks that are there they need a better system in mobile ordering maybe like target when you text your on the way and start on your drink then. I've literally waited 35 min on a iced coffee ridiculous. And I've seen batistas favorite people drinks as in they know them know what drink to make get a tip from them and get their drink asap 🙄
The employees were great and my order was correct. The problem was that the lobby was closed and you had to go through the drive thru. It was the only way to get your mobile order. If you don't have 15 minutes to get your order, don't go here. There were no updated hours on the app or website so you don't find out until you get there. The point of ordering ahead is so that you can just run in and grab it without going through the drive thru or waiting. I had an appointment to keep and would have just canceled my order if I knew how.
If you want the most Inconsistent Coffee come to this location it’s always a hit or a miss here always to much milk or not enough milk in the espresso or they try to pass off a half full cup with so much ice as a full drink even after remodeling still terrible better off going to Garth and w.baker location only reason I come here is for it being around the corner from work

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country. Sometimes the wait is long but I have always gotten amazing tasting refreshers that tasted the same. Yesterday I order mango dragonfruit and strawberry refresher through the drive thru. When she handed me the drink, it didn’t not taste right at all. My initial opinion was that tasted super sour. I had them re make it. The woman apologized and explained. Girl was training. The new ones Initially tasted sweeter so I drove away. As I’m sipping I realize it tastes like water with some fruit in it. Still disgusting just a bit sweeter. WHY ON EARTH did she have the same girl who clearly doesn’t know how to make the drink yet remake the new ones! I’m furious. Nasty. Don’t ever go here
Sunday 3/19/23 I stopped in at 8:00 am for a coffee and use their restroom. Hands down, this was the dirtiest, nastiest Starbucks I’ve ever walked into. That store was nasty from the outside to the bathroom and keep in mind this was by 8:00 am on a Sunday. The filth was from the day prior bc it’s impossible to be in that condition by 8.00 am on a Sunday. I bet the roaches are running rapid there. Bathroom was just as dirty with toilet paper laying on that nasty floor. If I wasn’t on a schedule, I would’ve talked to management; lazy management Shame on you, water is cheap so there’s no need for filth.
Horrible service. It is nothing more than overpriced cheap coffee which doesn’t taste good. They’ve remodeled to change the atmosphere but it isn’t working. Location is sketchy.
This isn’t the stores fault, but as a company I think it’s wild I spend 11$ on a cup of coffee (happily bc it’s so yummy) but then you charge for ice water? Wild lol
Made the mistake of stopping here driving through town. Placed a mobile order before arriving. After a 25-minute wait inside for my order, I left without ever even receiving it. It never came up and wad still 10-15 mins behind when I asked. The lobby was the worst part. The crowd was the epitome of what you may think a room filled with Karen's would look like. Not comfortable to be in at all.
After placing a mobile order, I showed up to the location which was clearly busy. I waited for 5 minutes to see if my mobile order would be ready before approaching whom I assume is a manger judging by how obnoxious he was. I told him I had a mobile order I had place 15 minutes prior his response I don’t have it yet but I’ll get to it. I went back to wait now being here for more than 20 minutes and observed as another lady approached him and asked where her order was at he gave her the same spill, I’ll get to it. Which she responded that she had to go to cancel the order. At that point this gentleman said you know what I’ll make your order right now ma’am and proceeded to make her order on the spot. The lack of common courtesy is outrageous. I’d hate to say it’s because I’m Hispanic and she was white but with this day and age I wouldn’t be surprised. If you offer a service on your app to order a drink ahead of time, to just pop in and grab it without having to waste time of your day, you should make sure you follow through. We are all busy we all have places to be, I will make sure I don’t come back to this location.
If i could give them 0 stars i would! They always take so long for your order. When theres a long line in the drive thru i get off so i can order and i still wait over 20 min! Ive been to many starbucks and they never take as long as this one does! I come to this one every thursday and its always the same darn thing!
I never waited SOOO long to get a Starbucks drink in my life. This is everytime we come here. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line, once We got To get our drinks we waited about 8 minutes More and we saw our drinks just sitting there the entire time, even the whip cream started to melt
This was probably one my worst Starbucks experiences! We had maybe 2-3 cars in front of us. Our order was only 1 drink! Once we get to the window they're fairly prompt about our payment. And then seemed like over 5-10 minutes later we get drink. I feel should've been ready when we pulled up to window. They're collectively nice people; speed of service needs to be improved.
Stopped by this afternoon and placed an order. They were out of brownies, took way longer for my drinks and as I drove away I realized that they didn’t give me my water bottle I purchased. I was already on the highway so I decided to call. I kept calling and someone would hang up. Horrible experience.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Service is extremely slow. Placed a mobile order with the app. Guy at the window had zero clue what our order was. He asked us 4 times about our order and it was still wrong. Coffee was cold, and wrong! Didn’t have items that we ordered and getting a refund on those items was apparently as difficult as moving a mountain. Will not ever stop at this location again.
I've tried giving this location several opportunities. I always place my mobile order in advance and twice now I've waited over 40 min once I got to the location. But times I've had to leave to get to work. Tried calling Starbucks customer service for refund but I was #1,300 in queue. Really need option to refund by store or app.
I am a TRUE Starbucks customer it’s almost a religion. This is my first time in more than 10 years of patronage to leave a bad review. Today I went to the Baytown, TX STORE #10619 I have never experienced such AWFUL SERVICE and from the store manager non the less. When I pulled up the store was pretty slow. It was 8pm on a Sat 2 cars in the drive thru and one lady being served in the store. I ordered a Dbl shot of espresso. After 10 min my order had not been made. Then when I requested a refund the Manager not only refused to refund my money but was angry because I said I FELL as if this is taking way to long and I really need to go. She asked my name I told her and I said the young man over there can tell you what it’s under he rang me up. She was so angry and rude. She replied I guarantee he can’t tell me he doesn’t even know what he’s doing he’s knew. The manager was so unprofessional and rude. As an over the road truck driver I’ve been to Starbucks in 48 States and this BAYTOWN TX STORE IS THE WO
The slowest starbucks ever. Don't bother to come here if you don't have a mobile order, you get put on queue. This starbucks does not deserve even 1 star. Never coming back again.. 2 drinks and waited 20 min. Yall need a better system. Do better.
Did a mobile order 20 minutes before I arrived and it wasn’t made. A lady named Christina started making it but made it with completely different ingredients, ignoring what I asked for. This location is always out of something. Lobby just got remodeled and is closed again. Only way you know is walking up to the door to see the small sign. Drive thru always takes like 30 minutes.
Giving one star due to the coffee being good. The staff is very rude. Dining room was closed only for guests but staff was allowed to have their friends inside. The sly comments behind the counter were completely inappropriate and not needed. Management needs to correct this. I know Starbucks is different but they need to do better!

I ordered a Tall Blonde through the app 2/25/2024 and was notified it being ready. I waited 20 min inside the store and the Barista informed that my order is only brewed before 12 pm.

It's a new location and you would think it would be a great experience... but I have been there more than once since they have opened. And they never have chocolate croissants... the last time I was served the display one at full price and the staff is rude. Not kind.... not even a smile. My last experience the woman at the window seemed annoyed to be there.... if my children were not in the car my reaction would have been ugly to her. The only reason I go is because I love starbucks and there isn't many locations in Baytown. But I don't go daily like I used to since I moved to Baytown because the lack of quality overall. I refuse pay for a experience that is lacking.
Over 20 minutes I’ve waited for my mobile order! This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! It’s so convenient since it’s the only coffee offered on my way in to work but almost every time I stop here they make me late for work. Then they just leave your mobile order on the counter for everyone to touch until you get there. I’ve not experienced that though since I’m always standing there waiting well past my scheduled pickup time. they take so long to make the coffee, you could probably make it to the location from downtown before it’s put on the counter for pickup.
Very unpleasant first time experience. - super long wait time - unfriendly staff and no personality - unhappy with my order I stopped at this Starbucks on my in to New Orleans. The lobby wasn’t crowded at all but the drive through was long, so I ordered inside. Ordered a Gr Vanilla Latte + extra shot + 2 pumps of brown sugar @ 8:54 am and didn’t get my order until after 9:20 am. Ridiculous! I watched several people, at least 5, that ordered after me receive their drink before me and leave ( no mobile order). When I inquired about my drink, all the barista could tell me was that,” It’s coming up ( rude tone) and it obviously wasn’t being that I waited 25 minutes for a Vanilla Latte. When I received my drink, it was not filled all the way and it didn’t taste like usual at all. Also when I got my Venti water, there was water all outside of my cup. It almost slipped out of my hand when she handed to me. When people go and order Starbucks, usually you get the same friendly and efficient service no matter where you are, but I definitely can not say the same for this morning. I didn’t enjoy anything about this experience and I will never stop here again. It was such an inconvenience to me.
Don’t worry about what you order. You’re gona get what they want to make. They don’t know the difference in their own coffee beans or something as simple as “extra ice”
It’s pointless to do mobile orders at this location because it will NEVER be ready at the estimated time that it says. When I say they are super slow, a sloth would probably make my coffee faster than they could- and by a landslide. They seem to always be short staffed so I used to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there should be no reason for me to place an order at least 20 mins ahead of time, for it to still not be ready by the time it takes me to get there. I never write reviews but every single time I order here it takes so long to get my things because of the employees constantly talking to each other and not focusing on pushing out orders. And if you place a mobile order and there’s a drive thru line, good luck lol THIS PLACE SUCKS. ZERO Stars if I could.
If you have a choice to go to another Starbucks besides this one do so! I have been here so many times, but i finally have stop visiting this location altogether because I am tired of ordering my drinks and when I ask for LIGHT ICE on them they automatically WATER DOWN the refreshers or add more milk to the lattes just so they won’t waste more of their ingredients to FLAVOR your drink! I have order many different types of drinks and they do this with most of them!!! On 2 occasions I went through the drive thru and they did the same thing, so I parked my car and went inside so they could remake my drink because it was just water with color and all the workers gave me attitudes.
The coffee was good! But I ordered 30 minutes ahead and they still had me wait 20 minutes when I went to go pick my order, I understand the drive through was long but they literally managed to get every drive through order done and not mine, like Hello??
I placed a mobile order for pickup, but when I arrived, the front lobby door was locked. I had to get back in my car and go through the drive-thru, where several cars were already waiting. When I told staff the door was locked, they denied it, even though multiple customers were clearly being forced into the drive-thru line for the same reason. No one apologized or showed any empathy for the inconvenience. This delay put me behind on my commute to work and started my morning off poorly. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Also, drink quality is very inconsistent — the same beverage tastes different almost every visit. There’s nothing signature or reliable about the experience anymore.
This location needs to retrain all their employees. Not a single one of them know how to do a proper iced shaken espresso. I NEVER have a issue with any other location.
Staff is very inattentive and extremely rude! There’s a store lead by the name of “Dez” is all she would tell me. They refused to give me the name of the manager, acted as if they didn’t know whom it was. You go into the store and you just stand there, no one greets you, no one ask can they help you, no one even speaks. You have to get their attention. And when you do you’re treated like you’re bothering them! And maybe it’s not for every customer, maybe it’s for my type of customer, maybe it’s only us of a certain ethnicity, if you get what I’m saying. They definitely need to be trained better on customer service! Especially if you’re a lead or a manager! Because we’re supposed to be able to go to management when we have any type of issue, but you can’t at this Starbucks because the manager here or at least the one on duty now, is worse than the rest of the staff. I called the store after I left to speak with a manager, Dez answered the phone, was again rude, and hung up in my face! DO BETTER!!
What terrible service they have here! Even though we're just picking up orders, the employees should be polite. The woman at the register and the guy with the earring are very rude. I'm definitely canceling my orders from this place because of the poor treatment.
Took 21 minutes for mobile order that quoted 5-8 minutes. Order closed out on digital board and in app before it was actually ready (gaming your metrics), had to remake one drink because made tall instead of grande.. Customers who ordered at counter left before we did. Barista was working hard but others were cutting up and telling jokes over headsets. One positive note - restrooms were clean. We had plenty of time to use them. Starbucks -we expect better!
I already had up a low star review but I was being nice about it still giving 2 or 3 stars but after this morning’s trip I have no nice left for this location. Owner/franchiser/upper-management needs to spend a day here and see how horrific this locations drinks and service are. This morning was one of those mornings you really just need that coffee to taste like coffee. This location messes up just about every drink you can possibly order but I tried to go with a basic one to reduce my chances of receiving a messed up drink. Placed the order on the app for a caramel Frappuccino, got to the window and was handed my drink after a few minutes. Immediately, did not even look like a caramel frap aside from the measly drizzle of caramel on the top of the cup. I pulled out of the drive through and got on the freeway and took the first drink of it and immediately I was just infuriated. This is ridiculous, this so called caramel Frappuccino tasted like old milk, water, and some sort of powder. I’ve had these from other locations and they’re spectacular. It was extremely flavorless and bitter. Straight into the trash. I have no idea how this locations doors are open. The area is ghetto, the parking lot is ghetto, the service is trash, the food is trash, the drinks are trash… do not spend your money here, especially if they’re charging you almost $8 for experiences like this. McDonald’s makes better coffee than this place. Just in case a Starbucks manager sees this and wants to give me my absolute waste of money back, my receipt number for this order is 70933496. Y’all need to work on this location…
Very dirty toilets. Total unsanitary conditions. The floors were washed in the presence of customers. There were few customers, but 2 drinks took a very long time. Matcha is very tasteless and cloyingly sweet. Change the matcha powder. The lids on the drinks were wet (why?!) and smelled of some kind of bleach. Just close and take pity on the customers.
