My FAVORITE Subway location ever. Shoutout to Vee (Vonda) and the young man under her wing. They have the best energy and customer service and they always make sure the ingredients are fresh! The shop is always clean.

The man and woman who are manning this store every time I come in ALWAYS have a smile on their faces. They are pleasant and kind—which is why my family drives to this store, even though there is another Subway closer to us. The service at this store is top notch! Even at the end of their shift, they always greet each customer and thank them for their business. Keep up the good work!! We appreciate you!!

Just had the most amazing experience with Miranda!!! I know it’s a subway but listen , I just had a long drive and all I wanted was a sub okay. Everyone isn’t nice when you go into places like this but Miranda was so sweet and patient and polite!!! She’s such a girls girl and I’m extremely grateful that I had this experience with her today! The girl who looked really young was very sweet and even complimented me❤️I see her give free cookies to kids who walk in and have their parents refuse to buy them one. I go there often to see her hair color change almost monthly, super interesting colors. One time I walked in and she was signing to a deaf costumer! Really coo! Very well made sandwich for the eyes and the taste buds lol 😂. She even has my order memorized, 10/10 employee!!

I was hesitant to come back after a bad experience a couple months ago. We were in the area at the UPS store next door so we stopped for a quick lunch. The two employees working were very kind and attentive. The intention to provide good customer service was very evident. The store was clean and the food was fresh! We will be back!

Very great experience I had. The manager Keiesha was working on six or seven sandwiches in front of me and finished them in such a short amount of time, very impressive for just being the only person working today and she got my order out in less than 10 minutes.

Look, I barely leave reviews. But I wanted to give a small acknowledgement to Eric / Erick. I know its only food, but too many folks now a days, just dont know anything at the stores they work. They are order takers n all. It just meant something to me, Erick was able to read the ingredients of the Hot shot Italiano without looking @ the menu, he also knew the taste enough to recommend a sauce that really changed the meal. & he chopped it up with me a bit. Look I get it its food, oh well. But the fact that he KNEW and put me on something i didn't think about. Wherever you end up in your life man I wish the upmost success, the world needs more folks like yourself. Give this man some praise in your next meeting!

I shouldnt have to open my sandwich everytime before i leave but it looks like i will have to. No lettuce nor avacado smash. I usually try not to be rude but i paid for this to not even be on the sandwich twice in barely a week. I did order ahead gave them 18 minutes and still when i came in they were hardly started on it. Please if people order something put it on. Especially when we are patient and wait.

I just left earlier and there were 2 girls working and the African American girl seem to have an attitude which made me uncomfortable. She was very short with me, barely made eye contact but would rush me during my order. And when she put toppings on my sandwich she barely put any on. I got maybe a pinch of lettuce, 3 or 4 slices of bell paper/onion. I didn’t want to ask for more because it would most likely piss her off and lead me to choose violence. If you don’t like your job, quit.

Customer service could’ve been better, the girl who helped me was nice I could tell she was new, i was greeted by a man I think his name was Jonathan he was nice and friendly but the African American woman seemed rude and not friendly at all, she was helping a guy in front of me and she looked like she had a probably with the kind of sandwhich he wanted. Went in. Asked for a wrap, they didn't have any in the rack so the guy went back to look in the back, while the other employee did nothing. Guy came back and got the customer in front of me's order (which the other employee should have been doing). Other employee then starts working on an online order. After finishing with the other order, which took over 5 minutes, The guy came back and said they were out of wraps. Who couldn't he have said that before? Why was the other employee standing around? Why did she start another order before confirming with me?

I placed my order and it was wrong. Came back just to get sauce because that was the main thing I was interested in since the sandwiches were extremely dry and the lady I spoke with had a slight attitude abs proceeded to make me wait for her to complete a sandwich before she would give me my sauces.

Went in today and there was a light skinned girl with braids behind the counter. She was very impatient and passive aggressive with a bad attitude. Food was good but I was so mad it was hard to enjoy.

The new guy was nice and friendly. Now the lady working today (3/6/23)...rude and unpleasant. She got upset because we used the deal on the app. I forgot that you get rewards if I use the app so I ordered through the app while I was inside the store. She purposely made us wait 30 minutes to get our sandwiches while like 6 people that came inside the store ordered first. Even though we placed our order way before that. On top of that she didn’t include my chocolate chip cookies that we paid for!! We didn’t check for the cookies until we got home so we had to drive back to get them. Just to find out that they didn’t have chocolate chip cookies!! Super frustrated with our experience. I rather drive 10+ minutes to get better service that won’t make us wait 30 minutes before we get the food.

Very upsetting. I had to tell the young man behind flipping the bread to put gloves on. He started flipping bread on the table with his bare hands and putting bread in the oven. The 2nd round I told him that he need gloves because I never seen him wash his hands and it's not sanitary. The young man in the front preparing my meal asked him if he was wearing gloves and glove less he said " yes ". An employee that can lie about this is not a good employee. You should wash your hand when preparing customers meal. This is unsanitary and the manager was so worried about preparing her salad for her break didn't pay attention to it. I dislike when one individual mess up a rating because the young man in the front was very nice and his customer service skills were good

This is the worst establishment I have ever had to pick up a food order from and will not be returning. Your locations is the worst representation for Subway its self. My order was set for 7:35 I arrived 7:42 & still hadn’t received notification the order was ready. When I arrive inside it’s only two workers one leaving and the other two moving super slow talking with each other. They were out of the bread I order only white and wheat, didn’t make any more cookies which was one of my order items as well, no fresh garnishes had wilted lettuce and old slice tomatoes. They toasted my meat & burnt it but didn’t toasted my bread which I asked for both to be done. By the time I left with my order it was 8:52 pm. There was no management available to speak with at the time so couldn’t get my money returned and go somewhere else. So when I returned next day & ppl in the lobby upset waiting for food orders. Asked employee for number to manager as number on website doesn’t work til this day the phone number still doesn’t work. The employee gave me a number for management I left a message been about a week now & no call back from them yet. Sad! So I guess corporate is who you have to call because they have no management at subway. Per the reviews on this location I don’t understand why it’s still open this subway needs to be shut down and the manager needs not to manage anything else in life they’re the worst.

I hate to have to do this because the workers at this subway was really nice and chill they took there time with each customer. But the manager the black woman with natural hair should really learn from her workers this "manager" went back and forth with me about how I wanted my sandwich I don't like toasted bread so I always get my sandwiched put in the microwave what did I say that for the attitude was uncalled for even the customers behind me said the "manager" has an attitude problem. I have never had a person from subway to go back and forth with me about how I want my sandwich made and I use to work for subway. This establishment just lost a customer and I told all my family and friends not to go here. It's bad enough black ppl get treated bad but when you have your own kind treat you bad it's shameful.

I placed a mobile order waited 15 mins went in to go pick it up and was told very rudely that there was no bread, at 1pm on a Friday! It was already paid for and there was no way of refunding it to my card. This guy was so rude the whole time, I asked for his name only to get told it was none of my business! So thanks subway a simple order took 45 mins out of my day, should have went to a sit down restaurant. And look into who you’re hiring! The guy was so rude talking negative about costumers after they leave the store!

Had it delivered, driver left it at the wrong apartment complex. Took us 20 minutes to find it at the bottom of the steps at the wrong building. Tried to call store when they said it was delivered and phone doesn’t even ring.

This location has a big management problem. There are some nice employees here but the problem is clearly with the management. I have submitted feedback through Subway customer service and have yet to receive a response. I will edit this review when I hear back. EDIT: It's been 5 months and zero response from corporate. They made it clear they have no interest in customer service or retention.

I hesitate to give 1 star. The owner of this location needs to step up and help his/her employees. The service is incredibly slow, the place is not clean, and the music is too loud. The employees are not well trained in making sandwiches or keeping the workspace clean. They do not seem interested in being there. There is always a "we're hiring" sign. Perhaps if the owner would spend more time at the location, train and help out, there may not be so much turn over. I will not visit this location again.

I just recently visit this location for the first time on Sunday 3/6/2022. I wasn’t really paying attention but the workers didn’t Change their gloves. I understand some places you don’t have to wear face mask but they was just breathing all over the food. I wonder if they get tested because having the shot doesn’t stop you from getting sick… I was told the toaster didn’t work, everything I wanted to get this location didn’t have it. To make a long story short I’m sick from eating here. I don’t even go outside, this was the closest place near my house to get food that night. I called the store no one answered, I put a complaint in online, I’m still waiting for a response. The sandwich was nasty I believe it was the mayonnaise! If it was mayonnaise, my daughter is throwing up my stomach is hurting. I can’t believe this it’s been 3 days. Some of the things I purchased was old. I only ate a little of the sandwich, my daughter ate her whole sandwich. I didn’t go back to the subway because they were closed, I have to work and I don’t even have a car. Honestly me going back to this subway is not going to help me, Im going to just go to the hospital for that…

Whoever was working tonight was insanely rude and couldn’t put a sandwich together to save their lives. I came in and was getting my sandwich and some other lady came in and the guy stopped making my sandwich to make hers. She wanted hers toasted (I didn’t) and he threw mine in with hers. Do the waste your money. Had a delivery order which was delivered with my sandwich almost unwrapped and bag sticker broken. They didn't do the right bread, added mess I don't eat and would never put on my sub...ordered 6 cookies chocolate chip and got all raspberry. Called over and over and nobody would answer the phone. Based on today experience ordering from this location, I don’t think I’ll return to this location. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all poorly made. The one sandwich I requested to be toasted, was not. Dressing was little to none on all sandwiches. The one employee that was working he had Music playing very loud. The Cookies tasted old and dry. Just not a great experience.

Do not go here. I have tried this location several times over the past couple of years and they never seem to get any better. The manager has the worst attitude with everyone. She refuses any substitutions (even though all the other locations do it with no problem), she is hateful to customers, then offers to charge you more if you leave an item off your sandwich. It took me over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Very slow service. The bread was hard and the food did not seem as fresh as locations always do. Had 2 footlong sandwiches in my order ($25 worth) and tried to pay with a $50 bill. Was told we don't take those. I made a comment to them that they make it very difficult for customers at this location and they replied why would you say that. There is no sense of speed, friendliness, or customer service what so ever here. I will not go back. Save your time and frustration by avoiding this location.

I went in to use the restroom and while walking out i said thanks have a great day and the manager told me the restroom was for customers only. I told her it was an emergency and she said it doesn't matter, cool I understand! Right but no she kept on about it so I told her she will be alright and walk out. The manager that works here kimba Kim whatever her name is is VERY RUDE I placed a order online with a gift card the order didn’t go through or it was a glitch in the system and the manager when I walked in was helping somebody else so another associate was helping me she stoped with that customer and told me that my order was not in the system and orders are not filled until the payment goes through so I waited and had another associate check my gift card which it was still $10.81 on the gift card I started to place my order in person the same order I placed online which it was the sub of the day and it was a food long the manager in the background telling her I can’t get a footlong it has to be a 6” so I say ok I’ll just get two I proceeded with the order she keeps saying stuff in the background which she then tells me she’s on her phone and proceeded to argue with me and get loud in front of another customer this manager is just rude and very unprofessional should not be a manager I asked for corporate she then tells me it’s no corporate number it’s owned by a franchise owner and I can come back and talk with him when he’s there. Which I will get in touch with him

I would just like to say I picked up an order in here 10-3-24. 2:50 pm There was a black lady in the back, look like a Hispanic lady working on the line. The lady in the bag was talking very bad to the lady working upfront, like as if she done something wrong, but you don’t talk to them like that first of all and second of all, you are not supposed to bring that out in front of the customers! Regardless of what issue the lady had, you should take that up with her after work or when there are no customers in the restaurant, the lady was clearly in the wrong and had a major attitude! I think this really needs to be looked into.

I just ordered 4 sandwiches (2 veg and 2 chicken) and having the worst experience. First thing there's no way you can identify which one is which. Secondly in veg I ordered one with veggie patty and another veggie delight. Both are sent with same set of veggies and without patty(costs additional $2). Had chosen multi grain bread but looks like some other hard non-fresh bread sent. This store doesn't look like serious with their customer service. I don't think I will order here again with such a bad and disappointed experience.

Seems like this store does not have much to offer when it comes to bread only 2 types of bread is available and from what I've seen in the comments is that this is a regular thing the ingredients somewhat fresh and the speed is OK but are limited on what they can make honestly haven't been in a while but this has been a somewhat disappointment but overall there are better stores or sandwich shops around that are a bit faster and alot more tasty that are actually prepared and can make anything you want

They never have tuna , soups or oven roasted chicken. Sandwich was not toasted properly , don't think the oven works . Tomatoes are not fresh at all .

I am very upset about the actions of the manager tonight. The guy at the front was busy helping customers in front of me and went and asked the manager for help since there were multiple people in line-which is great customer service. The problem is the manager came out slamming everything and throwing food while making our sandwiches and had the nastiest attitude the whole time. We have had multiple experiences with her and they have all been negative. After all of that she is at the register texting on her phone which can’t be sanitary while being around food.

And the main part the garlic aioli. The menu list all the ingredients that's on the sandwich. The sandwich is completely dry and barely any flavor. The menu is RIGHT BEHIND THEM. All they have to do is look at it if they don't know. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location. And reading the other reviews there's no point in calling them bc they don't know how to answer the phones. EVERY (most every) food place in Bedford the associates aren't trained properly and the job isn't done correctly. This is so frustrating!!! Here's the menu where it says what comes on the sandwich & this is my sandwich just plain with none of those other toppings.

My boyfriend and I wanted subway because we hadn’t eaten subway in a long time, I was craving the new hot honey pepperoni and when we got there, the employee was about to make it and one of the other employee said they didn’t have any hot honey. I was disappointed but I chose something else, when we got home my boyfriend’s sandwich feel from the bag due to being poorly wrapped. We both had the Italian cheese and herb bread, mine was toasted and his wasn’t. When I took a bite the bread was hard to bite into I thought it was because mine was toasted but when I took a bite of my boyfriend’s sandwich his wasn’t toasted and was stale as well. My boyfriend said his was dry and was missing mayo, mine would have been okay if it hadn’t been for the stale bread. Overall very disappointing and will most likely not go to this location again.

I always eat here because I’ve never had any trouble but today when I asked for extra toppings I was told no because the boss said they were giving too many out. Not even offered to pay for extra toppings. You’ll provide a service in the food industry and should be able to fill a request made at your store without any issues. I’ve never had the problem here but surely won’t be returning.

I have very bad experience about working inside stuff ,1 of girl who incharge she is very bad attitude and rude ,this is worst experience in my life about subway ,customer service not acceptable. I ordered sandwitch and time to pick up not ready,who making sandwiches they don't respect customers time here.

I stood inside an empty building for 10 minutes while the worker didn't even greet us or literally say anything. This is a joke. Hire better workers. We just walked out and will not come back.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at subway, not because of the staff but because of the people in charge, this lady is by herself, has no bread, I felt bad and wanted to just cancel my order and go somewhere, she could help me with that, not her fault. I’m on the app and I can’t find an option for that, I try to contact customer service and of course the AI is useless, I’ve been waiting my order for 40 minutes. I’ve seen the service industry on downhill slope.. stop trying to profit non stop and take care of the people that keep your business moving. Ps I don’t ever leave reviews

Wouldn't even honor coupons from the same mailed sheet and instead of 6.99 for my footlong it was 11.99. When asked why they couldn't accept the 6.99 coupon they said they only had a promo for a 5.99 or a 7.99 coupon and that because of that they couldn't take my coupon for a 6.99 footlong, so you can't give me the 7.99 promo? It was obviously a valid coupon as the other 6in coupon from the same mail in sheet that I had, they accepted. Whatever, food was meh and I'll just go next door to jersey mikes for a better sandwich for that price.

The person making my sandwhich don’t change gloves in between sandwiches and I’m highly allergic to onions and she put onions and other things on the people before me’s food. On top of that she wasn’t cleaning the knife in between cutting the sandwhiches and was cutting all of the sandwhiches with the same dirty knife. I was absolutely disgusted and tossed out my food after paying because I didn’t trust that I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction due to cross contamination. Extremely disappointed.

Whoever was working tonight was insanely rude and couldn’t put a sandwich together to save their lives. I came in and was getting my sandwich and some other lady came in and the guy stopped making my sandwich to make hers. She wanted hers toasted (I didn’t) and he threw mine in with hers. He keot ignoring me and only talked to her. Mine had barely any meat or cheese and it was made wrong. Should’ve left.

My boyfriend and I wanted subway because we hadn’t eaten subway in a long time, I was craving the new hot honey pepperoni and when we got there, the employee was about to make it and one of the other employee said they didn’t have any hot honey. I was disappointed but I chose something else, when we got home my boyfriend’s sandwich feel from the bag due to being poorly wrapped.
