I am from Bryan/College Station. I Had to Drive to Waco for Personal Reasons Regarding A Emergency and And Had my 5 children with me. On Google Bellmead Subway was the only Food Place Available at That late of a time. It Was very Thick Fogg,Very Hard to see. I Tried to Turn into the parking lot, then ended up Hitting a Curb or something Hard. Both My Front Tires Popped. Then after im able to move and park in a large back parking lot my Car Wouldn't Start anymore. There was Only 1 Employee in the store. I Believe her Name was Bree. While Ordering She could tell I was Distressed. She Offered to Come Look, Contact Anyone for me. After She Said she Could Fix It. The Employee Went Back and Forth Working in the Store, Then coming outside to work on my car. She Fixed Aired up Both Front Tires. Worked underneath the Hood in the Cold and Dark and Got me and My Children back on the road. She Worked on my car for over 3 hours. While Still Running the Inside of the Store. The Next time I come to visit Waco I would like to Get more Subway and Also leave a Tip for The Employee Bree. Afterwards I could tell she was very Exhausted. Im Very Thankful and Appreciative For her Kindness
I went in and kudos to the morning employees, they were extremely busy, and the restaurant was spotless, the sandwiches were made with speed and accuracy. Best customer service I've seen in a while.
Me, my wife, and her grandmother stopped in for lunch here. Kimberly (GM) was phenomenal and even gave recommendations on what to add to our sandwiches for the best taste. The food tasted great and the store was very clean. Thank you for a great experience.
There Was A Girl covered in Tattoos on the OverNight Shift She had A Rough appearance but it was the Best customer service ive had in years. The Sandwich was perfect. The store was clean. She was a very Kind Soul Definitely Recommend The Late Night Shift Employee
I eat at Subway at least once a week. I travel all week for work, and I rarely eat at the same Subway location more than once. This particular location was the best Subway establishment I had ever eaten at. They were fully staffed, and every employee was eager to help and so very friendly. I had never ordered a protein bowl, so I tried it this time. There was so much meat, the bowl was filling, and the veggies were fresh. If I'm ever in this area again, I will most definitely stop here to eat.
Food came out right but it took 30 mins to get 2 sandwiches. While everyone else that came in were all out within 5. Idk what was so hard about 2 12 in sandwiches but it’s rediculous having to wait that long. Get faster on making the sandwich
Ordered a six inch sandwich meal deal through the app tonight. The workers told us the chips I ordered were in the bag. We got home, no chips in the bag. The sandwich also wasn’t toasted which is what I ordered and the sandwich was supposed to be on Italian bread and they gave it to me on regular bread. Super frustrating
The manager’s son apparently works nights and will burn your food if you ask him to remake part of your order that he messed up. Crushed my sandwich with my drink, left out one of the three drinks we ordered, got one of the chips wrong, and left out our cookie. We had to go in person to get the order fixed because we couldn’t even contact this location by phone after calling twice. He also lied and said he didn’t make it despite being the only worker there.
If I could leave -0 Stars I would apparently you cannot get any extra black olives or similar toppings because of the owner's policy I can't believe that I can't even get charged for what I want on my sandwich then when I tried to pay for it they wouldn't allow me to and all of their other toppings were rotting just like the teeth in the lady face that was doing my order the fact I cannot pay for what I want on my sandwich is completely asinine and completely unprofessional never go to this place
A guy took my order and he was on the phone talking to a lady on speaker and he don’t do my order right I put my food in the trash to be honest I recommend to go to other subway
At 3:39 today, I placed an online order for pickup at 5:10. At 4:30 I realized my sandwich had extra items (onions, cucumbers, and spinach) which I didn’t want so I called. So even though the receipt said my order was “being prepared” the extremely rude lady on the phone said they didn’t have my order. I asked if she could just write down the items I didn’t want on my sandwich. She just kept replying that they didn’t have my order and couldn’t help me. Needless to say, I was pretty upset and when I got to the store, I let them know that I would be writing this review. So I got my order and headed home. Now the real surprise…there was nothing but meat and cheese on either sandwich. So I called the store again. They said everything was on the side in a “cookie bag”. So I go back and look. My bad had the the very 3 things I asked her to remove earlier but she “couldn’t”, but it didn’t have my lettuce, tomato, etc. It seems obvious retaliation on her part. Besides, if I wanted to make my own sandwich, I wouldn’t have ordered from Subway. Lesson learned…no more Bellmead Subway.
If I could 0 stars for the experience I would ... Why install self service kiosk, then when the food is ready not call it out for the person to come get their food. Employee finished the order and then instead of calling name out to say the order was ready, she placed it on the counter and just moved on. I had to go up and check on my order for her to give it to me. Do better subway owners. Hire competent people that have common sense.
They completely got my order wrong and when I brought it to their attention, the looked at me and asked "What do you want me do about it? Change it? " They looked at me like I had done something wrong for them messing up my order. I will NEVER come back to this location. So rude! I paid for what I wanted but definitely did not get it. Very disappointed!
10/01/2025 Stopped by my local Subway and let me tell you that was my last time. Service was horrible, asked for extra olives and was told that I could not get any extras due to causing the company money. Personnel was at each others throats and the manager had a horrible attitude towards the employees and customers. I will be absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
Stood line for 15 minutes and nobody served me. There are three people working, and only one person was ahead of me ordering. Not sure what the deal is with this location, but the service is very bad.
This location is constant on not making food to order. Continuously I order online. Continuously my order is wrong. Continuously falsifying "more", "extra protein", "piled high with protein, loaded with a full serving of veggies", "50%more protein +$1.50", "Double protein + $3.00". DO NOT PICK THESE OPTIONS YOU WILL NOT GET THEM!!!!! Continuously I choose these options and continuously I do not get them. Continuously overpaying (tipped each visit in hopes my food would be made to order if I tipped them , NO LUCK!!!!). Continuously I have given this location a chance, continuously, over & over. I can not continue wasting my money at this location as they continuously don't prepare orders correctly. This Subway is a waste of space. DO NOT BOTHER EATING AT THIS SUBWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Visited the store during lunch at approximately 12:30. No customers were in line, with the exception of the 2 customers who walked in before me, who were also placing their orders at the kiosk. After waiting for 15 minutes, and watching at least 6 customers come in and place their orders in person (not at kiosk) and having their orders fulfilled before mine, I asked about my sandwich. I was told it was still being made, which it was not. They then begin to make my order after I asked. I politely asked the cashier for a refund, as it had been over 15 minutes and I had to go back to work. The cashier went to discuss this with her manager and I overhead the manager telling the cashier (who I spoke with) that “the sandwich was made and I don’t know what to tell them” referring to the me. I politely waited until the cashier came back with my sandwich and again stated I wanted a refund for having to wait so long, it had been 20 minutes at this point. From across the store the manager shouted at me ”the sandwich is made, I’m not giving you a refund”. I quietly left the store without my sandwich and will be disputing the charge with my credit card vendor. Kudos to the cashier for being courteous and polite the entire time. Cannot say as much for the manager on duty.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left me genuinely upset. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a food setting. One worker, in particular, was extremely rude. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this experience, which honestly makes me feel a little less alone. Still, I left Subway and cried in my car. You never know what someone is going through. Please treat people with kindness.
I usually try not to be a complainers but having an attitude when I ask you if you double toasted my sandwich is crazy. Along with when I ask you to toast it again you look me in my face and say “ I mean you can feel it it’s toasted so what’s the problem” all I put in the instructions section is “please double toast it with condiments on the bread before meat and cheese” I would have understood if they were swamped with orders but there wasn’t but 3 people in the store and 2 orders on the screen. I understand younger workers working but I didn’t ask them to remake the sandwich. So why the attitude? I asked if they’d toast it again and then when I bring up I put it the instructions to double toast it the response I got was “ we don’t go by that” this isn’t my first time with this issue last time I had a worker tell me “we don’t do instructions but your note looked like someone we’d get slack for not doing” i didn’t say anything then but getting attitude when all i asked was for it to be toasted again is dumbfounding.
