Just visited Panera after a long period and I was very impressed with the new manager. I could tell she is very service and customer oriented. It was a very pleasant experience.

i love this Panera there’s this employee I don’t know her name but she has pink hair and she’s always super helpful and kind and hardworking and beautiful! She needs a raise ASAP! I love eating the chipotle pizza it’s so scrumptious.
The experience on this location was fantastic, Customer Service was great, the pick up area team was on point, love to set up an atmosphere of the place, for sure, added it to the list of favorite places to visit.

Fellow dashers, uber and grubhub driver's. They finish our orders FAST, I love getting orders from Panera bread because I know there's a 90% chance the order is already finished. There have been times where I've arrived 5 minutes after receiving the order and it was completed by the time I arrived. Great pace here!

It's Panera Bread. Food is always good, baked goods are very good, the coffee is fresh and it's quiet. A lot of people had the same mindset when I was there, so seating was getting what's available vice what you would like (Minor sniveling)

Service was great. We were greeted by Juliet at the cash register who offered some great options for us to try. Amy was also amazing!She even warmed up our baguettes which I have never experienced at a Panera. Great job Panera!

I have nothing against homeless people, but inside this place the atmosphere was critically charged with the smell of one of the four or five people who were either hanging around or sitting very comfortably inside the restaurant.

One of the girls is super rude, you can't say anything to her even if you do it in a nice way because she's the one I've always gotten along with, why does she just come out with a bad answer? Panera must be ashamed to have an employee like that when I'm pregnant, she treated me really badly when I only said one word to her and in a nice way.
Place was great until the homeless and suspicious individuals started invading the panera with EMPTY PANERA CUPS and taking space , also using the one and only toilet available for hours. Just stting there doing know who. They don't care if other people have to use them. Other than that the place is great!
I stop by this place when ever I am in town. It's everything I expect from panera. So very nice. Sometimes the parking can be a pain. But its in miami so what can you expect. Parking is parking. But nevertheless worth a visit.

I edited the post. The manager, prior to my post, came to see me, simply because he saw I was disappointed. We all have off days, wanting to do better is EXCELLENT! Thank you. Original review: I've eaten at this location now several times. At first, I thought I'd found gold. However a few weeks ago everything was terrible. Table next to me was talking about it too. Rumors were running around about staff... I didn't verify, so no need to pass them on. However, sandwiches aren't being prepared the same, orders get lost, wait is terrible and staff is clearly rushed and unhappy. This time my sandwich was HALF it's original size. Last time it was missing flavor and was smaller, also. Pics I'm adding are our original experiences and why we had chosen this as a biweekly eating spot, while in the area. I did not take a pic today. I was too disappointed 😞. Let's get them back to the beautiful version. Slow down, you're already taking long, make the wait worth it. You're going to lose your regulars which know you can do better. **Thanks Rob for speaking with me. I'm sure next time will be better.
Nice people but the food preparation lacks what Panera bread is supposed to stand for. Refrigerator cold bread for a sandwich prepared whit what it looks like leftovers. Also. 6 people doing pretty much nothing and the floor where the tables are located looks filthy. I understand that working for minimum wage is not fun, but please try to maintain healthy standards for your safety and us customers. Roaches and other creatures are attracted by crumbs.

The tables are always dirty and in general it doesn't look like a clean place to eat.
It’s supposed to be a clean place but the day that I went all the tables were dirty, customer unwashed dishes were sitting without being picked up and a staff member was just sitting while texting on his phone. Found it disgusting and don’t know if I’ll return to this location. It’s a shame because I love the bread and onion soup.
Me and my wife come here often, we saw a cockroach in the lobby and we told them about it. They did not care that we saw a cockroach, makes me think that they know about it. Disgusting.

This location has a homeless problem. They tend to show up more often then should. Also there is no service ever here. I also get my order half the time right. Last time i order a full salad and i only got half the salad. In the front usually there is nobody there and your forces to do the order on the tablet. The place can get dirty as well. Needs more upkeep and needs more supervision.
I was just reminded, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. 😒. Anyways. So the food was delicious. Service felt like I was bothering the lady with my presence. No hi, hello, how are you. Bronx deli "yeah can I help you?" 😳 voice in my head "I would rather you didn't." "Who you picking up for?" I Give my first name. "What's the last name?" No pause "come on what's the whole name" I Give the last name. Ma'am why are you protecting the food like it's a Brinks truck? voice in my head "she is having a bad day"
Did Uber eats and the delivery was perfect. The guy was great, sandwich is good. Smoothie is good. salad however too much of it is wilted the whole bowl taste disgusting. I'm out thirteen something dollars cause I won't eat it.
Hands Down Absolutely Worst Sandwich in Town
I am a regular Panera customer and this has to be the worst sandwich that I ever received at any of their locations. I ordered a cappuccino and it was cold and this egg white and avocado sandwich was not up to par. It was a little piece of egg and the smallest piece of avocado. They were very busy and either short on supplies or time to devote to quality.
Made an online order, and they missed a whole item from the order. This is the second time this has happened to me, and it will be the last time.
Place an online order. You pick two. Send someone to pick it up and the order is Missing the Napa almond chicken sandwich. Called and the guy (manager) said I can either refund the chicken Sandwich or you can come and pick it up. I didn’t get an apology, not until I said that he was missing the point. I go to Panera almost everyday and twice a day sometimes. Not happy
Today was lunch with my colleagues, when we were finishing I was called to take two sandwiches to other colleagues. I made the machine to place the order. After a while to see what they did not call me and I asked for the order and they informed me that it was not in the system; that in 7 days they would return the money. I proceeded to go to the cashier to pay again for the same order. What a surprise that after a while I ask for the order and someone standing next to the manager of the place pulls out the original order under the table. The manager realizes that I noticed and informs me that he will return the money for the second order. What a surprise that when I get the money back the amount is less than what I paid.
I usually don’t have any problems at this location, but today my order was wrong. I didn’t receive half of my food and when I opened up one of the soups it wasn’t full. This is unacceptable
I was quite disappointed today when I ordered my salad from Panera at Cutler Bay. I am 4 months pregnant and had a serious craving for a Greek salad mainly due to the tomatoes. I went ahead and ordered online and rushed over to pick up only to find that my salad had not 1 tomato in it. I was so disappointed especially having had paid $13 for a salad that did not fill me up in the least. I was looking at the reviews and it appears as though the salads have been missing ingredients lately....so sad 😔

Deeply concerned with the audacity of the manager walking around while my friend and I sat to have dinner the other night. It almost felt like we were racially profiled to the point the manager played like he was checking the self serve drink area. Just horrible hospitality for a person of color. I will never patronize this location again. The cherry on top was the manager "moving" his car while my friend and I finished our conversation outside. That was it for me. The service started out so perfect but never again. I don't usually like to make negative reviews but this needs to be addressed.
My friend and I ordered the potato soup. We had it two days before and it was thick and tasty. This time is was watery and tasteless. We went to the counter and asked for it to be changed and was served the same thing. When we asked for the manager, without even an apology she said this is how it comes and they just heat it up. I know you don’t cook the soup yourself but a simple “I’m sorry, would you like something else” would be a good starting point. No apology and total disinterest in how her customers felt. We were eventually offered a refund or a replacement and opted for the broccoli soup which was much better. Do better Panera @ Cutler Bay.
This place is a total scam. I ordered to go just an hour ago. Both sandwiches had just lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers. No chicken. They use to do that. I recommend not to order anything from there. If you do, order to dine in. Never to go or you will be scammed as I was.

First the wait in the drive thru was awful long!! I won't leave a laundry list of what my order consisted of but the one item I was so looking forward to was the *new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich!! What a let down. It wasn't the taste it was the construction !! Two sad tomatoes, wilted lettuce, no cheese...NONE!! This was a HUGE let down!! I will get a refund or something but I'm really disappointed in Panera Bread. This is the first sad order from them but this is REALLY bad!!!

Panera Bread in Cutler Bay made changes in the menu for the worst, the sandwich bread are small therefore the portions of the meat are small as well, prices are high the quality is poor, I want everybody to know I used to go there every single day, tonight I had to walk away from the place not only they did not have the asiago bagel for me to get a decent sandwich all they had was the sliced bread that are now very small and the French baguette which they're cutting now in four pieces to make it smaller, it is ridiculous to pay a high price for such a small sandwich. It is an insult to anybody's intelligence. I have to end up going to Wawa's.
The customer service is horrible, I'm a member of sip club (and definitely won't be renewing) and was trying to order coffee when it didn't let me so i ordered something else. When I arrive i saw the machine was working so I asked the lady for a hot cup instead of a normal one (keep in mind it wouldn't matter price wise since it's all covered by sip club) and she was giving attitude and saying that since I didn't order it I couldn't get it, when it was solely THEIR APPS FAULT for me not being able to order. The lady wasn't helpful at all and I had gotten my phone stolen at this exact Panera location a couple weeks back as well.
This place is getting worse and worse. They removed hot chocolate from their drinks menu. I think they should have thought about customers like me who have been coming here every day for years and don't like hot chocolate. They'll just lose customers.
Omg this place prices are definitely out of hand 1 sandwiches 2 soups and 1 small bag of potatoes chips 48 dollars this is totally insane . I definitely not recommend this place never again! Please go somewhere else this is a ripe off !
Panera Bread, can you please give me what I paid for?? I ordered a full Goddess Salad, through the drive thru. I paid $12 to discover when I got home that they did not fill the salad container the way they are supposed to. I basically got a half salad at the full salad price and I am still hungry.. I am definitely not full and this is definitely not what I paid for. Unacceptable. Came back again today, 11 months after my first review (above), and had to tell the employees to fill the salad bowl once again. They also neglected to add the egg that the salad comes with but, I did not realize this until I got home. Why do I have to constantly tell the employees at this establishment how to do their jobs??? And they laugh about it while you are in the drive thru waiting for them to do what they were initially supposed to do. Unacceptable once again. Employees need to prepare orders the way they want theirs prepared. They would want to get exactly what they paid for without the hassle.. SMH
I had to wait 10min over the time it supposed to be ready, my order was incomplete and was missing utensils, I thought it was busy so I went inside and there was a group of 4 just chating and chating which I wouldnt mind if my order was on time and right. Never expected or recieved such a bad service from Panera.

A woman working there made a huge deal about straws saying something about the straws aren’t free ?? Did not know that was a thing I have more to say but would not recommend this Panera

Greek salad missing ingredients that make it a Greek salad. Was ready in back, while I was waiting inside at pick up area.
I feel that the young staff at this location does great, they are very helpful kind and respectful. They made a mistake with my order but quickly apologized and fixed it. Great customer service from the young staff, Now the older lady manager there should take notes from the young staff when it comes to customer service she should actually look at the customers when speaking to them too and should be more respectful to their employees aswell seen this manager be extremely rude to the young staff there in front of customers. The GM of this store should seriously come and see how this lady runs this store she definitely needs more training in being a leader she lacks that tremendously.
I bought a Baja with chicken and the chicken was terrible, it smelled and tasted bad, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. 🫤
Store was not busy but parking area was full, place was dirty, no coffee ready, no cashier's, had to use kiosk, waited 15 minutes for a bagel.
There are many options in Miami to return to the place where they swindled your money. I'm so sorry.
