Barista was cheap and nasty. I ordered a Cold Brew, no ice. legitimate coffee shops, by default, don't put ice in cold brew. Iced coffee gets ice. She had the nerve to try to hand me a cup filled half way, and when I asked for her to fill it, with an attitude she said "new policy is we fill it to the line, not to the top". Disgusting behavior in general, and if I wanted to nitpick, cold brew isn't supposed to have ice in the first place.

Very disappointed with the service I received on Easter day, I ordered a drink on the app (around 2 pm) I arrived at Starbucks & waited for 5 mins. The drink was not made & the barista had not even started making the drink. I politely git the barista’s attention. I informed her that the drink was supposed to be ready several mins ago. She said that they were “backed up” & still did not even start making the drink. I told her that I either need it to be made now or a refund. The woman told me that I had to wait because, “I’m not doing mobile orders now”. I told her that I would not wait because it was my sister’s birthday. She needs a customer service lesson, very unprofessional. Do not tell customers what to do! Another (nicer) staff member lead me to the register & even asked the first woman if she was going to make the drink. & she refused! Then the other employee began attempting to do my return. It was a nightmare! I asked if I could give her my debit card because I paid with apple pay & would have had to look for the card on my phone. She told me that she needed to scan the barcode in the app. 😫 & the app had logged me out. Plus I could not recall my password. She could not even put the credit on a giftcard. Eventually the lady made me my drink & even gave me a pup cup. This store needs to improve their professionalism. If you are understaffed turn off your mobile orders! Do not waste the time of your customers!

they always take so long to make a singular drink. i’ve worked at starbucks in the past and i know that drinks should be ready and handed out within the first 3 minutes of receiving the order, 5 minutes if it’s busy and crowded. there should be no reason why everytime i go to this specific store it takes over 15 - 20 minutes to receive my drink. i am now late to work because they took 20 minutes to make an iced matcha and there wasnt even more than 5 people in the store.

I don't understand why it is taking 20+ minutes to make 2 drinks when there is no there is no one in line waiting for an order. Instead the staff are taking their time talking to each other; and when asked I for an update, I still have 2 orders in front of me?? **Update: Received drinks at 3:53pm, 30 minutes after I placed the order. Graciously I received an "I'm sorry for the wait"

Just about the worst service ever for an overpriced mediocre coffee. Very rude baristas. Common sense is not common! Serving a HOT drink with no sleeve, then ignoring a customer when asking for one, as if i didn't PAY for my drink is beyond me. last time i visit this location.

Terrible terrible terrible service. over 20 minute wait for a simple latte. People that came after me and ordered at the register got their order before me AND I ordered on the app. I didn’t even get the latte I had to ask for a refund because 20 minutes for one latte is crazy! There’s a Dunkin close by I suggest you just go there. Dunkin was busier and I received my order six minutes after ordering! I also ordered a cheese danish, at least that was good

Baristas are rude as hell. Would see you standing there and not even acknowledge you or ask what you’re waiting for. Placed a mobile order and completely forgot about my order apparently. Tried to ask the barista and she acted like she didn’t hear me. Walked over to the tablet to then check and say it’s coming up. After 20 MINUTES. 0/10. Starbucks is WAY too expensive for the workers to be acting like that. And they see me order multiple drinks and food and don’t even offer a tray or bag???? Common sense no?

Came here a couple days ago to get some schoolwork done, especially cause I live nearby. The environment is very spacious, but it was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Given the spacing I figured there would be more seating options and tables. There is only three outlets in the store. On the long table in the center. There was only one chair, for a table that could seat up to a dozen. When I come to Starbucks, especially to get work done, I want to be comfortable. And that was the complete opposite in the few mins I spent here the other day.

I enjoy going to starbucks for one specific drink all the time and occasionally I will indulge in a pastry. I ordered my pastry on the app, not warmed. However once I went in the store I went to the register and reiterated the ordered I placed and emphasized ”Not to warmed it”. After waiting for almost 15 minutes. I see the cashier place the pastry I ordered in the oven. I literally said to myself “No one is that yours after I spoke with her, of course it was my order. I advise her of her mistake and she literally came back with the pastry no sticker/name on the bag and tossed it on the counter. Silly of me not to get her name. Outside of me getting my same drink all the time I really enjoy the connections I build with each Barista that serves me because I love good Customer service especially in the industry of service. I was highly disappointed with the experience I just encountered. This location must do better with their customer service.

The employees are very disrespectful. I placed my order online to just walk in, pick it up, and leave. When I went in to get my two drinks, there was only one drink, so I took that one and was still waiting for my other drink. The employees saw me waiting and didn't bother to ask if I was missing anything, they just continued with other orders. Until I said, "Excuse me, I'm missing one drink from my order." The employees immediately started being disrespectful, giving me attitude, and speaking badly to me. Even though I explained that the starbucks app said my order was ready for pick up. This place is a terrible place to go to buy a delicious coffee or drink. Don't waste your time going to this place, you'll only receive the worst customer service ever.
