I constantly go to this Wendy's because there's a particular guy that's almost always at the register. He's super friendly and attentive. For a fast food spot, he's a great host and does a great job in comparison to most other fast food joints... Order here, good service.

In my experience, ordering online for pick up is better than standing and waiting to place an order. The lines are usually long and it seems as if there are more staff working the drive-thru window than in store customers.

The drive thru doesn't take long, dining room service is generally quick. I don't care for the attitude of the females that work there. They all seem angry. No pick up and move, just sloth -like demeanors, no smiles, no pleasant greeting. The 3 guys I've seen in there are generally pleasant with a smile and eager to help customers. 5 stars for them. I really can't complain about this location, they get the work done. The vibe is just low and almost sad. Oh, and the napkins, ketchup, lids and straws don't get restocked in the dining room. It's always empty. I get that customers hoard the supplies, and it can get costly. But it's literally operating costs. It just comes with the territory.

Tried the Cobb Salad for the second time. The grilled chicken was very tasty as well as the whole sald. Caesar dressing is a good choice to add. Service was quick.

A much better value than the other fast food that has golden arches. I had a salad with grilled chicken apples pecans and blue cheese.

It seemed a little chaotic! But the workers were moving... between uber, door dash, and mobile orders, it gets crazy. Thankfully the workers were nice even though you can see they were overwhelmed on their faces.

I honestly don't know what happened during my last visit. I placed an online order for pickup. For some unknown reason, the drive-thru was closed, and I was told to pick up my order in the store. I was surprised and concerned about the number of people waiting in the pickup section. There seemed to be a staffing issue, and the pickup line was not managed. Tickets were piling up, and the customers were ignored. The staff kept passing by not making eye contact. 40 minutes later, my online ticket still hadn't been printed. I waited an additional 15 minutes to have my food order made. The manager should have coordinated the team better.

I dined in there for a few but I didn’t like how messy it was. The seating area didn’t remind of the Freshpond Road location but this one has spills and holes in some of the seats. I also didn’t like the fact that the fries weren’t fried enough and didn’t have any salt. I did like that they put light cheese like I asked and they make my wrap bulky! Lots of chicken which is great because in certain locations it’s all messy and comes apart because of the lack of chicken or just not caring about presentation.

I'm not a big fan of fast food but when I have a choice of McDonalds, burger king or Wendy's, I would prefer Wendy's every time. I like there 4 for 4.44 deal where you get for items for this price. That is a drink, small fry, sandwich of your choice and nuggets. They had just recently remodeled this location and it has a lovely modern look too it. I went through the drive through and the service was good, inspite of the line.

Good value for money spent, this Wendy's location can actually get your order correct and food orders appear to be assembled with car. It's my location of preference.

Food and service are very good and hot.But I asked for 1 envelope of salt or napkin diding have either.They need more worker and the place was dirty.

Food came out quick but the only gross thing I couldnt understand was the ketchup dispenser was right over the trash and the trash was filled to the top. Completely gross

The food is great but customer service sucks they rush putting food out without checking if it's all there. Give attitude when approached about it by the cashier. There isn't a proper line system or any decluttering tactics as to how the people ordering or picking up orders are handled. If the workers are so disgruntled find another job. Respect the public and then they respect you.

Dined in on Jan 6th 2025. Workers allowing customers who just walked in to get in front of other customers that r standing there waiting patiently to place orders The Lack of organization along with the lack of communication between staff and customers is not cool and usually creates problems for the workers and the customers On top of this the Double Baconator was dry 😖

I’ve been coming here for years. Even before they got renovated. The employees are often rude especially in the drive thru. I stopped eating there a few months back when there was a big in my sandwich. I brought it back and the employee looked at the food, saw the bug, and looked at me with an attitude like I was wrong for wanting something else instead of that. I haven’t been back since and I won’t be back ✌🏾

Although this Wendy's looks good when you come in, the service is not that great. Personal conversations about Celebrity Shows right in the front and not paying attention to the customers at the front of the counter. I had to ask if someone was going to take my order. It may be cleaner than the one on Tremont, but it lacks in customer service.

I've been going to this place for a long time, and the food comes out good but it really struggles with management issues. There are often items missing, the breakfast shift workers never speak any English and it's as if they've never heard of the foods they serve. The drive through can be super slow, and sometimes they lie about not having items they have. Sometimes they shape up their act for a bit, but it always comes back to the same problems. It's weird bc the location is great and food comes out good. It's clearly a management problem.

When they’re understaffed, they do not allow access into the restaurant. You have to pick up your order through a drive thru window. They locked their doors around 630pm. It’s very frustrating

This Wendys here it's pretty small that's the only thing but it's like the other way around the one in Westchester square bigger but the customers aren't that nice then the one here not that clean small and the workers are more nicer

went on halloween, line was through the door. no one was assisting with the line. got my food. 1) the soda machine was out of ice 2) they gave me the food with missing items 3) no lids 4) no napkins were given inside the bag. usually i cut some slack for fast food employees but i was truly devastated with the service. i went to request the food i was missing a chicken sandwich and a french fries. went up the counter and he told me that he put 6 fries in the bag and to check again. i was sure that they only gave me five and he made me bring all the fries i had (only 5 of them) up to front away from my kids. one employee was nice enough to get my missing fries but the person that told me to count again was so rude and unprofessional. will not be coming back!!

Before the pandemic started this Wendy’s was fantastic. The service was great. I went there last week and not only was there huge pile of vomit on the corner of the men’s bathroom but the workers there are really rude. The lady practically threw my bag at me and walked away. Never again in my life will I go there.

The Wendy’s drive thru and some of their food aren’t bad , it depends on the day u go and what u get because half of the time my food is warm and not fresh at all. Today, my cheese fries looked stale and tasted stale definitely not fresh. The workers were rude, with terrible attitudes when I didn’t ask for these chicken nuggets. On top of that, it feels like there are way too many inexperienced young workers there who don’t seem to care about the job or the customers.

Disappointed service. Rude employees, cold food, nasty environment. Prepared to get half cooked fries and a frozen burger. If you want to hear inappropriate comments, jokes, or conversations this is the perfect place. If you want a supervisor/managers help, feel free to just forget about it.

New staff is horrible, been coming for years but in the past few months the new team. Has been completely trash from getting my orders wrong and forgetting to put everything I pay for in the bag. To the way my food is packed not to mention the attitude and the disrespect when u order food. The overall quality has definitely dropped and these new employees can careless about anything.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME if you don’t place your order over the app or through a delivery app. I place my order online and it always takes 25-30 minutes for my order EVERY TIME! Sure, you might get your order quicker in the beginning of the day but once that clock turns 5, good luck! You’ll be making friends with people waiting for their order too and hearing at least one person cuss at the workers because they’re taking too long. You also don’t want your order rushed because chances are your order wasn’t what you expected. Thanks for attending my TED talk!

3/29/24 @10:30 I got my food at the drive thru and the females at the window had an extremely disgusting attitude. They acted as if they had somewhere better to be and had the nerve to catch an attitude after making a mistake. There shouldn’t be anyone acting like that in customer service. Horrible !

UPDATE April 2, 2023: the service at this location has really gone down lately. My kids waited an hour for food while the counter staff ignored them. Their dad had to show up for the staff to actually make their order. No problem taking my kids money though. I’m really disappointed in this location. The tables are also never clean anymore. This use to be an OK location to have lunch with friends or the kids. Only good aspect of this location now is Jose. OLD Review: Always clean and soda machines always work. I've found half of the cashiers to be very helpful and polite. Especially the gentleman cashier with the glasses. He makes it 4 stars rather than 3. If he is taking your order and filling it, you have no worries. Other times... several times the orders aren't filled correctly. Always check your bag contents if your order is to g, before you leave. Had a couple of times when the nuggets were so fried they didnt seem like food. When I return it I get attitude from the supervisors.

There was no line @ the drive thru @ 710am. I thought it must be my lucky day. Come to find out no one was there to take my order. Waited 5 minutes @ the drive thru and nothing. Now I know why there is no breakfast line @ this location. Avoid/pass on this location

Made me wait over an hour for a 5 dollar biggie bag that I ordered online. They gave my order to someone else apparently. Soda machine is dirty and one is always broken. Manager is extremely rude and gets annoyed when you ask for the status of your order that you've been standing for an hour for. The staff just seems to just love talking instead of actually doing orders. Guys, just go to the McDonalds 2 blocks away. It'll save you not only time but your sanity as well.

Wendy's employees here do not read, speak, or understand a lick of English. I ordered some burgers online with a few adjustments, and they couldn't be bothered to do everything. I had to argue with the staff to get additions requested simply because of policies they made up on the spot to be lazy. The employees are rude as well. I attempted to see if the bathroom was available and from the front desk. They didn't just tell me it's for employees only, but were screaming at me to get away from the bathrooms. I went to defuse the situation and explain that I would've left it alone, but they insisted on cutting me off, screaming at me that it's employees only. I'd advise others to never come to this location if there were other Wendy's locations nearby, as the staff can't seem to handle basic requests or deal with customers in a professional sense. These have been ongoing issues for years, as well. Every time I've gone here, I've had to get my order replaced for one or more reasons. Go to any other restaurant if you're just looking for food. Guaranteed they'll get your order wrong, then proceed to not give you what you want.

Never order for delivery. They do not care about your order. Sending the wrong food under portioned and cold! If you can go inside and dine. Don't buy for delivery or take out. They also over charge you for delivery for you to get very unsatisfactory food. The messed up my complete order deliberately! I wish I could add a photo. Unfortunately I'm not getting that option.

Worst Service I’ve ever had. Waited like 15 mins to order. Then waited another 25 mins for my food. Didn’t even get the order correct. Then they look at me like I’m wrong. Definitely do not recommend coming here ever again.

On 4/29/22 visited this establishment at 8:40am the service IF You can call it that was horrible! The wait for the food was extremely long 😒 the the person at the drive-through window was there's no other way to put it Rude an very discortesy no people skills at all she practically threw my food at me an acted like I was a real bother to her! An when I requested my change she looked at me as if why are you still here! When you're restaurant was remodeled I assume it was one of your owners on site at the time who made me feel very welcome. I know we all have at times difficult mornings 🌄 but as a paying customer I don't need someone like the very Rude service provider to make it more unpleasant. Please look into some updated training for your staff while you still have a business to run!

The fontain soda have no ice, plus the sodas coming from it where hot. they run out of a lot of sodas flavors, the ones that they did have (All of them!! Where flat with nasty taste ) and when you ask to the cashier to give you ice she was absolutely pissed and with actitude about it like if now people have to pay for sodas and dont get anything in exchange. The visit to Wendy’s in this location was an absolute nightmare and we don’t gonna came back.

Do not order online.My cheese fries were cold. My triple bacon burger was missin the bacon and a cheeseburger, yes they sent me a double cheeseburger with no bacon instead, my frosty was melted with very little strawberry at the bottom and i never got my extra strawberries that i ordered. Also no beverage. I ordered a large coke but received no beverage. My order was $33 and i received only $4 from uber for all my missing items. I will not do any more orders with uber or this establishment anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all, 4 Spanish women yapping and joking in the back like cackling chickens loudly while the manager tends to the guests is unacceptable. Second, they are serving the food without gloves, third, the woman who brought the bag to the front just dropped it on the counter didn't announce who it was for and walked away so someone else took the entire order. Food was coooooold! Fourth when the manager said something to the woman, she yelled at him in Spanish and walked away. When I said something to him regarding my missing order he went to the back to hide and never came back out!. Mind you the floor is wet near the sod machine with a puddle and the rest of the store floor is sticky.... Yuck 🤢🤮 Never again! This place should just shut down!

This location has always been bad, but it has gotten worse. The last time I went there, the front seating area was a disaster; trash was everywhere. Now, I am ordering via DoorDash, and my delivery driver has been waiting for more than an hour. New management has to take over

On Sunday morning, after a night out, we wanted to eat something quick and easy. The lady on the intercom was very rude and rushed us through the order. Upon getting to the window, she rushed through handing out the drinks and the food that she dropped the food bag. On top of being extremely rude, she never apologized for the whole situation. Instead of apologizing, she laughed at us for getting upset. I will never come back to this Wendy's ever again after being treated like this. I would stick to other Wendy's, but never this one.

I recently visited this Wendy’s location, and I am extremely disappointed with the staff’s behavior. They act like they are kings and queens, treating customers and delivery workers like personal servants. The rudeness is unbelievable! If you spend any time at this store, you’ll notice their attitude towards people is completely unprofessional. It’s sad to see such poor customer service.

This location has fell off so badly. I’ve been coming here since childhood, I’m 35 now. The past 5yrs or so the quality of everything has declined tremendously. They need a team just for mobile orders. They need someone to structure crowd control and a team that just cleans as this location has high traffic. Seats need replacing too. On June 23rd we stood in the drive thru for 15 minutes to then hear on the loud speaker drive thru that we needed to come inside the store to place in order meanwhile we were the third card in line for a order and the other two cars were able to place an order. Seriously this is poor customer service . Should’ve came out the store and told us in advanced or put a sign up . This is terrible! Management needs to take action for this, especially when I’m in the car with little kids inside hungry.

I really don't like leaving reviews that are not positive, but here we go. This place is sloooow. If you are in a hurry, don't come there. I went for lunch, at the start of lunch service. The guy before me said that he came through the drive-through, and they told him to come inside. He said he was waiting a while for anyone to help you. While we can see 7 people visibly in the kitchen. I had to wait about 8 mins. Mind you, I'm the second person on line. They take my order and give me a cup. NO ICE IN THE ICE MACHINE AT THE START OF LUNCH SERVICE. I did not complain because I said to myself, "I have more beverage for me. " My food is then handed to me and I ask for ketchup, and I am told that they do not have ketchup. What?! What fast food joint does not have ketchup for fries or a burger at the beginning of food service? No, this is not the first time I experienced an unnecessary long wait at this establishment. But I do not frequent there. But everytime I do go, it's the same thing. That was my first time going this year, and that happened in August. Just to give you an idea of how infrequent I go. So if you are in the mood of Wendy's, skip this location if you don't have a lot of time.

I was at a funeral near by and wanted to stop for a bite . I ended up getting food poisoning and being hospitalized and missed my uncles burial the next day. This place used to be a well established place growing up. When i walked in i was immediately disgusted. The worker who took my order looked sloppy dirty and disgusting. His hands were soo dirty you can see all the dirt under his fingernails🤮! The place had trash everywhere, every table had garbage on it , the floors were dirty, the garbage cans over flowing. The soda machines didn’t have soda! The wendys from hell!

The store is a disaster i spoke to staff about my concern missing items on door dash orders more tgan 4 times and they still sending orders missing items so dont order delivery from this store i will arrive incomplete This people dont unders stand you spen $20in delivery fees,tax and tips just to have a good meal and then play this kind a game with orders

I use to come here a lot, but times have changed, and this location has too. The floors were full of water, and not a single wet floor sign to be found. I guess either a worker or customer placed a bunch of napkins to dry up the water, but it shows the laziness of the workers here. They also messed up my order, and then upon asking for them to fix it, the worker gave an attitude. Additionally, the restaurant reeked of something unpleasant and too nasty to describe.

Avoid ordering from this location online (GrubHub). There's usually items missing very frustrating. Even when you check ✔️ off utensils and condiments their missing.Who sends chilli with no spoons no saltines when you asked for them. I see why half of Wendy's locations are closing.

This my third day in a row going to the drive thru after midnight and the guy in the window gives me an excuse as to why they aren’t serving drive thru customers. First it was “the truck just delivered the food and it’s going to take 30 mins to cook”. The 2nd day he says “they’re only allowed to give out a certain amount of food until midnight” which I’ve never heard in my life. The third day he said “they were out of food”. Yet they were still serving the Uber eats guys thru the window. It was obvious he was lying so they didn’t have to work. The workers here are very lazy and they’re telling drive thru customers after midnight excuses so they don’t have to work. They should be investigated. I asked for the manager and he says he is the manager. I’m sure the company is losing alot of money because of this. They should be fired. Again THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. They are clearly scheming. They’re stealing time and the company is losing business because of their laziness. Someone should seriously look into this. After questioning the man at the window he closed the window and walked away from me because I was calling him out on his lies and schemes. I’m never going back to this location. It should be closed down !

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a large crispy chicken biggie bag with two chocolate chunk cookies and a large sprite. Ended up only receiving nuggets, my sandwich, a lemonade instead of the sprite I ordered, two sugar cookies instead of the chocolate chunk ones that I ordered. AND I RECEIVED NO FRIES IN MY ORDER. This is the worst Wendy’s in the Bronx it beats 170 and Jerome Wendy’s by a landslide absolutely gross the food is cold it’s not even cook properly they just take it out the fridge and wrap it for you and put it in the bag and have the nerves to say have a good day the drink machines are never working the ice drops on the floor and no one’s clean it up and I mean no one always filthy when I walk in I don’t even bother no more with this Wendy’s I give up and no DoorDash doesn’t make it better I bypass that as well place needs some serious training from the crew to the GM Read your job description again because clearly you skip a few pages ( avoid this place my fellow bronxites)

This Wendy's is DISGUSTING!!! The dining room was dirty not swept, tables not cleaned, trash bins packed to the top! The soda machines had no ice. The soda machines had no beverages in it. I ordered two kids meal and no toy was offered or in bags. The restrooms was disgusting and poorly cleaned. (Feces on toilets and tissues everywhere) An employer offered Free frosty to anyone who follows the QR on receipt. (To give them a good review or to go to 170th and tell them) This place looks like tornado went through it. Kids running around like a playground. No safe guidelines. I would rate this ZERO ⭐️but it doesn't have that option.

If I can give this Wendy's zero star I would. This is the worst Wendy's around the Castle Hill area. The night team is the worst. Whoever is working in the window needs to be fired. I was in the driveway waiting to place an order and it was completely silent for 30 minutes. I honked my horn 2 times and the worker came storming out through the back door cursing me out. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting, and disturbing. You better be aware that one of these days someone is not going to tolerate him and things are going to escalate to another level. Restaurants are supposed to be somewhere enjoyable. And this is definitely not it.

I just seen a door dash delivery driver drop a cup full of soda, pick it up, proceed to refill the cup, close it and exit the restaurant. Folk, tell your teen to go home after school. These teenagers are so excited about getting free drinks that they haven’t let anyone else get some. Also, where they home training at? Bcz why they left this place dirty and unorganized.

This is the most horrible Wendy’s I ever been to it’s located in castle Hill Bronx NY. The service was awful and the restaurant itself was literally a disaster leftover food still on the tables soda machine not working and on top of that there seats was rip out this store needs better management and also a renovation. I will never return to this establishment ever again

Waited over 15 minutes for order. They are unorganized and their focus is the drive through before walk ins. The place is always a mess. The soda machines, counters and tables are filthy . They do not clean. They don’t put the heat on for the customers. They don’t care about the sitting area at all. The chairs are torn up. And filthy. They need dept of health to come in here .
