Playa Bowls is easily my go-to acai / healthy bowl spot in the area. There are so many options as far as the bases and toppings go, that you can easily come here every day for a three months and try a different combination each time you come. You can choose between acai, coconut, green, pitaya, banana, and mango bases and then top them with granola (my favorite topping here), banana, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, nutella, chia seeds, honey, blueberries, etc. etc. My personal favorites are the 8th Ave, Tide Bowl, Green Power, and the Goji Bowl. I have yet to try the smoothies but I will 100% be back here soon to continue to explore the menu. Highly recommend it!

Playa Bowl recently sponsored a breakfast at our condo, which is walking distance from their new location off of Las Olas Blvd in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The team was wonderful to work with and the breakfast bowls provided for our mingle were delicious. A huge hit with all residents!! We wish Darrell and her team the best of luck. Certainly the most healthy and refreshing spot you will find in the heart of Las Olas. The service is always great and the menu has a multitude of options to choose from made fresh. I typically order the Dolce smoothie or the Pink Flamingo pitaya based bowl and they are always consistent and delicious!

I always order ahead. If it’s not busy, it’s super convenient to grab and go. The bowls and drinks are always well made and delicious.

I love Playa Bowls and I have for years. This Las Olas location is right down the street from my workplace and it delivers every time! Clean eating meets great flavor!

My experience is online unfortunately I haven’t had the opportunity to actually go in person but the fruit bowls at Playa Bowls are amazing I recommend them if you in the mood for fruit and candy 😂 then this is the place!!

Playa Bowls is consistently great every time. I always get the Pura Vida bowl and it’s delicious! The fruit and açaí are so fresh and the employees are always friendly. This is my go to spot.

The Pura Vida Acai bowl is my go to, but there are tons of others to choose from. I also enjoy the fresh press ginger shots. So happy this new location opened up in the Las Olas area. Only one complaint: a few times the base wasn't cold enough and melted too quickly. (Jan/February so it isn't hot out yet)

The flavors are good, but the workers move at a such a slow rate that it’s actually pretty impressive.

"I had a disappointing experience trying to order an acai. The service was terrible, and the guy me was rude. When I asked to modify my order by adding blueberries instead of double banana, I was told I had to pay extra in a very rude manner. The bowl itself was amazing, but the service was subpar. I rarely write reviews, but this was the worst service I've encountered."

Management (Lauren) is very unprofessional. Does not know how to speak to employees. Lies on them. How can you fire a person for stealing an item that you yourself check the transaction and refund them back money. This was a reaction to them respectfully asking her not to speak to them in such a belittling manner. Management 101 respect is a two way action. Please train your management better. Giving her 2 days with 3 hrs each day. Then When that didn't work lied and said she stole food. The same that she refunded her for.

No place to sit . We walked out.

We tried to order, but when we walked in we were not even greeted or looked at for 5 minutes. When we tried to order, she made an audible sigh like we were bothering her. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

Got there at 8 am. Nobody in the store. 40 minutes later still no bowl and the people who ordered after us had their bowls. Terrible service on 12/23/24.

Very slow, the operations is unreal. A one man’s team, no computer system but a ticket carousel system! How does a corporation get away with this? I have been here for 30mins waiting for a playa bowl with atleast 10 other customers waiting. I did not intend on spending my entire Saturday afternoon on a brunch snack. Lastly, the decor is all art, talk about business on a budget. Do better especially in w location like Las Olas. .

I always get playa bowls I love it so much but this playa bowls specifically always makes my food wrong and wastes my money I’ll order a bowl with no granola and I get granola and they do that with more than just granola I am going to stop getting my bowls from here because of all the money wasted from this playa bowls and I will order from diffrent ones that don’t get my order wrong.

This location needs to hire more people. I was very disappointed after waiting 30 mins simply because there was only one young lady working. I felt so sorry for this young girl, the line was to the door and she had absolutely no help. After finally being served , my açaí bowl was like soup, very watery. I was highly disappointed.
