Lol music always makes you feel like it's TGIF in there. Coffee is made pretty quick. It's pretty clean. Very spacious. When the people are overwhelmed they don't look happy and when it's slow they hardly smile but they don't have any attitudes, so that's something! This Starbucks is very good. Service can smile maybe twice a day. But they make a MEAN coffee. No pun intended! 😬

Good service for years but this location still have its ups and downs especially with order confusions and mistakes! Anyways, Can’t be more happy than I am right now after in-store seating areas are back to service ending 14 months of COVID-19 restrictions!

There are three Starbucks Stores in Bayridge Brooklyn (zip code 11209). I visited all three of them, the last couple of weeks, as I had sales meetings with different associates. I ordered the same frappuccinos , but I got three different drinks..no consistency. I believe that Starbucks senior management should consider of retraining their bartenders...

Busy location with decent amount of seating for a typical Starbucks. Expect crowds waiting for the bus since there is a popular stop outside. Glad it was opened on new years day.

I love Starbucks, but whoever is making the sandwiches for GrubHub clearly hates their job. It’s always very sloppy, the bread is never on evenly, consistently lopsided and I just wish they would hire someone that likes their job enough to take the time and care to put a piece of bread on evenly lol. The food, snacks, drinks, and everything in between is always really good except for last week when they sent me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered lol)

Your average Starbucks. Great drinks, service, and interior design. My issue though, is that it's too packed almost all the time. The space is too small and seating is not enough to accommodate the amount of customers.

6:15 am and not all that clean. A place should be spotless at that hour. Staff friendly and efficient enough, I guess. Not a fan of starbucks in general. Coffee tastes like burnt beans. And lately, their horrible politics . . . I'd give it a miss. Lots of other great coffee and bakery places in this neighborhood.

They closed the bathroom (for customers) over 40min before closing time. Ridiculous, how can you keep serving stuff but close the bathroom all the way? Incoherence at its best.

I usually have warm service at Starbucks, but my experience with Evan today was disappointing. He didn’t greet me when we walked up, and when he misheard my order( even though I repeated it twice), he seemed visibly annoyed instead of handling it with the usual Starbucks hospitality. While I was waiting, I noticed he was friendly with the next customers, which made the lack of courtesy toward me stand out even more. Starbucks is known for great customer service, so this was really unexpected. Giving three starts only because of wonderful baristas.

This place survived the closing of many Starbucks around nyc, but it needs to step it up. They at least need an order screen. No matter how long in advance I order via the app, they lose track of the ticket or it takes forever or both and I think it would help everyone - customers and staff - to have the big flat screen orders on the wall.

I ordered a espresso macchiato. It is supposed to be made with espresso and foam milk but they poured milk and foam I wasn’t able to wait for they to remake it. So I had to take it also the espresso taste like the coffee was burnt. I think they should train their employees to know how to make even those unpopular drinks. Also they make the drink extremely hot and didn’t gave me a doble cup or these things to hold the hot cups. Horrible.

The staff ignore in-person customers and prioritize all the mobile orders. The result is waiting for about 10 minutes at the counter to get someone to take your order.

I’m done with this place! The manager should do something. So this is what you get when you ask for a venti cup with no ice?! The cup is literally half empty! Every day at this place I get the same order yet every day it looks totally different than the previous one. I’m very nice with the workers but I don’t get the stinginess. It’s not like I’m taking it for free! I’m paying for my beverage so why can’t you give me what I want exactly?!

Coffee cake was great. However the bathroom was so filthy and unsanitary. I got 💩on my sneaker from the toilet seat (tried viewing front and back to ensure it was clean.)

I normally ordered coffee here occasionally to go. However this morning they refused to help me packed up my order. I asked if they can help me but instead they gave me a brown bag tell me to do it myself. I paid to received my food and service. I was being neglected at the time being. I hope they can put in effort on their service. Normally they were fine but this young lady just was given the right manner towards and I find quite uncomfortable.

this place has literally turned into a day shelter for homeless people, why the manager is allowing this to happen ???? basically u got like 4 to 6 tables taken over by the homeless same time at any time of the day , because of that I often can't find anywhere to sit and drink my coffee..the homeless should seek help elsewhere not sitting at Starbucks all day gonna solve their problems,

I never would've expected a place to get a permit to sell beverages, have places to sit but NOT have a bathroom , Mel-issa ( supervisor at the the time) informed me this location, doesn't not have a bathroom. How is this possible? As a previous employee of Starbucks no matter what happened, we had to keep our bathroom very clean and kept open. How can you service our community like this , I can understand if the bathroom is being cleaned but for you not provide a restroom for Starbucks customers?!?!? Why would you open open a starbucks yet treat your customers like animals? Where else is your customers suppose to relieve themselves after drinkign coffee?!?? ALSO, THE NONCHALANT CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE FROM THE BARISTA TO THE SUPERVISOR, ALL FIVE PARTNERS KEPT REPEATING THE SAME THING. "THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM.." NO ALTERNATIVE.... I don't appreciate Starbucks just choosing to not making half the order and not contact me. I had friends over and we ordered on Seamless and half of us got nothing, literally three drinks not made. I tried calling the store but the phone just rings and rings until they pick it up and hang up. Really embarrassed.

Never stepped foot in this location or bought anything from here personally, but my partner has ordered from this location via UberEats or DoorDash multiple times and it's always some annoying ordeal. More often than not they get the order wrong or they hand over the wrong order to the delivery person. For example, if someone requests a dragon fruit refresher with a HINT of peach, why is the cup just peach? I never understood the idea of handing over something that you cannot fulfill. If you don't have, don't just send whatever and hope the customer like it. Just give whatever else you do have! I don't know if there's not enough staff members but delivery takes ages. It doesn't matter whether it's a weekend or a weekday. Today, August 16th 2025, five dashers were assigned our order and they all left/moved on from it probably because they had to wait forever for it. Mind you the order is simply a dragon fruit refresher, strawberry acai lemonade refresher, banana walnut bread, and a spinach feta wrap. Neither my partner or I are picky so the drinks are just as, no customizations (with the exception of the dragon fruit that has some peach). Yet, we have to wait over an hour though this location is fairly closeby. Sometimes they get it right, but most times the business is utterly terrible. I don't know if it's because they have a high volume of customers, employees are inept, or they're so short-staffed that existing employees are overwhelmed and have no support from management. Either way, I would rather it shut down entirely and bring some other necessary establishment than for customers to be dissatisfied with the service.

This place has the warmth of a tax audit and the charm of a DMV. If bitterness were a business model, they’d deserve their spot in Fortune 500. You’d get more satisfaction brewing instant coffee in your bathroom

My drink got stolen and the staff was so rude! To make things worse, I got racially profiled and the cashier treated me horrifically. Will never tell anyone to come here.

They allowed someone to take my drink for the 2nd time. Last month and today. And I waited for 10 min after ordering on the app to have to ask and find out it's stolen. Now I'm late for work and annoyed. Starbucks needs a better system for pick up so ppl can't take something they haven't paid for. It's always something with this place. Over it. I ordered an espresso with a cookie. The cookie was there tho. I threw it in the garbage. No longer wanted it. Smh.

Drinks poorly prepared. Didn’t taste right at all. And did not fill the container. Under portioned. Disappointed with the products. Also the people behind the counter had a terrible attitude. I understand it was near closing time but all customers deserve the same service.

Poor customer service 😞 I went in and started my business as a Uber delivery person and discovered order information to the cashier, I was told to wait by the pickup area where I will be alerted by name of order ready , I waited 15 minutes meanwhile people were coming in and picking up their cup of coffee they were fast to give it but over looking me like I don't exist back of heads no eye contact in that vibe you can feel something is not right here , my order was sitting on the side hidden in a corner where no even me could not see it ???? 👎😞 How is this my mistake when they held on to the customers delivery order . Homeless people change their phones and tablets here at this spot also you can occasionally see when you go to this location, 🙂🙂

The coffee was so hot that it burnt my tongue instantly. “That first sip feeling” did not feel so great. I request you guys to serve coffee at a moderate temperature that doesn’t burn customers’ tongue. Thank you very much!
