I had like 5 sauces I ordered and didn't get any of them, my food was mostly cold but hey at least the burger looked good. Half way through I realize its literally raw. Try to contact staff and no one's picking up the phone.

Food was decent but waited 20 minutes for our 3 meals, we were the first car in line so I can’t imagine how long the other vehicles waited! The shake had a huge piece of plastic from a broken lid (not ours) in it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the wait was 15+ minutes 😕 lesson learned!

Stopped in on our way through Bryan, Ohio. The past 2 times when we order the person taking the order cannot hear the order being given so you don't even get what you order. We said something about it today and we were told the owner refuses to fix the speakers. Do better if you plan on staying in business. If you'd fix the problems maybe the workers wouldn't have such an attitude like the kid taking our order. It will be a while before we come back. Can't wait for the one to come to Auburn indiana then we won't be coming here.

DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This place has gotten worse and worse. 45 minutes in the drive thru is both insane and pathetic.

Usually, upon attending Sonic our food is amazing and the service is great. Unfortunately, this was not the case; we ordered a sundae then watched the worker make it and drink some of the strawberries from it. That’s disgusting! We didn’t make a huge scene and instead just asked him to remove it from our order but we’d take the rest. The server then proceeded to huff and puff about removing as if we hadn’t just watched him drink the flavoring from the sundae.

Second time I've gotten medium tots instead of the large I paid for... Picture says it all. Fast food is going downhill fast, and I hate to say it but ... No work ethic in younger generations anymore.

I just recently downloaded the Sonic app and pulled into Bryan Ohio Sonic yesterday hoping to take advantage of their $1.99 double cheeseburgers I seen in their app. Because I did not see this offer on the screen I had asked the associate through the speaker if they were still having the $1.99 double cheeseburgers. He said no, that's the only $1.99 sandwich would be the deluxe burger. He could have told us that it was available only through the app. About 8 - 10 minutes later we received our order and began to eat. These burgers were absolutely cold, and were excessively smothered in mayonnaise. One would think after waiting almost 10 minutes that your food would be hot and fresh, however our order was not. I remember stopping at the same place a few years ago and ordered their cheesy tots. I received them all smashed up and needed a spoon which was not provided. Nothing but bad luck every time I've stopped there. Just very disappointed. I'll never eat there again!

This was the nastiest place we had been in a while. Food was dry, no sauces,fries were 2 days old(so hard). The speaker didn't work. the guy taking orders was rude because of it. Women's bathroom out of order, men's room had pee and poop all over. What i think was the manager was cussing about a customer in front of my 5-year-old. I would rather eat out of a dumpster. Almost $30.00 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal . No shakes, etc. Don't go there!

I was extremely disappointed with my food I got at the drive thru today. I ordered a number three and the top of the bun was completely burnt. The burger and cheese it's self was cold and the fries tasted like they made them when they first opened. It was wasn't worth the $10 and some change I spent.

Terrible food, never coming back. Placed a pick up order thinking it would be quick. Nope. Waited 20 minutes. Would have been quicker going through drive thru and ordering. Food was cold and hamburgers were very pink in the center 🤢 fries,tasted very old and cold.

Took over 35 minutes to get our food even though we ordered ahead on the app. We didn’t get half price on any of the drinks. We paid extra for nerds in all the slushes and got none. Ordered a couple of the shark week slushes with nerds and it was just a coconut water slush with a glob of strawberries with no nerds or even the gummy sharks on top.
