The Roast beef sandwich only had a small cluster of meat in the middle of the sandwich. The Aujus made it taste good. The fries were my favorite part of the meal. The pies look better t han they tasted.

Very good on the order and the new deluxe Wagyu steakhouse burger was really good. Tasted fresh and all the flavors came through. My only negatives are that I do not like messy burgers (food) and the burger sauce was a bit much which caused me to use a lot of napkins. Maybe if the sauce was a thicker consistency, that might help or get it on the side. The second was I ordered through Doordash and the price was double for a meal. Not to mention that I ordered the orange dream shake and not only was the top of drink exposed but the drink was leaking everywhere like there was a hole in the cup.

Raised Concern about the Pizza “Seal” being broken. Was transferred to a manager at this location and was told that they break the seal to check on pizza. That doesn’t make sense. This is not CDC protocol nor Pizza Hut Policy. I had a contactless delivery and I was told I will not get a refund or anything unless I drove to the location. My pizza was cold and pizza looked questionable. I will not consume it. We are still in the pandemic and food is supposed to be sealed unbroken to insure safety for customers. Unsafe and unprofessional.

Like this location because it's near the 91 freeway easy off easy on, but lately I have not been able to order online for about 3 weeks, went today 12/31/26 had my 78yr old mother. We had tried to order online, it said not available, I guess we'll order there. I order a double roast beef and we saw the new peach cobbler rolls online so I tried to order those cool desserts and the person didn't understand at 1st then said we don't have those. Ok no problem we ordered cherry turnovers instead. When I got to the window I asked again about online ordering and he said it was down, ok no problem. Then he asked any sauces I said yes 2 Bronco Berry please, he hesitated and looked at the sauces and said we don't have any. Sorry Arby's but you've messed up too many times I will now drive all the way out of my way to go to the one on South Street and Woodruff and yes they do have Bronco Berry sauce there but they charge $0.25. Very disappointed with the Arby's restaurants they are not all consistent. Will not be going in any time soon.

Last weekend went in and used coupons. In this economy they help. Went back 5 days later and the kid or young man decided he wasn't going to take them. So you honor your corporate promos when you feel like it. The Arby's by home closed down so we drive to the one in Buena Park. Guess we won't be going to Jimmy John's, Sonic, or buffalo wild wings or Dunkin donuts either. If discounts are based on a young man's feelings then how do I know what else is allowed. Carl's, In and Out and firehouse are closer. It might be petty but saving 5 bucks means 5 bucks more in my pocket for tomorrow. Honor your promo's.

I got it from door dash. They have my dasher the wrong stuff. They gave me pepsi instead of diet. They didn’t give my dasher a plastic bag too put my food and my sauce spilled in my dashers car.

No stars if I could. My husband and I ordered a pizza after a long day of both of us working (plus him traveling). The “tamper proof” seal was already torn, the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for at least an hour, the slices were already torn apart and sliding around the box, and was already cold. We have never had an issue with Pizza Hut before. This was our first time ordering from this location, and we will not be going back.

Gave us the wrong order when we came to pick it up. Told them thru phone they have us the wrong order and they than told us they ran out of mushrooms for our order even though the order was marked ready for pickup. Had to substitute a replacement and wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for them to make our pizza which was already marked ready to pickup

I came in Monday night around 10 PM and was denied service because the manager said she was already cleaning.. I thought you close at 12AM??? I had just got off a 12 hour shift and picked up my daughter, I’m a single mother and just wanted a quick meal to feed myself and my child. The manager, pardon my French, was a hefty set blonde lady very rude and with soulless eyes told me to leave. I want restitution !!!!

I have no idea what kind of game they play with me. The guy told me to wait 10 mins for the order & so i did. After all that wait he ask me to wait another extra 10 mins. Did they lost my order? Or gave it to someone else? this is ridiculous.

Advice to all delivery drivers: if I give you a tip, take it and don’t expect more than I can give! A tip is never required by law! When I tip, I tip as much as I can but there are times where people could be short on money! pizza hut need to train their drivers better so they know customer service is everything!

Second store in a row where they do no deliver what is ordered! What is wrong with them? I order 2 20oz pepsis, I get 2 2-liters of an orange colored soda and a root beer. Thinking it’s for someone else i refuse the drinks, and the driver tells me they will return with with the pepsis. Never happened (and no refund either). Needless to say, the food had a bad taste of disappointment!

Im the easiest person you can find. I always tip, never complain. I love pizza hut and this store is closest so i have been going. I would say more than 50% visit is not satisfying. many times they get order incorrectly, many times they rarely put any pizza sauce. 1 2 times is understandable but for a person goinf weekly. This store needs to step it up or change ownership. I will not risk my pizza with this store anymore

We havent had Pizza Hut in a long time, so we decided to have it after seeing it on an AD. Its funny, the PIZZA on the AD looked appetizing! But when they hand you your order and expect it to be the same as the AD, well its sad you dont get what you ordered. Just nasty tasting pizza! Save your time and $$ Go somewhere else for better pizza!

The doors were all locked even though it says they're open til 10pm on their door and midnight on their online hrs. I was there around 830pm trying to dine in and look through the menu. The staff were there moping and tending the counter but didn't want to acknowledge me rattling the door.

Went here and they don’t take coupons. That’s fine. Then I asked for the fish sandwich (which the other location has). Nope. So I left. The whole restaurant is empty and the drive thru is dead. Good luck with that. They will be closed down in no time

Always orders plain. Never gets plain (easiest way to make anything) so I have to make two trips to get my 1 order everytime. No bottled water with my order either this time. I'm just done with this location. It's bullshit.

We decided to try the new Waffle/Criss Cut sweet potato fries, unfortunately we didn't open the bag until we got home because they were overcooked (I'm submitting a picture with this review). They were too hard for us to eat so we had to throw them away ☹ I also purchased the beef & cheddar sandwich that made me sick. I want my money back and will only try this location one more time after which I will adjust my review according to the outcome of that meal. I wish we had a better experience because this is close to where we live and we were going to start going here more often.
