Let me tell you something! This place is good and fresh food ! It’s at a good price not to bad ! That atmosphere feels like I’m in a classic diner ! The only thing is there’s no waiter or server! You have to order your food and pick your food up Besides, that the food is great. Come on down and try !

Really great place for lunch. Large portions. Everything was fresh. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean and well maintained. The club sandwich combo was big enough to share. Lots of drink options and comfortable booths.

Haven't had a place like this in many many years. GREAT food ,service and very clean. Last minute choice on our trip and the best choice the hole trip. We'll be back next time we come to town. Don't change a thing.

Classic American food. I love their breakfast burritos and fried zucchini sticks. They also have great tacos, which surprises me for a diner. I went through the drive through. The employees were very friendly and had a great customer service voice.

It's Paul's... Always solid, better than most of the typical Greek owned burger chains. Breakfast Burritos are great. Onion Rings 👍 Fried Zucchini 👍 But the best they have IMO is the: Avocado, bacon, double cheeseburger. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second only to 🌋 🍔 which I know at some point was related

Generous servings, onion rings, fried zucchini, and fried mushrooms are delicious 😋 So go with a few friends order your favorite sandwich, grilled cheese, or burger etc, and get different sides to share. It won't disappoint.

McDonald’s at 7861 Beach Blvd in Buena Park definitely deserves five stars. As always, the combo meals are great, affordable, and delicious. We enjoyed classics like the Big Mac and the Quarter Pounder, and everything was fresh and satisfying. The sweet tea was the perfect drink to go with our meals. Consistently good food and quick service — highly recommended!

Today, I visited McDonald's and was assisted by Shawn, who was very kind. I asked him for a specific Hello Kitty Ninja Turtle toy, and he went out of his way to find it for me. That was really nice of him! I had previously inquired at other McDonald's locations about the same toy, and they all said no, but not Shawn. He truly went above and beyond. We need more managers like him at McDonald's. I would definitely return to this location if he is working there.

Just left this location. Staff is great service is good. Even when they have an ignorant as customer demanding them to have their stuff ready the instant it’s ordered &when it’s not the customer wants to negotiate getting more than what they paid. The staff definitely has patience.

Paul's Place in Buena Park is one of my go to spots for gourmet style fast food. The burgers are massive, juicy, and full of flavor. Definitely hits the spot when you're really hungry. You have to try the fried mushrooms and zucchini. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Crispy, fresh, and served in big portions. Everything here tastes freshly made. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the restroom is always dirty, which is a bummer. If you're in the area and want something fast but way better than typical fast food, Paul's Place is worth it.

Great food but telling me to celebrate my birthday at Pauls place? There are many places including Jersey Mike's, Farmer Boys, and restaurants etc that give you free food for your birthday. I'll celebrate it at those places. That being said, The quality at Paul's has always been top notch every time. 5 stars for food minus 1 for no promotions.

This is the second time my breakfast sandwich has pieces of eggshells in the egg part of it. I took a bite and after chewing something was cracking and had to out it out and saw pieces of eggshells. There has to be more diligence with the food preparation, as this could be a physical hazard to the consumer.

This was a very interesting McDonald’s. To be honest we thought we were at the wrong place when we first walked in. It looks like an old house from back in the day. There is an arcade that has been shut down inside. There were also train tracks with a train running around the ceiling and in the middle of the room in a case. There was a lot of seating and it was a bit busy. The food came out in a timely matter. They were offering the purple monsters birthday meal with a shake and that was pretty good.

Very unique MC Donald's. Mind-blowing 🤯I would say. I really thought the whole broken down McDonald's sign was done purposely. It's so broken down it's unbelievable 😳. As soon as you walk inside to your right you'll see an arcade! Yes you read that right. An old creepy broken dark arcade room. There's even a TV 📺 in the dining room. There's also a section where you can sit and eat your food as you watch a train 🚂 go around above you or right in front of you behind glass. Pretty cool 😎 but awkward at the same time. The restroom 🚻 needed to be cleaned. I went around 6pm or so. I was helped right away by very welcoming staff. All were really nice and professional. I didn't have to wait long to get my food. They forgot my fries🍟 but fixed it right away by giving me my fries and a coupon for free dessert😀. Staff are so busy helping customers they don't keep the place clean. Homeless feel welcome to linger around because the place is really old. This McDonald's is a disrespect to the chain. How is it still operating?!

We stopped for breakfast and was not sure what this place was. It looks like a fast food place with a drive through but serves traditional breakfast. You place your order at a window and pay before getting your food. The person taking our order made two mistakes. I wanted a cheese omelet and the order taker even repeated that but charged me for a ham and cheese omelet which is what I got. It was ok but I would have preferred just the cheese omelet. My son got hot cakes and wanted a side of toast. He didn't get the side of toast so I had to go back and ask for the side of toast. Good thing we were eating in as I can only imagine how often things get sent out the drive thru wrong based on how much of our order was wrong. Overall the food was good but just to many mistakes were made.

This location needs a lot of tlc. Homeless people wandering the property, signs broken and not repaired. I would expect more from a location so close to a theme park. They need to put a lot of work into this place. Long lines, slow service pictures taken 12-12-20 stopped in on 10-23-24 and got lack luster service. Even after charging such high prices they want you to donate. Said no, they added it anyways. Had to have cashier take it off. Then got the food and drink but no straw. Like can’t even get the basics. Definitely not worth what they want in wages

With the amount of cost things are.. you would assume you would at least get a full cup of fries.. come on McDonal

This Macdonalds was a favorite spot for me and my brothers to go to for dinner after visiting knotts for the day. With its beautifully crafted authentic working train layout center-staging and bringing together the unique and charming atmosphere giving courtesy to a day spent at knotts, who could go wrong? Well, guess what. Ruined. They somehow felt the need to literally rip it all out and replace it with the color grey and modernistic shapes and accents, only to dispel every last shred of authentic western historical imagery associated. It’s such a shame. They did the same thing to the Macdonalds in my home city many years back. We used to go many times a month, and now we don’t go at all. Sadly to say, we will not be going to this Macdonalds anymore due to the destruction of authentic, rustic, and historical charm in which we have known and loved all throughout the years. I don’t know who is making these decisions, but you are ruining these beautiful restaurants. Please stop.

This is a beautifully renovated location, however the training nand knowledge of employees, care for cleanliness, speed of service and quality presentation require more attention. Yes I know it's McDonald's, but of the 6 kiosks, 2 are usually down, they hardly clean the tables and trash and when they are out of trays they don't deliver to your table. We'll my experience was such that I had to approach them fter 20 mins waiting for a here not a to go order. No one notified us, I had to approach them and they had to look for the order that was sitting there for almost 30 mins. A cold meal but hey the location is super beautiful with a huge patio. It's a huge savings for the consumer, but it feels like they cut a lot of costs on the service and experience. Yes while I was able to capture these images on my most recent visit these are not too far off from my last few experiences here.

They gave me bad food it looked like they added something to me cheeseburger, they burned it in to the meat. I thought it was nothing at the time but the gave me parasites I've been extremely sick ever since I ate at this location. I have a fever and diarrhea, and horrible bloating. If you don't want to get sick don't go to this McDonald's, go to a different location and always check you food for weird spots, burnt things, rat poop, spit and other things. Very disappointed 🤢🤮😡. Managers make your staff responsible for doing discussing things to customers food.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My boyfriend and I went to McDonald’s late at night and had a really disappointing experience. While we were in line, a very kind homeless man asked if we could order him some food. He was respectful and even said he would pay for whatever he got. We agreed because we wanted to help someone get a meal for the night. When we got to the window, the employee was extremely rude and clearly annoyed that we were helping him. He was rolling his eyes, had an attitude, and was very unhelpful throughout the interaction. It honestly felt like we were being judged just for trying to do something kind. On top of that, when we finally got our food, the fries were completely cold. Between the poor service and the lack of basic food quality, the whole experience was frustrating. I understand working late nights isn’t easy, but there is no excuse for treating people this way, especially someone who is already struggling. It was heartbreaking to see such a lack of compassion, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple act of kindness. Very disappointed in both the service and the food.

I usually never write reviews, but I felt like I had to after this experience. My friends and I went to this McDonald’s to grab some food once Knotts Berry Farm Closed. and we were met with incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior. As we approached the door, an employee possibly a manager or janitor yanked the door away from us and snapped, “McDonald’s is closed! Go away!” He then aggressively pointed at the window, emphasizing the closing time in a very obnoxious and unnecessary manner. Look, I fully understand that McDonald’s was closed. We weren’t upset about that at all. But the way this person handled the situation was completely out of line. A simple, respectful “Sorry, we’re closed for the night” would’ve been more than enough. The attitude and hostility we experienced left a really bad impression. If I could, I’d rate this location 0 stars.

Absolutely disgusting place. From outside to the carelessness of the employees. Went to this place to get my wife and daughter lunch at this location. Was asked to park and wait for the food, so after having to wait 10 minutes I never got our food. I saw an employee hand the car that was behind me in line their food because they were also asked to park. The young man looked at me as if i was bothering him. He went inside and finally found my order. So when I got home and looked, this is what we received. They forgot to remove the paper wrapper from the frozen patty and still cooked it still plated it and still put cheese and everything on top of it. Old stale double cooked fries also. Wondering what else is wrong with this place or they don't pay attention to. Never again for me.
