Food is always great and good the service was quick like always and the ambiance was calming with the children's slides.

Drive thru experience: very fast, efficient and the standard every fastfood place should be measured by. They are zoned in on their order procedure and it shows. So I ordered DoorDash which I hardly ever do on Monday I just wanted something different so I ordered Chick-fil-A their hash brown bowl with spicy chicken. It was delivered to my work and when I opened it it was half the bowl the food for $11 with an orange juice. I was quite disappointed cuz I don't get Chick-fil-A all the time and I felt this was a nice treat. Chick-fil-A fill the bowl up with food.

Isn't a big issue but I continue the to get the wrong sauce but it's definitely something that doesn't complete my meal 100%

Not sure how my food was cold when I ate inside. My food got even colder with the low temperature inside and the ac on when it's in the 30's outside. My overall experience was awful and that sucks because this is all I wanted to eat and I now regret spending $25 here. I come here often and its usually much better than this. Needs improvement

My first bad experience from the chick.... I will say I was one of the first in line, it was early. They didn't have the grease hot enough and the food was disgusting. No other way to say it, that's exactly what it was. This has happened a few times from this location. Any other time during the day the foods been good here. Sorry guys

Asked what types of coffee they had in the drive thru, was given a few flavors and ordered a vanilla. When I got it at the window, it was cold. I tried to ask the elderly man about it, saying I assumed it would be hot since they didn't specifically state it was cold. The coffee shops do a hot vanilla latte right next door. Instead of trying to fix it at all, he simply said that was the only way to get that one and walked away. Who wants a cold coffee in 50 degree weather? Horrible service and zero help, no knowledgable staff.

I normally do not have any issues with Chick fil a… however today was not a good day. Got to the pick up window, and was told not very nicely to move to the bushes and a number. Then when we go there we waited. Two cars came behind us and left shortly after they got there, I finally had to flag someone down after a few minutes. Then when we got our food it was cold, like it had been sitting there, and our drink was flat. Encountered four employees - none said my pleasure either. We will be sticking to the other Burleson location for now on.

I am new to door dash and didn’t understand I had to take a picture of the product in front of them before I left and he gave me nothing but attitude the whole time and when he walked back inside he yelled “Oh my God” out loud where I could hear it.

Be careful ordering delivery from this location. There was a delay in delivery drivers picking up, our food was almost an hour in before someone arrived to this store to pick up, and instead of handing off fresh food they handed off the food that had been sitting for AN HOUR!! We received nasty cold fries and cold soup. To receive cold soup tells you how long that had been sitting there. If you complain to the delivery service they only refund you back $4. How unprofessional to serve a customer food that's been sitting for that long. I did not expect that considering we usually have a very good experience with Chick-fil-A. That definitely needs to be addressed because that’s also against food safety.

7-16-2025 Paid for my food. Now am waiting. Had 10 plus vehicles go past me. Asked and waived a person over. Since now I’m the only one sitting here. Was told that they are waiting on chicken. —- 6-19-25 Sitting here on the side near the bushes because they want their line/ their numbers to look good for corporate. Still waiting for my food. There was already another vehicle here. And now there’s a 3rd one. Still no food. And the line keeps moving through. Nothing like making yourself look good to corporate. Was told they were waiting on fries to come out. —— 2 weeks ago Can’t get my name right even when I spell it so I don’t know for sure if that’s my food they’re trying to hand me. Are not giving napkins and are constantly filling my drink to where what few napkins I’m given have to be used to clean the cup because it’s overflowing and they never wiped it down. Have quite a few employees all standing around. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
