🚇🥙 Their new streak wrap is what I went for this time because I love trying new foods 👍 It was absolutely delicious. The new sauce, combined with the new fajita wrap, along with some fresh jalapenos, banana peppers, and pickles made the meal partially addictive. I think I might have gone back about three more times to get another one. 😯 Yep they really are that good 🤣

me & my fiance go to this location all the time but yesterday the new manager angel took care of us and he was so nice and professional but also fun to talk to! He also had Daniel helping him out with the orders, who was also doing a fantastic job keeping up with everything since they both seemed to be going through a lil lunch rush. But overall I just wanted to say thankyou to both of these guys for everything they do and my sandwich was most definitely one of the best ones I've had lol but thankyou guys!
I must say I have not been pleased by my recent visits to this subway but a guy by the name of Kelly helped me and made my salad so perfectly! It was amazing, not to mention fabulous customer service! He deserves a raise or promotion! Go Kelly Go! And thank u, you’re the best!
Went for lunch with one of my daughters today and had a delicious sub sandwich and the 2 ladies were very nice and friendly. Made us feel at home. ☺️

This is one of the few restaurants I visit frequently. The staff is really and some of them know my order when I walk in. There has been a handful of new people working which slows down the process however they are still learning so I completely understand. The night shift manager is my absolute favorite!
After meet the teacher we took the Family to Subway to break bread and enjoy some hoggies!!! We are a big family and don't go out to eat often but the employees were easy to talk to and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Something about the team really hit me in the feels and made me feel blessed. I just wanted to share that experience! - Niko
The tuna sandwich made at this Burleson place yesterday was a little dry but still tasted good. Today it was great. The place is very clean.
There’s this little gem named DaRyah that make sandwiches here and she’s the best. No sloppiness, well balanced and always tastes fresh. She’s a sweet heart and customer service is friendly.

It's been a while since I've had a really good sandwich from here. They barely put the right amount of anything on your sandwich. Got a meatball sub and 2 different times it barely had any sauce on it 6 onion pieces and 5 olives on it and it was pretty much dry. 2 separate visits. Half the time they are out of ingredients. One time I ordered a meatball sub and they were out of meatballs!! I will give them one more try.
I picked up 4 12’ sandwiches yesterday and they were very good. I felt the toppings were plentiful and the bread tasted fresh. The employees didn’t say a word to us and they didn’t seem very friendly and were really quiet. Kind of made you feel weird, but they did their jobs ok. I’ve never been to this subway and I might come back. My only real issue is there’s no senior or military discounts given, I think in this day and age that should be available. This is one of the first places I’ve been to where they just flat said oh no we don’t do that !! The guy that spoke up about this wasn’t our cashier either . Otherwise can’t complain really just be nice to be welcomed or greeted .

Food tasted fine and service was fine. I only got 4 pieces of bacon on my footlong BLT. It was basically just L and T... I thought it was so odd, so I looked online and the standard I guess is 8, which makes more sense. Tasted like a veggie sandwich.

The bread was so over cooked that the outer part broke apart and had a similar texture to croutons. When I asked for extra pickles there were only 4. There was hardly any lettuce or spinach…ugh, just awful. I scrapped the veggies out for myself and fed the bread to the birds. The male employee at the front wasn’t professional either. Sad day.
The servers tonight told me that I had to pay for full price 6 inch sub when I only ask for a sauce cup of the tuna since I have allergies and disease that keeps me from eating breads and other items in the subs. Then my grandchildren ordered a 6 inch chicken Bacon ranch each and it looked like bread packed with lettuce and a piece of bacon and a bite piece of chicken . Shame on these people me ever eating there again the one on John Jones is so much better and they don't hold back and they don't charge me full price for a sauce full of tuna.
So the food is really good but the service is awful. There is two super sweet employees but the others are incredibly rude and short with people. Whoever is working the shift on June 29, between 11am-12pm wrote a very unnecessary note on our order. My partner just added a note because the sandwich was wrong because the app added the wrong sandwich that I have ordered before instead of what he made, just to let them know when his name popped up again that, that was why and we got sent a rude message back. So unprofessional. If you don’t like working at subway. Don’t work there. Utterly ridiculous. So to that employee, don’t give us your bad day. Be more professional. It’s not that hard. Oh and I asked for no bacon on my wrap and there’s bacon. Sooooo the note is pretty unnecessary

I placed an online order at Subway on 8/14 around 3 PM. When I opened my sandwich, I noticed there were no veggies inside, even though I had added them during the online ordering process. I checked the receipt, and unfortunately, the veggies weren’t listed. I approached the staff to explain the issue and asked if I could get the veggies added, even offering to pay extra. One of the older employees responded by saying she “can’t guess” what I wanted on the sandwich, which came off as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for a remake, just a side of the missing veggies, but the attitude I was met with was unprofessional. What bothered me more was that another older employee was nearby listening to the exchange and didn’t step in to help or de-escalate the situation. Although the sandwich was eventually remade, the interaction left a bad impression. I won’t be returning, not just because of the mistake, but because of the way it was handled.
The manager (I’m assuming she was a manager because she was an older white lady who was being asked questions by her employees) SNATCHED my box of cookies out of my hand and chunked them in the trash when I went in to ask if I could switch out the kind of cookies in the box because I had accidentally ordered the wrong kind on my mobile order. The employee that was there was polite but the manager was super rude and huffy puffy, I’ve noticed her like that multiple times when visiting this location. Maybe a change in management should be considered seeing that this is not just my experience, but other customers’ experiences as well.
I had an online order, mid afternoon mind you so not busy at all , and it said ready so I went in, they hadn't even started. Another lady also had an online order, ahead of me, hers wasn't started either. She ordered cookies and "they were out" and acted like she was horrible for wanting her money back. I also saw them drop a receipt in the pickles and they just took it out and went on instead of changing it out which I'm almost positive is against protocol
They just gave me two cold Philly cheesesteaks, and when I brought it back in. The manager asked if I needed any help and she brought it to the employee asking her what She was willing to do about it. She said She would microwave it So I just said never mind. I can microwave something at home. That was a waste of $20. I won’t be Eating at Subway again.
My online order was completely wrong per my special instructions. When I came to the store, Serenity was completely unwilling to help. I had to bring the uneaten sandwiches from 4 days ago back. Really!?

I placed an online order, the app said it was ready, I go in they have not even started my order.Then I watched the worker drop a receipt right into the pickles she just picks it up snd goes on making sandwiches instead of throwing away and replacing the food she had just contaminated.I finally get my food about 10 minutes after the app said it was ready.They were not busy so I don't know what the problem was. Then I get home and a sandwichvwherevI had requested less lettuce and less mayo had enough lettuce for an all you csn eat salad bar and about a whole jar of mayo.They used to be good but this place has gone down bad.I doubt I go back due to the health code violation I witnessed.
