Small kiosk-style Starbucks but with good seating on the terrace. Friendly barista!

The staff is really nice and the place is very clean. Great place to have a drink. Overall it is a 10/10, I would totally recommend it! :))

I was honestly surprised to see such a low rating. During my week-long vacation, I visited this Starbucks every day — for coffee, matcha, or a refreshing drink. Yes, the hot coffee was really hot, but everything else was great. The staff spoke English and were always friendly, offering extra treats, pastries, or even suggesting a mug. The cake pop will stay in my heart forever! Also, big thanks for the well-sealed cups — I actually dropped my drink once, and not a single drop spilled. That’s quality service!

Great experience! The barista was super friendly and helpful, explained the different drinks to me, and thanks to her I found my new favorite at Starbucks. Service was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend

Sono venuto un paio di volte e la cassiera Aleksa e il suo compagno Santi mi hanno dato una bellissima accoglienza. Sono stati gentilissimi, molto simpatici e, sebbene la linea era molto lunga ma, erano molto veloci eccellente. Deliziosi drink, sicuramente da ritornarci. 🤩🤩

Was great to have an iced coffee option on hot days. I know it's not traditional European coffee, but that's okay. Sometimes I want a taste of home on vacation and some cold brew.

Un Starbucks versión kiosko. Todo muy bueno y un servicio impecable. Lo único malo es que si llueve pues te mojas ya que solo hay tres sombrillas pero al ser algo pensado para verano pues se le perdona.

Cappuccino is like latte, very mild( too much milk, i couldn't taste the coffee at all. Foam is overheating. And no proper. No drawings or decorations. 🥴 But stuff is friendly and nice. And location as well.

Étant habitué, au service Starbucks français nous avons été déçu par le services des deux serveurs, rigole des clients étrangers dans leur langue, nous avons juste l’impression de les déranger ! Leurs poste de travail reste à déplorer

(2024-2025) Vegyesek a tapasztalataim. Van aki nagyon kedves, segítőkész, de van, aki nagyon ellenséges (előbbi a többség). Örök probléma a növényi tejjel kért kávé elmagyarázása. Még spanyolul sem értette, akinek mondtuk, de szerencsére többen vannak, így sikerült megértetni magunkat. A nevemet is nagyon sokszor nem sikerül leírni, pedig párom lebetűzi. Mindezek ellenére szeretjük, mert közel van, jó helyen és szeretem a starbucksot. A limonádé jellegű italok is finomak.

Good quality but poor service. If you only care about the Starbucks products and taste, I think it's fine. If friendly service is also important to you, consider whether this is the place to visit or not.

Eigentlich cool hat man hier einen kleinen Starbucks. Aber die „freundlichkeit“ der mitarbeiter vermiesen einem den Apettit. Schlecht gelaunt und freche Antworten. Der Kaffee ist gut.

Why it’s still closed at 10:30 am?!

said on google maps it was open, went in the afternoon around 12 and it was closed. Went back again around 7 and was still closed.

Very poor service. Not listening to requirements for a no foam latte, multiple visits. Coffee was nice but I wasn't looking for half a cup.

Mixed bag - one day was a nice older woman who provided great service. The price was wrong on the board and she honored it. However, next day Diano lied and said she can't adjust the price and I called her out on it. She then got Camilo to come to the till and declined to honor the price. They should have accurate prices or honor them!!

Cappuccino is served burning hot. Taste is no good. Also, drinks are only served in to go cups. Not very sustainable thinking. And yes, overprized, but I accept this, as Starbucks is known for that. :-)

Poor experience. Ice coffee wasn't shaked, so had separated layers of warm and cold coffee and water. 4 staff members took 8 minutes at completely empty local to make 2 ice coffees. Not a big issue, but together with forgotten straws and poor customer service leaved us with not welcoming experience.

Como alguien que va regularmente porque vivo alado, quiero decirles que el servicio es de los peores! Cada vez hay personal diferente y por ende algunos son amables y a hay otros que si les pides una pajita o cargador para las bebidas es como si les mentaras la madre… osea una actitud horrible! Por ende cada bebida sabe diferente voy varias veces en la semana y aveces me tengo que resignar a que el que me toque me ponga mala la bebida porque si les digo algo me miran peor! Y en verdad iendo a otros Starbucks no son tan bordes como aquí Por último hace unos días me dieron súper mal hecha mi café y lo pedí para llevar entonces no lo probé asi que lo bote cuando regresé le comenté a la chica y que a la próxima lo mejoraría… soy gold siempre tengo cafés gratis así que se que no costaba nada hacer uno nuevamente mejor!

Die Kekse waren hart und das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, als wir darum baten, unsere schlecht zubereiteten Getränke zu wechseln. Ich empfehle es nicht. Sehr unhöfliche Angestellte und mit dem Handy lachen, haben sie keine Lust zu arbeiten.

This place is an embarrassment to starbucks. I was so excited to have a Starbucks closer to where we live. It's never open when it's supposed to be. The staff are rude when it IS open. They have got my simple drink order wrong practically every time I've been. And then looked at me like I'd made the drink wrong! I mean, how dare I ask for the drink I paid for. Today, it said it was open. We arrive, and the staff just looked at us and said "NO WE ARE CLOSED". We ended up driving to porto pi to get one. At least they know what customer service is. A polite request to management. START OVER. VET YOUR STAFF. TEACH THEM ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO MAKE DRINKS.

Always items missing from the order. 3rd time we have ordered and all three times items were missing. Ordered 4 cakes and then sent 2. Would of been better to have just cancelled the order

Service is trash. I ordered the same order for 3 times, first time was 5€, second time 7€, 10 minutes after 8.30€. Staff are rude and mean and have literally zero brain cells and get your order wrong every time, I literally paid 8.30€ for a drink that i don't want and tasted like trash. WORST STARBUCKS EVER

Service was okay twice we went. Beverages and snacks were fine for Starbucks. Tried to go today at 9:15am on a Saturday and totally closed despite saying 9am opening. Likely not an error; just lazy or missing staff.

I go to this same Starbucks every day the staff have zero brain cells they serve frozen egg and bacon sandwiches and change the price of drinks regularly. I confronted him today about the sandwich being still frozen after asking to have I redone he gave me the same sandwich still freezing. Zero off of refund or anything customer service zero food poisoning potential max. I literally own the shop opposite and come here daily still cant get it right. Hire new staff.

ich habe ein iced matcha bestellt, meine freundin ein iced latte mit Hafermilch. Beide waren heiß fertig, was an einem 32°C Tag unangenehm ist. Nach Anfrage war die Dame genervt, und hat mir vorgeworfen, ich hätte das falsche bestellt, hat aber einen iced Matcha gemacht, der nur nach milch schmeckte... der heiße Latte wurde auch zu einem Iced-Latte geändert, allerdings mit einer normalen Milch, weshalb die Freundin es nicht trinken konnte, da sie gar keine verträgt. Es waren kaum Kunden da und ich finde es ungerecht, für so teure Getränke, nicht das zu bekommen, was man eigentlich bestellt hat.

Me acerqué hoy al Starbucks a pedir un par de frapps y me salen con que NO HAY! No hay frappuccinos en un STARBUCKS! Más bien parecía que las chicas querían irse que atender.

la cantidad de reseñas falsas de amiguitos, o incluso teniendo el nombre de los propios trabajadores, demuestra lo decadente que está esté local desde que cambiaron a todo el personal. una pena. los trabajadores con idiomas, experiencia, estudios y pasión por la cultura del café todos se acabaron yendo. los conozco y me cuentan las maravillas que pasaron por parte de su jefa.

Una camarera joven tiene una actitud de servicio extremadamente mala, burlándose de los clientes en el idioma local, mientras que la otra camarera mayor tiene una mejor actitud.

Tome en el establecimiento y me toco ver una escena realmente incómoda, los empleados de ahí se estaban metiendo con otra empleada, la pobre muchacha no podía hacer nada, ya que eran más. Ruego que este tipo de comportamiento de parte del personal mejore profundamente...

Le doy una estrella por q si no, no podria poner ninguna critica, pero es una vergüenza q una cadena de cafeterías como esta, tenga personal tan MAL EDUCADO con los clientes y con su compañera, como es la persona q nos atendió, llamado anayein. Gracias a él no volveremos NUNCA MAS!!! Deberían de poner más empeño en contratar personal más cualificado y sobre todo CON MÁS EDUCACIÓN!!! Hasta NUNCA Anayein, y la próxima vez no discutas con los clientes y presta más atención a la hora de trabajar y no te equibocaras en las medidas de los cafés q te piden, patético.
