Newly renovated. Chicken was great and ready when I arrived after ordering online. No issues. 🤙

I stopped in and ordered a number 7 to go. When I got to the movies and opened the box it was missing one of my sides which was on the receipt. Of course, I wasn't going to leave the movies to go back. However, I have tried to call last night and today and no one answers the phone. They need to pay more attention to detail and make sure the order is complete. I went back into the location. It turned out they didn't know the phone wasn't working. The manager, gave me a number 7 at no charge to make up for the mistake made. All was fixed.

What a great group of employees working there. The young man that helped me was so nice. I didn't have to wait at all it is run like a very well-oiled machine. Everyone seemed happy to be there and it showed.

They do not have a drive threw. They DO have great service.

Fast and professional staff. Come here all the time. Always order their big jalapeños on the side. They are big and juicy. Literally. Must have.

09/01/2025 I've been coming to this particular franchise since 2007 when we moved in the area (Owensmouth and Remmet) from Tarzana (Reseda and Erwin). This was my spot when I wanted KFC. I would walk here from our apartment at that time. It is located in the corner of Sherman Way and Topanga. I realized that the former Big Lots is now an empty parking lot!

Out of nowhere, I was craving for their Nashville Chicken Tenders and Potato Wedges! So I went and got me some of them spicy yummilicious tenders! I was very happy that: 1. KFC still makes this item!! 2. KFC makes these wedges again!!!! I was so satisfied with the young staffs. They were polite, helpful and have a great service!

And mind you this was the 4th of July this guy is probably tired and I just want to congratulate him and say you know get your raise from your manager but like the manager better see this and give you a raise and you're working the last 9 to 10 shift I don't know if that's going to be helpful but like manager give this guy a raise bro.

I would of thought she understood Large size when I told her . When she served me my small drink I told her it was large and she stood there and said no you never said what size I wanted so she decided to ignore my large size and picked her own size ? Lol

I got the chicken tenders and they were good, it was kinda skinny mostly skin, the tables were dirty and needed to clean it myself. Drinks selection are kinda bad. A lot of homeless there too.

The service isn't bad but the location is terrible. I only saw two employees during the lunch hour and 3 people eating inside. The food came out quick, I think they made the food in advance.

This location has been in the same location for at least 45 years. I was able to go inside to the counter area. The staff was very polite and efficient. I had my order correct and quickly. It was the comfort food I was looking for. It was hot and yummy.

KFC is great, but this place has no parking lot and it somehow feels worse after the remodel.

This KFC is okay if you want a quick bite, but the staff is not that friendly. Also, there tends to be some people who come in that maybe a little shady. The neighborhood is not that bad, though, so I don't know where these people come from. I have just felt uncomfortable a few times when I have been in there. But that is mostly because when I go, it's at around 10 p.m. after my weekly performance with a Dixieland and swing music sextet at the nearby Casey's Tavern, just to the West and across the street. During the day, this KFC would have to be fine. The chicken has been fresh there, to my knowledge, and they have gotten my orders correct. I just feel that the staff could be more attentive and genial than they are. When I answered some questions that Google posed about this KFC, I think I mistakenly clicked Yes for the question about whether there is a drive-thru'. I don't think this KFC has a drive-thru'! So I apologize for the mistake. Google, can you correct my response?

My last order from uber eats is disappointing. I ordered a three pc combo with two extra biscuits. So some employee got lazy I guess and shoved the entire order in one little box and all my three biscuits were smashed and crumbled when I received the order smh. And the biscuits tasted like they were not cooked all the way through btw. VERY disappointed because I love KFC biscuits

Clean, fast - what you would expect from a KFC

Food was fine and it was what we ordered (2 meals), but we didn’t want the drinks and wanted substitutions to replace the drinks. I told that to the guy who took the order and he said no problem, but I was confused about the order and instead of getting a food item to replace drinks, he just took 1 dollar off our bill TOTAL. He didn’t communicate that to me. Neither my husband nor I got replacement items. Also, the guy didn’t offer any dipping sauce (included in my order). had to go back and ask him.

The food was pretty good as it usually is, but the service was really disappointing. The lady at the front took my order but didn't even bother charging my order, so I ended up standing there waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come back and allow me to pay for the order. It was perhaps the most bizarre transaction I've ever had. The atmosphere was decent. There was a little round table at the centre of the dining area which I thought was kinda cute so I sat there and enjoyed my meal.

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I have ever had. The food was not delicious, and the customer service was horrible. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of both your dishes and service.

Came in around 1pm for lunch. The seating area was extremely dirty, like they haven’t cleaned the tables and countertops since the weekend. No waiting in line but yet still took time to get service. The cashier didn’t seem happy to have a job or at least working here. The food wasn’t up to par either. I can only imagine how the back of the restaurant looks if they don’t have pride or the service ability to keep the business ready for their patrons. Think twice before eating here.

I just left this place. I used their bathroom, it smelled horrible and didn't have seat liners. The restaurant was empty and I was the only one who was placing an order. I asked for a side of mac and cheese instead of fries in my to-go order. I was the ONLY order and they couldn't even get that right, I got fries in my bag. Staff was too busy talking to each other to pay attention to their only customer at the time.

This KFC receives a poor rating for the following reasons: No drive thru; No string beans; It's overpriced. $2 for each wing(alacarte); and they dont have adequate replenishment of options - i.e."They had crispy recipe breast, but only original recipe wings."

The staff was so rude, dismissive, and had no answers to questions re: specials or the KFC app. They overcharged me, after waiting so long I told them to keep the money. It was ridiculous as there were no other customers and I waited far too long while they all chatted about life. Not surprising this location is void of customers.
