Everyone was very kind, especially Miss Tania, she is always very attentive and kind.

It's rare to find a value equal or better than In-N-Out, but Carl's has with its California XL Combo. Under $10 for the burger medium combo meal. Burger was delicious with fresh ingredients and large patties. Fries were good as well. Employees were excellent and friendly. Resturant was reasonably clean for amount of staff on hand. Biggest disappointment, not of just this establishment, but Carl's Jr. as a whole is their choice of color scheme just like a lot of establishments these days are what I call Clinical Grey. It's just not friendly and inviting. Go back to the old school decor and brighten the place up.

Thank you Maria for consistent good service. She remembers my request for 3 salsa packets every morning. And service is quick, usually in and out in less than a minute.

I stopped in for breakfast. Staff friendly. Meal prepared quickly and accurately. Food served hot and tasted great. Maria took my order. After serving my food she never stopped moving. She was either helping other customers or cleaning everything in sight. Maria is an excellent employee.

I've eaten here many times, and just ate there again. The young man who took my order today was very well mannered & helpful. They always make good lettuce wrapped burgers or chicken sandwiches at this location.

Good food, definitely a bit pricey for fast food.

Wow this was probably the worst food I've had. I ordered an Angus burger. They gave me a famous star in an Angus burger wrapper. The soggiest mess of burger and fries. My wife got a famous star combo and I was right it was the same burger I bought for 2 dollars less. Looks like they pre-made famous stars and they just add or remove whatever needed to someone's order. I don't know but how is the burger soggy and wet but the wrapper still dry. I give negative stars. Not even 1. I want my money back. And I feel like every customer should get there's too. Sucks to be hungry then to be angry and still hungry and ripped off.

I ordered the fish fillet sandwich (deal buy one get another one). She fried the fillets separately because I had found out that she refried an older, leftover fish fillet and one frozen one which was very hot and good. The other one was rubbery and over fried you could tell it had been fried twice.

I ordered a Double EL Diablo large combo. When I got my order because I dine in it was a single patty Guacamole Bacon burger. I told one of the worker but I was about to get denied till the other co-worker admit wrong doing. When I got the right burger I checked the patty is was just 1 so I complained. Finally I received what I ordered but for some reason my burger was extra extra spicy. I order before at other places and it wasn't that hot. I don't recommend this place. Worst service ever.

I ordered a breakfast burrito for which I requested a salsa packet. She said they were out and gave me buffalo sauce. I made a huge mistake coming here and spending my money.

I ordered my food came through the drive thru. The cashier told me to park and they would bring the food out. Mind you know one in the Tei thru only me. I told her I lll Wait. It took over 10 min to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. Fast food no I own fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t tolerate this ever.

The wait time for my food was ridiculously long as well. initially I was glad I could go to that Carl's jr because it's conveniently off the 5 freeway but I truly regret having stopped at that location. Don't recommend any other people consider this place to go eat.
