Love this store. The staff are always nice with a smile and warm welcome. I appreciated James advising me on better options when ordering my coffee. I had been missing out of product by reducing the amount of shots. I really appreciated his warmth and help. Good vibe store.
I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks location and honestly thought I wouldn’t be coming back to this store. But Rachel completely changed that for me. She personally called to follow up about my concerns, which already meant a lot. When I came back in, she apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and took full accountability to make it right. I’m now walking out of this store feeling heard, appreciated, and truly valued as a customer. Rachel is amazing, and because of her, I will definitely be back.
Today was a tearfully hard day. The baby wouldn't stop crying. My To Do List, was just that. It was simply a piece of mental paper tattered in a sea of overwhelming emotions. Welp, today, I decided to escape and use a gift card given to me to reset my mind over something warm and familiar. I was greeted by a worker with a warm smile. I held it together at that point and let her know if I could get a drink with a mug to sit inside. I expected a no and continued to further explain that it's been a hard day. "The baby wouldn't stop crying." She paused to listen, not to gauge whether or not she'll do it, but to emphasize. She promptly responded "I understand" The tears began to roll. She quickly gathered my order and even offered to bring it to where I wanted to sit. The drink was smooth. The eyes were kind. I'd like to give a big thank you to Rachelle. You were definitely the pit stop I needed. I hope that you know that the simple care that you gave me was the jump that I needed. When a coffee is more than coffee. Thank you Rachelle🙏🏽
I had such a great experience today thanks to one of your Starbucks team members Maddie! She was so cheerful, kind, and genuinely attentive. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was-even asking if I wanted a stopper for my drinks before I could think of it myself. It's those small touches that make such a big difference. Her positive attitude brightened my morning, and it's clear she truly cares about every customer. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant! I hope she is rewarded for this review! Greatness deserves to be recongnized!
Do not usually visit Starbucks, however met a client here. Was looking forward to their oatmeal but when I arrived the cashier informed me they were out of oatmeal. I believe he could see the disappointment in my face and quickly provided me with a catd for a free oatmeal upon my next visit. Extremely professional- I never made a complaint or negative word. He simply read my face and offered the card. All businesses should have these types of tem members behind the counter.
This was some of the best customer service I've ever had. Ms. Colleen was very kind. She gave me time to think about my order, offered me other drinks because I wasn't sure, and made me feel so welcome!
First thing I look at when going to any restaurant, even a coffee shop, is their cleanliness and restroom. Is there soap to wash your hands? Is it enough tissue? Paper towel maybe? Their restrooms are almost always clean and supplied. These little things are SO huge in value when choosing where I eat. The cherry on top for me too was that there’s a clean changing table for moms and their babies, so welcoming and inclusive! Again, it’s the little thingssss. Oh yea, my chai tea and croissant were amazing too 😀James was super warm and friendly.
This location is always friendly and on point. Had a couple mixups but they were quick to fix without any questions. Love the new look. Feel like the space inside though is tighter. The tables now feel like you are sitting on top of others.
i just came to this location for an iced espresso and i just want to say i have never in my LIFE had coffee so tasty. i work at a starbucks myself, and even i have never made my drink of choice that yummy. the employees were also super nice- i cannot for the life of me remember the barista’s name, maybe britney? i am so sorry if i butchered that… but thank you guys so much you made my + my bf’s night 🔥
Shout out to Shelly 👏🥇and her amazing customer service. I love seeing our mature workers stepping in and reminding us that great customer service is still a thing. While the young lady who made my caramel drink spilled caramel on the outside of the cup and recognized that she did (i saw that), she didn’t bother to wipe it clean. Instead, she handed the sticky cup to Shelly who then got her hands sticky from it, the difference is that Shelly did not give me the cup like that, no, she cleaned it! Shelly also inspected the rest of the cup to make sure it was clean and would not be sticky when handed to me. Shelly you’re a star and I hope the store manager reads this, recognizes you, and reminds the others that great service is what brings the customers back.
🌟☕️ Starbucks Review 🌟☕️ I had an awesome time at Starbucks! 🥳 The coffee was on point, and the bustling atmosphere added to the excitement! 😍 The location, though a bit outdated and a tadd too dark, still had a cozy charm. The staff was friendly and efficient! It was very busy in there! 🤗 Despite the challenging potholes due to construction on the bldg next door, the journey was totally worth it. So FYI, just be careful driving through there at the moment. Hopefully, the road will he repaired soon. 🚧 Can't wait to go back for more coffee goodness! ☕️💕

This location seems to have many regulars who are greeted by name, but not so friendly to random strangers. They have a lot of staff members working on deck to service their customers to minimize wait time. ~ This is a general Starbucks review, not specific for this particular location. Using 2% milk when not specified is such a cheap way to make watered-down $8+ drinks. The syrup used for flavored drinks is disgustingly sweet, without extra pumps. The outlets to charge devices is a joke, they barely work, my devices constantly have a warning icon. My only purpose for going to Starbucks is when I need a charger and it's not even worth that. The way this company uses the cheapest ingredients and charges top dollars, and pays their employees barely minimum wage is nothing short of exploitation. Closing doors without warning their own employees is the lowest shady practice, meanwhile CEO transports in a private jet every week... absolutely disgusting. This company is next on the block list. Only problem with this, the employees suffer from the backlash. For their own well-being, I hope they find another form of income stream, just based on the most recent closings without warning and soon-to-come closings that are slated to take place.
I recently moved here in May and have been to this location maybe 7-8 times. I do mobile and I walk in and pick it up at the counter. This location and a location in Pembroke Pines off Pines Blvd are the two coldest environments I have ever walked into and I have been to Starbucks locations all over Florida and in other states. In all of the visits except for one which I will talk about in a moment, there have been at least 3-4 employees behind the counter. I always pick my orders up very early in the morning so the store is never really busy. I say Good Morning every time and they all look at me with blank stares. I say Thank You as I walk out, they say nothing. As if I was privileged to have been allowed to have been served by them. The attitude is one of “Grab your coffee sir and begone, I have more important things to do.” Today 8/31, I placed an order to pick up at 7am, there was nobody in the store or at the drive thru, and I walked to the counter to pick up my order and I said hello/thanks have a nice day to the barista. She looked straight at me as if I wasn’t even there. Her expression was as if she was thinking, “sir, I just make coffee, I don’t have to interact with anyone.” Well, yes you actually do. You work in the service industry, and before you think I don’t understand what it’s like, I did too. And I would never ignore a customer who is right in front of me. Everyone deserves respect, and that’s a bare minimum requirement of your job to greet and welcome customers and create some type of welcoming atmosphere whenever you can. Yes, when it’s busy sometimes that’s hard. But you try, and you do your best to make customers feel appreciated. They don’t here. Except for the one time a couple weeks ago on a Saturday when I picked up my order and they had written Have A Great Day and Have a Nice Weekend on my cups. And the employee behind the counter, who I had never seen in the store before, greeted me AND said Thank You as I was leaving! I was shocked. Was he a district manager there for the day to try to breathe some common courtesy behavior back into this store? Well it didn’t work because the next few visits, including today were business as usual with the same awful atmosphere. I actually used to train customer service and I did secret shopping for companies as well, and as a service employee you never really know who is shopping in your store or who you are serving, so you should treat every customer interaction the same and make an effort each and every time. Also, I would add that I always leave a tip in the app even if the service is the minimum one would expect. I have not left a tip in the app on any visits here except for the one visit where someone actually acknowledged my existence. And if you are going to put out a tip jar, at least do the minimum things in your job that would warrant you having a tip jar in the first place. We all know the world we live in now isn’t perfect, and everyone is busy with their own problems and issues. But just make an effort. It doesn’t take much, and you might even make someone’s day or they might even make yours.

Very icy atmosphere. Walked in and walked right back out when I didn’t get a response from the staff I said ‘good morning! to I mean, she was looking dead in my face so I know she heard me’ I’m so used to Starbucks when you say hello, the staff answers back. Sometimes staff say hello before you get a chance to say hello to people when you walk into a Starbucks. But at least I don’t have homeless people hanging out like the other Starbucks in Lauderhill. Had to drive all the way to the Coconut Creek Starbucks to get some good service. They’re super nice up here.
I hate this branch, if you don't order in the drive thru you'll be waiting forever for your order. I ordered ahead via the app and they forgot half my order. I waited and waited, then a rush of people came in and they never finished my order. I stood there with my drink, waiting for food while I watched those who came in after me, walk out with their completed orders. I was running late so I left. Do better!
I just ordered two Caramel Macchiato around 7 PM. It wasn't busy at all then; there were three people working, but none of them came to ask what I wanted until I told them I could order. They looked at each other, hesitated for a moment, and then reluctantly sent one of them to help. When I got home and drank my coffee, I found that one cup didn't contain any coffee at all, just milk and sugar.
THE MOST INCONSISTENT DRINKS EVER!!!!!!!!! EVER EVER EVER omgness..help them corporate headquarters. This is the worst starbucks I have ever experienced and I travel alot with work..its sad. Not even management can nail a simple venti iced caramel macchiato with light ice.....simple ish!! It's absolutely different each time depending on who serves you..but mostly milk not good. I am not paying 7+ bucks for way too much milk. The 2 by my house nail it every time and are CONSISTENT!!!!
Callous customer service. The young lady serving for pickups has 0 customer service skills. No greeting, no thank you and no have a great day… Nothing. I didn’t look for her name tag but after reading reviews it was likely Amaris, mentioned by John Campo’s review below. My experience was exactly the same as his. This young lady seriously needs coaching on her soft skills.
Disappointed and Frustrated with Today’s Experience I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and visit nearly every morning. Today, at the Starbucks on the corner of University Drive and Commercial Boulevard, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I ordered my usual a ham and Swiss croissant and a grande caramel apple spice with extra whipped cream. They said they were out of apple juice, even though I was told they had boxed apple juice. In the past, if the store ran out of the usual apple juice, staff would courteously steam the boxed juice and make the drink for me without issue, still charging me the standard caramel apple spice price. But today, I was told if I wanted that same drink, I’d have to buy the boxes separately and still pay for the caramel apple spice. That’s double-charging for one drink. When I explained that this has never been an issue before, the barista basically accused me of lying, saying, “I don’t know that to ever be true.” Not only was that dismissive, it was disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated, not how anyone wants to start their day. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, but unfortunately, it was enough for me to say I won’t be returning to this Starbucks again, even though it’s the closest one to my home. Customer service matters, and today it was completely lacking.
The employee Amaris is very rude. She does not smile or greet you. She has terrible customer service, and her demeanor made me feel very uncomfortable. I came in multiple times to pick up an order, and she was there and didn’t say a word, just took her sweet time preparing the bag and just handed it to me with complete silence and attitude. It was very strange behavior.
I am very displeased about my experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered my drink ahead of time and was told my order was already made. They put too much ice in the drinks so I wanted to have less ice in my drink and I told the staff members and she dumped out the ice and most of my drink and just topped it off with the cold foam. I’m telling her half of my coffee is gone. This wasn’t a free drink. I parked money for it so I expect it to be to my liking. I asked for more coffee in the drink but I really should have asked for a new drink because regular coffee was put in my cup when my order was and Iced shaken expresso. My drink tasted horrible. Won’t be coming to this location again.
