All of the employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cafe is clean, well stocked, and has a good layout. Every now and then, people listen to music or watch videos without headsets, but other than that, it has a great atmosphere. It's one of my favorite places to walk to.

I love this Starbucks!! And I'm super glad that they are finally doing some improvements to their building. They are a small shop but its big enough for you go get your coffee and leave. Parking is limited and due to many shops near by, you'll have a hard time getting some coffee.

This was actually a pretty nice Starbucks! It's tucked away in a quiet open-air retail plaza, but was still easy to find from the street. The store itself is spacious and has quite a few tables of various sizes and configurations; even though it was quite crowded, I had an easy time finding a place to sit and work for a bit. The baristas were efficient but perhaps could have been a bit friendlier by giving a smile when greeting customers. The one major downfall is the cleanliness of the store. The available tables were covered in crumbs, the drink prep area where the baristas work seemed to be much dirtier than at other stores.

This is one of the slower Starbucks. Staff are friendly, but it's just not a well organized machine. Multiple times I've waited over 25 minutes for mobile orders to be ready. They often have 6 people 'busy' behind the counter, yet don't have anyone managing the pickup line. 3-4 of the staff always seems preoccupied with stuff against the back wall. Team work makes the dream work... Lots of opportunity here.

They have good coffee they add munch milk they dont full most of the time the top the coffee women are very nice respectful its extra space coffee shop medium roast are great coffee thats the most caffeine.

Apparently you can’t use the restroom 30 minutes before closing as they have already cleaned it . Even though coffee is known as a laxative.. I only had to pee after my drink but geez denying restroom facilities because you don’t want to clean it again probably means you should wait until you’re actually closed .

Food was good. Customer service was horrible, when closing up the worker rudely told us that he needed the chairs and if we didnt understand him. That was the first time the worker had advised us too. While getting up he just stared.

The cashier ignored you when you spoke to her. When you took the item she handed over, she made a strange noise. When you asked her what happened, she immediately turned back to work and ignored you. Has the boss never trained such an employee? Let the staff bring such a bad shopping experience

The staff at the Starbucks at Home Depot is a challenge .( 1 of 3 at mall..)they never get my drink right and price keeps changing . No place to plug iny lap top, skimp on the whipped cream and sprinkles line is long and they sometimes cop additude. Maybe us people tipped more ?

Last few times I mobile ordered here stuff is always wrong with my order, I ask for extra cinnamon on my drinks and every time there's no cinnamon at all, when I ask why they say it's because they're out of it. The last 2 times I got a chocolate croissant and it wasn't warmed both times as I had requested that it be on the mobile order and finally my drink is supposed to come with cinnamon cold foam and instead I got Carmel cold foam :( it ruins the entire drink and does not taste good, overall multiple negative experiences at this location.
