Food is always on point. This location has the best service of any Chick-fil-A I've ever been too, all the staff are super friendly and eager to help. The physical location of the store is VERY crowded and getting in and out of the area is almost always a challenge.

The employees who take your order in the outside lines work really well while maintaining the flow of traffic, while also being polite and sometimes really friendly. The food here has been very good and is always hot when I receive it. And the lemonade is always cold--with or without ice!

Came here for the first time on October 10th around 1pm for lunch. The place was packed full of customers and the drive-thru line was super long. Despite all that, I got my food in about 12 minutes or so. I thought I'd be waiting a lot longer. The food was really good.

Their food is good but the customer service is even better! We love the chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, fry sauce and the salads! The lines are long during peak hours but we try to avoid those. Our favorite is the amazing balloon and makeup artist that visits, she's so sweet!!

This Chick Fil A has slipped pretty hard. Used to be fast and efficient, with a great staff. Now its incredibly slow and the staff all has a deer-in-headlights look on their face

Went today ..fast service as usual,but for the first time the food was not fresh ..fries were old and sandwich tasted stale ..shocked ..I hope they get it together..

Be prepared to wait forever. This location is unorganized and timing is very unpredictable. They put a sign out that the mobile order line is coming soon but it’s been about 2 years they should’ve done that. I’ve been coming here I know, and what’s so annoying is that you can put an order in online but if you don’t get in line to check in by 10:30 they cut you off for breakfast. No exceptions, I think that would be fair if your drive thru was organized for mobile orders. Anyway the food is good, obviously I still come, Lol, but this location lacks any kind of sense of urgency, forget coming on the weekend, the workers do not hustle they move slow meanwhile traffic is horrendous. Plan ahead if you really wanna eat here. UPDATE 2/28 im here again because it’s the closest to my home a I love the breakfast but honestly this is the worst CFA in the nation. It’s got to be I’d bet on it. Still no improvement in wait time and signs still say mobile drive thru coming soon

Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes them to fill online orders for pickup. Pretty frustrating when I’ve ordered ahead and then every single car in the drive thru gets their food before a single online pick up. I like to come get breakfast before work and it routinely takes 10-15 sometimes 20 minutes to get a biscuit and hash browns?! Honestly floored because this has never happened to me at any chick fil a location and happens here once a week. Today I sat from 7:15 and am typing this in the line at 7:32. Ridiculous

I didn't catch her name unfortunate but the lady in white/grayish blue taking drive thru orders is a storm cloud. Poor attitude, no greeting, just "okay pay this, thx." Also I asked for honey and salsa and got ketchup? boohoo but like..... c'mon that's not hard. They were quick in drive thru but food was meh and service was subpar. Drive to a different location for a better experience.

Love Chick-fil-a and will always prefer them over other chicken places. But it’s not right that you don’t fill your fries order the proper way. Ordered this evening (8/18) - 5 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries and the fries were not even close to being full. The medium size order probably has more fries if filled properly. Not right!! It’s a drive-thru mobile order so you can’t really check until you get home.

This is the WORST LOCATION EVER. I have never been to a chick fil a as bad as this one. The wait is insane. It's always chaos and they gave me a RAW chicken sandwich. disgusting.

If your going to have parking signs up in your drive thru make sure you hire employees that can at least walk to them.

Had an entire whole fly with wings stuck to my lettuce on my spicy deluxe combo. Found that out 2/3rds of the way thru eating it; would not recommend. The staff that I told about this and showed to seemed only concerned with getting me refunded and put of the store, zero concern presented to me to actually throw out that stock of tainted lettuce or figure out how to avoid that in the future. Gross.

We got disrespected by the guy with the long hair and green shirt. They were too busy playing with literal toys to help us with a table that needed wiped down. Every table was trashed.

Walked in this chick fil a and all the tables that were not sat at weren't clean at all, which is fine. I asked several people to clean it, they didn't, we proceeded to wait till one was clean. WE WAITED ABOUT 10 MINS! STILL NOTHING. And the manager was just talking about a toy with some other coworkers. So disrespectful and rude.

The older man wearing a blue polo has taken our order a couple times at the front counter and both times it’s like he’s in a grumpy mood, he’s rude and the attitude and customer service just isn’t it. The way he’s treated us really stops me from wanting to come to this location which is unfortunately since chick fil a normally has great customer service.
