Came here to study for my dental boards. The cappuccino I ordered in the “for here” cup was delicious. Great service, boosted by the Starbucks rewards program which incentivizes repeated visits. After finishing the cappuccino, I ordered a free refill of iced green tea with stevia added. With the Starbucks app, certain drinks (which Jonathan kindly explained to me) are free. He was very patient in helping me understand the way the refill system worked with all my questions. I’m thankful for his service. Without the Starbucks app, refills are $0.50. Furthermore, free refills are limited to include only plain hot/iced teas/coffee. No handcrafted drinks or basically anything with milk, cream, or foam. Jonathan brought my now cold drink in a “for here” cup also. Great service from him and the staff. Friendly and welcoming, glad it’s open again after the renovation which feels more spacious, clean, and welcoming.
Wow, this is a terrific Starbucks! These days, sometimes it’s hard to find a hospitable location with adequate seating due to the pandemic, but his location is HUGE, and has loads of seating. Regular and communal tables, comfy padded wall tables and a great, airy ambience. A new favorite!

I ordered two Veni shaken oat milk espressos with 3 pumps of hazelnut but each time I got it there was no taste of hazelnut . I order it all the time and I know how it tastes ; once I told the employee they suggested I add more hazelnut but I refused . When I tasted the second one I feel like it was out of spite that there was no hazelnut syrup added . I have social anxiety so I didn’t want to be appeared as a Karen so I just accepted my fate and took the drink as is. This employee didn’t seem to care about my needs so it’s reflected on this review . Nice atmosphere though

I usually do not complain about my Starbucks iced coffee but today I feel like I was robbed of 8 almost 9 dollars of a grande iced coffee after I was accidently splashed with coffee and got on my glasses I wasn't even mad but when I got in my car and seen that I barely got 5 sips in of my iced coffee I was a bit disappointed because it does take me a long time to finish it. I feel like my iced coffee was just ice and sweet cold foam because the ice was literally filled to the top so that's when I got upset 😭
The cashier in the drive-through was not very friendly. She didn't say thank you, just handed us our drinks and walked away. Then, to top it off, my drink was not full.😫

I been going to this Starbucks all the time since it’s close to where I live but honestly their service is quite very slow in the early morning and night. I placed some mobile orders like at those times and I had to wait twenty minutes just for two drinks when they didn’t had many customers while there was a lot of staff on the floor who didn’t even prioritize customer service at all.
This is the most depressing Starbucks in the area lately, the baristas look like they’ve been mistreated and overworked, I had a small talk with one of the baristas and apparently it’s the way management treats them, honestly for a high quality store, managers really need to treat the baristas with respect. Otherwise their moods can seem not welcoming, compared to the other stores I’ve been to this one seems the least welcoming, I hope management gets better and treats these baristas with care
What happened to this location? The remodel is really disappointing. The dining area is much smaller now, with fewer tables and seating options. Given that this Starbucks is right across from a college, where students are a major part of the customer base, it makes no sense to reduce the seating so drastically. It's frustrating that most of the tables are gone, leaving just one large table in the middle. This change really inconveniences those who come here to study or work. The remodel isn’t the only issue— the staff has become increasingly rude and inconsiderate as well. The baristas take forever to take an order, which just adds to the frustration. It’s clear they don’t prioritize good service anymore. With the poor layout and lackluster customer experience, I won’t be coming back. On top of everything, it's baffling how a simple order of one drink takes far longer than it should, especially when the store isn't even busy. With fewer people inside, you'd expect faster service, but that's not the case. Between the rude staff, the slow service, and the poorly designed remodel, this location is no longer worth visiting.

It's setup exceptionally well for meetings/study groups, as well as sitting by yourself. The problem is WiFi. Simply the worst of any Starbucks. I thought at first it may due to being crowded when I first arrived. But after it emptied out with only a few people... Still no WiFi. I'm a tech guy... Problem is likely due to huge concrete interior wall. It's cool how they've decorated it... But afraid it kills WiFi. I use my cell phone to tether, but no idea how anyone else uses the internet?

You would think a corporation as large as Starbucks would teach their workers to spread the word of safety. This was an extremely disappointing visit.

I noticed she was doing that to the car in front of us too and could audibly heard nasty comments made from her as they drove away. Honestly terrible experience and am very disappointed.
May 28th, 2025, Cant get a cup of water. have to purchase something. Starbucks used to really be a quality entity to have in a community. They make enough to give students a small cup of water at least. I buy all year around, just to not get 1 small cup, really not much I'm after asking for. They should've put a Dunkin Donuts instead. Their coffee and food is way better
