Smashed burger was dry and disappointing bread was almost like stale.

These people are not the brightest here! Took them longer than 10 minutes to issue me a refund. Already providing them all the information needed. Will not return here. As I made my place in line. Spoke to someone about my refund. And I was made to wait 10 minutes. Then I got back in line so that I can ask for the refund again. Lack of speed and intelligence here.

The workers here are very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve been to this one a few other times and every time all the workers speak so rude and miserable. They all seem like they hate their job and don’t really care about giving anyone customer service. It’s so unprofessional. This location needs to fire all the staff and hire new employees who are going to give great customer service. Very disappointing.

I went to the drive thru and was refused service. I'm hearing impaired and have a cochlear implant. I tried to speak my order, heard someone say something through the speaker. I had asked what they said, wondering if they were ready to take my order. The person never answered, i waited a couple of moments and said I'll come to the window. I proceeded to go to the window to relay that I can't hear them in the drive thru. He refused to accommodate me and told me to go through the drive thru again since he has customers. They should be able to be able to accommodate the Hearing Impaired customers as well. This was upsetting that he would not accommodate me. If I could, I'd give a zero.

First I didn't get any service when I pulled up to the drive-thru window for a good like 2 minutes was just silence with nobody in line. Then when I finish my order I realized I only have cash on me which they don't take I understand it was a 50 but you got change in there and you'll be all right like I'm trying to buy some food it's cash don't tell me you don't have $40 change.

What a disgusting and unprofessional place Unfortunately i was charged 4 times for food i did not receive over the app the Manager at this location refused help in fact made the situation worse so much so i ended up in tears over a jack in the box order because she refused to just help me figure out a solution i had to call the district manager and they comped the original order and assures us if the other charges went through they would resolve it … thats all this manager had to do.. the food made clearly had been smashed by the cooks and just made horribly this is the most disappointing experience ive ever had at any fast food restaurant this particular jack in the box is trash and thier manager needs to work on thier professionalism and give out less pettiness

Everybody be aware of this lady she's really rude 😡😡😡😡 I went through drive-thru order five breakfast jacks three hash browns which is not a lot and she made me go and wait in the front of the restaurant for another additional 6 minutes then she came out with my food and notice that I have my camera on she got mad walk with my food......I had to get off and go get my food....,.... This lady should not be working on the drive thru😬😬😠😡😤🤬🤬 you guys need someone with more patient. And I'm not going back to that Jack in the box very bad service something needs to change or someone needs to get fired they need a better leadership.......... And this is why they want a raise 😠😠😠😡

Went to try out the new click burger.. omg.. so much lack of motivation by whoever made it.. zero sauce.. well.. there was a smaller than dime size squirt.. and so little amount it didn't touch both the chicken and the bun.. stupid.. so disappointed..pics are what it's supposed to look like.. to what I got..

I just went to the drive thru and they couldn't Hear so I went to the window and manager was at the window as I ordered she park me and had me waited it seems like every time I come here they parked me I ask why she said if you want it fresh to park that is why I go to drive thru not to park and wait ...this lady had a attitude she was rushing me after this I didn't want to order anything more things so rude..I checked my order and i ask for a plain jr bacon and they not only got it wrong but it looked disgusting after i keeped asking for plain this is why i don't like to park this is the second time they get it wrong I go here because its close to my kids dentist never coming here again people don't let these people park you....so angry waste of my money.. How am going to feed my kid this
