Every time I walk into this Starbucks, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and a great attitude; it honestly makes my day. The team here is incredibly kind, quick, and consistent. Even when the line gets long, they move fast and still make each customer feel valued. You can tell they care about getting your drink right and making you feel welcome. The space is always spotless, the vibe is calm and cozy, and the energy is just what I need to start my morning or take a quick break in the afternoon. They take a long time in the drive thru
I have been coming to this Starbucks for years but lately it’s been so bad, they literally handed me my drink dripping with a broken cup and now I’m getting a grande in a venti cup come on people :( I get customer service sucks at this store but at least give me what I paid for :(
Literally, waited more than 15 minutes to picked up an order was only a car in front of me at drive thru,. It took forever just because The manager from 2nd Shift (Robert) was having a good time talking and laughing so loud with the person was in front of me. this so ridiculous i hope next time you consider others. Don’t be A selfish person.
Horrible customer service! I ordered two drinks. And one of them, the lid was not fully on and it fells on me ! Have in mind is a hot drink. No one notices until I said something. She never apologized nor was apologetic, she just said in a very “ugh” tone “I’ll remake your drink” she goes to the barista and mumbles something that makes her look at me with disgust. I tried to help clean up but she stops me and places the remade drink in the pool of the spilled drink and walks away. I was both embarrassed and upset not because of the drink spilled but because of the way they treated me.
For some reason the taste wasn't there. This location needs improvement
Horrible disrespectful immature people working there. They can’t get their orders even right just have horrible attitudes.
Their drive-through always takes over fifteen minutes even when there are only three or four cars. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it’s basically iced milk. Don’t waste your time you’re better off going to the Starbucks inside Vons or Target. The brew is bad and the baristas don’t know what they’re doing. Trash coffee. I have been here 3 or 4 times and I end up throwing it away every time. The people giving five star reviews are clearly biased. They are crushing on the baristas.
Energy is everything. I was having a good day until I encountered Mara. Even after I said good morning, thanked her, and was as polite as possible, she still looked like she didn’t want to be there. If you’re going to come to work in a bad mood, it affects everyone. I truly hope she has a blessed rest of her day.
I was on the hunt of the hello kitty merch and when I found out that this store still has some. I hurried and drove right away to the store. When I got to the store I was told that there were only some left. They didnt have what i was looking for (i thought) so i was like ok. I got my self three other things. When i checked out. The lady at the counter wasnt very welcoming and helpful. Then after my transaction. She didnt even offer me a paper bag. I had to ask and when she gave me a bag. She just handed it to me and didnt even open the bag. As i was going back to my car and i saw a group of girls( i think they work there too) got some of the hello kitty and got what i was looking for. And i also saw a girl behind the register holding three tumblers which i was originally looking for and was told they didnt have anything left. I then asked that girl if there is anymore left and she said those were the last one. Im just confused on why i as a customer, cant buy at least one tumbler? But a worker can?
This location can not make a drink correctly to save their life, then have the nerve to debate and argue with customers that the drink is made correctly. I knew my drinks were going to get, will be trash after she asked me how I wanted me drink 4x in the drive thru for a strawberry refresher and for a Carmel macchiato that was 80% milk and ice and no coffee with some Carmel sauce. I literally drive 15-20 mins to other locations when this location is only 2mins from the house walking.
Got my refund yesterday for two drinks they always taste water down the brown sugar oatmilk expresso and taste. Is not at a high quality i dont know why if it’s made during the day more than once. The picture that I uploaded is from target I can believe they make it way better than the actual store and you can see the layers in the drink the coffee isn’t water down they follow the steps, it’s target in palomar street
Waited in line so long that I ordered a mobile order while I was in line, it was ready and still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order from the window. How are you even open! This was pure torture with a 2 year old. The whole purpose of drive thru is for fast service!! This what my drink looked like va what it’s suppose to look like. Y’all need to be reported!! You can’t even leave once you’re there! PURE TORTURE!
