You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I've used both the drive thru as well as the curbside pick up and both are great. At first glance a really long line of cars might make you think of going another time but the line moves rather quickly so it's not as bad as it seems at first. The food is always freshly made and it's freakin' awesome.
I just want to thank taina for the exceptional customer service she was lovely to interact with and her smile was amazing, beautiful energy and definitely need more people like her in the workplace thank you, she needs a raise! great work ethic by the way, just showing kindness is all we need!
Never a bad experience. In the many times I have patronized this particular Chick-fil-a franchise, I cannot recall even one bad experience. It is everything that you would expect from Chick-fil-a: polite, quick, clean, and delicious. We dined-in for lunch, at peak time, there today and received our food in less than five minutes. There was even an employee meandering about the restaurant asking folks if they needed sauces, refills, or trash taken out of their way. He came by our table at least three times, but it was not intrusive, rather it was much appreciated. The quality and frequency of table service that we receive consistently from this Chick-fil-a location exceeds that of many proper "sit down" restaurants (I was asked for a refill more times in the fifteen minutes we dined at Chick-fil-a today than I was in the entire HOUR of our most recent trip to Texas Roadhouse...). The only complaint I could reasonably form for this location is that the parking is not ideal. You may often have to park in the adjoining shopping center parking lot, however there are traffic cones during peak hours which prevent through-traffic from passing through the road between Chick-fil-a and the aforementioned parking area. So it's really not that big of a deal. I've never gone through the drive-thru at this location, but I would expect the quality and swiftness of service is up to the same standard of excellence as is that of the dine-in experience.
We had my niece and nephew staying with us, so I made sure to place the order for drive-thru on the chick-fil-a app a few minutes before we arrived. Ordering for 7 people involves a lot of details to get right when you're outside in the heat and feeling rushed so as not to hold others up in the drive-thru, so I highly recommend placing the order via the app! It was a breeze because of this, and the employee in the drive-thru was appreciative, it makes their job much easier, too! Everyone's order was correct, and we had a bunch of happy campers! 😊

A shout out to the Chick Fil A staff at this location. Crazy busy here....but service was amazing! Staff was very polite. Food came out in timely manner. Even had a couple of wonderful employees sing me Happy Birthday. This location gets 5 stars!!!
Chick-Fil-A is the gold standard for franchised fast food. Each location offers super fast service, fresh and tasty food, very friendly staff. All this in a very, very clean setting: clean restrooms, clean eating areas and clean parking lots. This location shines like all the others. Terrific place to go with friends, kids or by yourself. You'll be treated like royalty, eat well and leave smiling.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. We were passing through and ordered through the app. We had 6 different meals and they came out with our food maybe 10 minutes later and everything was correct. Food was fresh plus plenty of ketchup and sauces.

Food is always good (it's Chick-fil-A) and the employees seem like good people - saw through the drive through window that one of the employees was training someone and trainee accidentally exploded a milkshake all over them both, he was horrified and she was really nice to him and helped clean up. Hilarious to watch but I'm also happy they liked their job enough to laugh it off!
I've always thought Chick-fil-A was a little pricey and remain so convinced. However, I did notice the lobby and restroom were clean and had no complaints about my meal. I had a deluxe regular meal and a 12 count nugget with Chick-fil-A sauce.
This Chick-fil-A was on par with every other I've been to. This chain does their thing with precision and reliability. The employees were great and of course my grilled chicken nugs, waffle fries and Mac n cheese were awesome. Cannot beat Chick-fil-A!! 👍
Best store in the entire chain! I don't know if it's the College Station location or the most inspiring management team in the food industry but, everyone who works at this restaurant is ALWAYS smiling and eager to please. Seriously, its like everyone lives their job! As a result, the service is outstanding - and friendly!!! Add the best chicken sandwich in the business and, this is one of my favorite restaurants (incl fine dining)!
My first time trying Chick-fil-A and I have no complaints! I'd tried the Chick-fil-A sauce before because you can purchase it in stores, but I've never been close enough to one to try it. Some people seem to call it 'God's chicken', and for a fast food chain, that's a stately title to carry.
If you come here, expect it to be packed, but for good reason. This place is poppin' at least 10 hours of each day and there will always be someone there willing to help and they never give you issues, only hot chicken and good customer service. Never worry about your order or a bad time, this is genuinely one of the best fast food places in College Station.
Despite them being insanely busy at every meal they have the bag of food hanging out the drive thru window by the time you pull up. The food quality is normal chick-fil-a excellence. If you choose to dine in it might be hard to get a table at most meals. But there line moves fast inside like it does outside. I don't have any complaints about the establishment, and I would go back again despite the crowd
It was great .we had tortillas and we ordered our own chicken,meat and pork plus chips,french fries and different sides. It was amazing food and amazing time with good people
Really fast drive through. The line is almost always long, but it’s still quicker than almost any other drive through. The inside is always clean and quick too, and the staff is very friendly. Seems like there’s almost always a profit share going on for some organization on campus, so you can just drop your receipt in their bucket.
It's Chick-Fil-A. Greatest fast food chain ever. Even with cars wrapped around the building I usually can get through in 10-15 minutes. Fries could use some work at this location as I get inconsistent crispiness, but all in all it's a great representation of the chain as a whole. Chicken is always on point here. It can get very loud inside. So I usually take my food to go. It's nice and chill during the slow times though. Service always over 9000.
This has to be one of the busiest Chick-fil-A's I've seen, and yet they still fulfill your order with accuracy, kindness, and efficiency. I can be car #25 in line here and still get my food before I would've at other fast-food restaurants as car #4. I love this CFA.

Two excellent servers not only presented my meal but also answered my questions about the newly renovated Chick-fil-A and provided a fine dining experience overall. A+ overall.
They were super busy and I got distracted with trying to find a table while ordering. As a result I left my debit card in the card reader. Will who was super sweet and helpful tracked me down and saved my day.
First time at this establishment in college Station and I loved it. Fast and efficient. Was even early to work after ordering that's how fast the service was! Never heard the signature my pleasure though I guess they don't do that anymore? Hmm 🤔

Long lines, but they move incredibly fast. I have never seen a place more efficient than a Chick-fil-A drive through. Staff is overall pretty friendly and the food is accurate and tasty every time. Solid meal if you are looking for a fast food choice.
I go to this Chick-fil-A frequently and I’ve had a good experience pretty much every time. My order is always fulfilled accurately and quickly. Also, their ice cream machine has never been broken when I’ve visited, thank goodness!
By far the best drive through experience at any restaurant that I’ve ever had. Whether dining in or driving through, the staff attend to guests kindly and promptly. For a fast food place, the southern hospitality and willingness to serve at this location remain the gold standard in our area. I highly recommend this location for the attentive service, great fast-food quality, and speed.
I placed a very large order that got put in for the wrong day after confirmation. When I came to pick it up, they had no idea about it BUT they handled it with so much grace! The manager quickly put me at ease, letting me know exactly what they needed to do to get my order completed in the next few minutes. Nobody seemed frustrated and even offered me coffee while I waited! I love this Chick-fil-A and all of its employees and managers!!
Great as always. We were in town for drill team dance camp. The girls finished every night around 11pm. Their supper was at 5. Breakfast not provided. The girls would get super hungry so a few of us parents there as chaperones did a food run here. Dining room was closed so late so we did drive- thru . I had 7 separate orders. Every order was perfect.. They would read me the order so 8 could figure out who's money went where. We were there about 15 min before closing. They never got impatient or mad about being so late. They fried a lot of it up when I ordered it, and threw in extra pieces and upgraded sides for the girls. Couldn't ask for better service, all served with a smile!
I had an open 30 minutes to get a salad today. I purchased the spicy southwest chicken salad. It was fresh. Spicy. Tasty. The team stopped by twice to refill tea and check in. Such a lovely experience.
Always great at Chic-fil-A! The food was hot and delicious, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the restaurant was clean. Also had great music playing on the overhead, not too loud but loud enough I could make out what song was playing.
Very friendly staff. Location was clean and well kept. The team brought my food quickly to the table and cleaned up when they saw I was done. They offered a free refill before I left. I will be back.
Excellent customer service. I even got a free sundae ice cream! Ordered a meal and it is cheap. Both the chicken sandwich and the waffle fries taste good, given it's price point. The portion of the waffle fries actually surprised me. I love their 'chick-fil-A' dipping sauce, goes great with the waffle fries. Definitely gonna visit again. Tip: download their app to get rewards for every purchase.

Alexis is an absolute joy. Such a sweet presence, always smiling, and was helping out tables graciously even with every single table filled. She had a conversation with me about our kids and i saw her also having genuine conversation with other tables. Made the experience better for sure! Food was great as always too.
Didn't get egg on my sandwich, as perhaps I ordered wrong not being used to breakfast menu. But got a sausage on a bun. Not much taste. But wonderful service. Bun very good. I love CFA and will be more careful next time I order. Maybe I paid for egg. But this won't stop me returning. I don't eat out often.

Our visit to Chick-fil-A was absolutely amazing, and that was 100% thanks to Grace. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, checked on us multiple times, and made sure our order was perfect without us ever having to ask. What really stood out was how genuine and kind she was. She didn’t make us feel rushed at all and took the time to interact with us in such a warm, thoughtful way. It felt like she truly cared about us as guests, not just customers. My family even commented on how sweet and professional she was, which says a lot. Grace’s positive attitude and care completely elevated our experience. She is the kind of employee that makes people want to come back again and again. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite locations in town. The team is always kind and friendly, and the speed of service is consistently excellent. The food comes out hot, orders are very accurate, and the building is always clean. You can really tell they take care of everyone who walks through the doors, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. A great experience every time.
I don't frequent this chick fil a location, but the times that I have come here have been great! I'm a door dasher and when I pick up orders from here, I never have to wait long and the staff is very nice! Much better than some of the other locations in town.

Chick-fil-A standards are always high but even during the busy lunch hour, at this location, everything was clean, service was fast and the people were very friendly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at Chick-fil-A for the first time today, and I was genuinely blown away by his service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a level of kindness and professionalism that’s becoming all too rare these days. Even though it was our first interaction, Craig made me feel like a regular. He was attentive, patient, and went the extra mile to ensure my experience was nothing short of excellent. You can tell he genuinely enjoys serving others and takes pride in what he does. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but Craig takes it to a whole new level. He’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for the experience. If there’s any recognition to be given, Craig has more than earned it. This was my first time meeting him, but it definitely won’t be the last.
Good chicken, nice customer service. Shorted me a sandwich though, and once before they substituted one of my spicy sandwiches with a regular because they "ran out". Unfortunate and sad, maybe just unlucky both times. Edit: After giving them a phone call, they added the sandwich I was shorted as a credit so that next time I visit I can have it for free. No hassle about it, you must go inside to redeem. 3 stars to 4 stars, still one shy because I should’ve gotten it the first time but I appreciate how they handled it. Additional info: This location is incredibly busy, so when you arrive if you go through the drive through you will be broken into anywhere from 3-4 car lines and be directed where to go. Very smooth system actually.
At first i saw the length of the line and was discouraged but was craving a Chick-fil-A sandwich so I went ahead any way. As always great service and great food. List one star because my chicken (for the first time) was a little tough.... maybe fried too long or old-ish. I'm sure this isn't a regular occurrence though.
If you typically like Chick-fil-A, you'll like this one. I don't eat fast food very much, so that's why I gave 4 stars. However, this location (in a University town) really has delivering food fast down to a science. I was very impressed at how quickly we were in and out of there and we even ate in the restaurant. I do recommend this location.
I got my curbside order quickly and as usual, it was delicious. Only improvement I could really see happening is getting access to the curbside area. When the drive thru is packed, it's hard to access. It shouldn't be a one way drive.
The drive-thru line was very busy. We ordered through the app and picked up in the designated area. Although we only ordered a shake, cookie and tea it would have been quicker to go through the drive-thru line. It was apparent they have reduced the size of the chocolate chip cookie by half what it used to be. The tea was good and I was told the shake was as well - very thick.
The sandwich I had was delicious, just as I wanted and expected it to be. The drive through service was not very good. The person taking my order (a very simple order, one #2meal) couldn't get it properly entered into his tablet, and he could not get my debit card properly entered either.
This one has double lane drive through service. The interior is small but good place to eat chicken. If you love chicken this is the place to go. The service is good but the table seems small for four people to eat at the same time especially when all of them have tray full of food. Other than that the staffs are kind like rest of other places.
I have eaten at this location multiple times. the service is quick and the employees are very nice. though those things were still true on my visit today; my cool wrap was a little more than cool...(frozen) should have returned it but ate it anyways because hey it’s Chick-fil-A right.

My son and I pick up chick fil a once a week, at least. It’s always fresh and don’t have to wait too long But I was disappointed tonight, we get home and my chicken sandwich wasn’t in the bag. They Never forget an item this was the first time. I would have rather they forget to add the fries instead of my Chicken Sandwich 😫
Their process for taking orders don't really go in the order of how you line up. I didn't go at a normal peak hour ,but they were just very slow getting People through the line. The other line moved 5 cars to our 1. So I ended up being put 5 cars behind. This is the first time I have been to this Chick-fil-A so I don't know if that's the norm, but I have always been impressed with the company's ability to service everyone quickly and even during peak times. I would have hated to have been stuck there during busy hours.
Over rated, had to wait 35min to get my food? Was told it was the best place to get chicken. I liked chicken Express better. Might of just been this chick-fil-a Will go through the drive through next time. Update trying the breakfast sandwich was good and fast service.
As much as I enjoy chick-fil-a, I probably won't come back to this specific restaurant. The staff was not the kindest. I asked for 4 sauces and the front desk said absolutely, no problem. However, when food was delivered, the person who brought the food absolutely refused to give the other sauces despite me offering to pay extra for them. I didn't catch his name but he was very short with me. I must have missed the memo about them only allowing 2 sauces per order...
The fries were burnt for the 1st time ever and they were not busy when I went there. No condiments were given even though they were clearly written on the receipt taped to the bag. The wrap was good and I did get the dressing for that. Usually 5 star but not this time.

Typical food quality that you'd expect from a Chick Fil A. The parking lot is horribly designed though, and if you're planning on dining in then you will have to park a ways away from the building and dodge traffic, as you walk to the building due to the drive through line taking up almost all of the parking lot. Unless you go 10 minutes before closing, there will be a long drive through line as well.
I love CFA always have and I’ve been a food server for three years so I totally know how people can be and I never want to be like that. However, I find the some of the employees here don’t really like their job (I’ve been twice in the past week). I ask for extra sauce and even offer pay for it, but they’re very rude about it and roll their eyes. They shove food for 3+ people in one bag, I can’t even close it. I love CFA, I just wish this location was more accommodating.
Not the most well-run location in town. I had to repeat my (basic) order 3 times in the drive thru. They didn't give me my complete order so I had to park and go inside and wait. Wasn't offered an apology or any comp. The fries they did remember had literally no salt and my chicken biscuit had one strip of meat and the other side was smaller than a chicken nugget. I love chic fil a but this location is lacking some serious quality control. The location south of town is much better imo.
One of the managers was very rude. After messing up my order 4 different days he finally tells me, you can have the fried spicy on a salad but never the grilled. First time I heard that? Why didn't someone inform me so I would not have to deal with such rudeness. Much more stinky/condescending attitude and words, when he could have been nice. I won't eat there again. Hello, Popeyes!
So far worst Chick-Fil in town. 2 stars because the food still tasted good. Ordered with John (who seems more interested in staring into the distance than taking order) Ordered 2 - 8 piece nuggets A chicken sandwich with no pickles A spicy deluxe with no tomatoes and no lettuce I received 1 8 piece nugget (payed for 2, checked reciept) A chicken sandwich with pickles (also marked on the receipt as no pickles) And a spicy deluxe all the way (not marked on receipt as no tomatoes and no lettuce) Be wary, and check your bag people.
My family loves Chick-fil-a. This is honestly the first time I've been disappointed by a visit. We ordered breakfast. Our chicken biscuit was cold and the chicken piece inside didn't even cover the biscuit because it was so small. I suppose I'm just used to the fresh good stuff 🤷♀️
First underwhelming chick-fil-a I’ve been to. I love chick-fil-a. This one the fried chicken and the fries had a weird after taste, maybe too much oil or old oil? Also I asked for two sauces and ketchup. Got home and there was no sauces. Still like chick-fil-a but whoever was cooking and prepping this shift was not on their game.
I have been to this location many times, and I can safely say that their service is incredibly inconsistent, only being good on rare occasions. They have my straws multiple times, they have me wait in the parking lot when all I order is a sandwich and some strips, and today my girlfriend barely had time to eat because their was an employee ordering in front of me at the only open register. Many employees saw me waiting for my food for about 10 minutes and no one decided to help. This Chick-Fil-A can be good, but the customer service in the morning is consistently terrible.
The food was as expected at any Chick-fil-A restaurant. No complaints there. However, this is the second time I have gone to this location and the floors are so greasy you have to watch your step. All of the tables were dirty and there were no paper towels in the restroom. I understand getting busy but something needs to happen with the cleanliness of the store.
The food tastes really good but this Chick fil A location specifically sucks. I've picked up orders as a Door Dasher here many times as well as ordering personally, and I have not had many good experiences. Once when I was doordashing, I pulled through the mobile order line thinking that's where I was picking up the order, but I misunderstood and didn't realize it was only for people ordering from the Chick fil A app specifically I guess. I was ignored for several minutes until a girl finally came to me and I mentioned having a doordash order. She told me I was in the wrong line and when I apologized, she told me I had to go all the way back through the line and wait behind the cars that had arrived far after I did. It was super annoying and inconvenient when she knew what order it was, that it was ready, and there was no one else in the mobile order line. Another time when I ordered personally, they messed up my order in nearly every way possible, and all I ordered was a single sandwich. When I went in and told them, I spoke to a bald-headed manager with a nasty attitude. Not once did he apologize, not once did he even offer any sort of courtesy, smile, sympathy, nothing. Just handed me a new receipt and sat down and ignored us. Really gross and shameful behavior from a manager, especially at a fast food chain that prides themselves in customer service. For a Chick fil A, it's quite underwhelming. The food is great though! Just not the people.
I refuse to go back to this location. the line wraps around the entire shopping center parking lot and hardly moves. everyone says chick fil a lines move super quick... and MOST do. This branch is run by college kids who cut up, play on their phones and move with little purpose. Photos attached for evidence, you see one person actuallly working and 5 students standing around lauvhing at thr managers phone who should not be distracting them but motivating them to work, ESPECIALLY with 50 cars in the drive through.
I ordered a cobb salad with garden herb ranch dressing in the drive-through, and they forgot the dressing.
This is a terrible location if you are driving for Door Dash. They require you to go through the drive thru, even though their notes on Door Dash say specifically not to do that. It's incredible frustrating and I've stopped taking orders from pickup from this location. Due to being in a 30 car drive thru, the several times I was dumb enough to accept a Door Dash run to this location, I was over 15 minutes late each time to deliver. They need to update their Door Dash notes for the drivers, and update pickup times. This would be solved by having a separate pickup area with a service attendant. The Chick-fil-A on Briarcrest is run much smoother and I appreciate how they take care of their customers who have ordered for delivery and the drivers.
Went there the weekend before school. Usually I like chic fil a. This one had rotten lettuce on both sandwiches we ordered, and improperly cleaned chicken with gristle and skin. Gross, ruined our appetite, ruined our evening. Not the first time this location has disappointed. Looks like the quality at this location has really gone away. I would suggest you stay away.
I am very upset with this Chick-fil-A. We will not be returning. This is the 5th time in a row that we've had issues with our meal. This location use to be spot on but it has been going down hill. The first few times there was a problem, we understood because everyone is human and makes mistakes! After arriving home today and noticing that we received a completely different sandwich than we ordered, we drove back to get it replaced and they made it seem like such an inconvenience for us to ask for fresh fries to go with the corrected sandwich. This was completely unacceptable and we hope that this location goes back to the way it used to be soon.
Food was somewhat salty. Might just be me. But their playroom was extremely hot. I asked someone that looked like a supervisor or manager and he looked annoyed that i asked if a/c was working. He said it was normal. But honestly im 100% that a/c in there was not working. Very dangerous if kids to be in that kinda heat.
I am normally a big fan of Chick-fil-a, but this morning I had a bad experience l. I ordered breakfast through the Chick-fil-a app. I was able to get into the drive thru a few minutes before 10:30 am. I talked to the man taking orders, and he confirmed my order. I waited in the long drive thru line before eventually getting to the window only to be told they canceled my order because breakfast time had past while I was waiting.
Unfortunately, I’m always having an issue at this specific location. Old, oily fries, old oil taste in the chicken....it’s always hit or miss. We love Chick-Fil-A and most the places in town are great but this location is always having issues. The level of traffic they get shouldn’t effect the quality of food. It’s ridiculous.
I've seen this at a few other chik fil a's where they make more invisible drive thru lanes. The problem with that is you completely block traffic trying to drive to dine in or to curbside. I had to sit in drive thru traffic just to get to the building, I saw people trying to back and leave but couldn't because the new lane blocked all the parked cars. Very bad idea.
Still a drop if you are a driver. Your instructions are too drive to a driver pick up area. The employees will say there is no such thing and treat you like you are inferior.(even though the guy appeared to be in his 50’s working fast food) Delivery apps do not fill out instructions for drivers. That is the responsibility of the restaurant. Apparently the crew here is completely oblivious to the procedures management is putting in place.
I asked for a chicken deluxe with pepper jack, NO FRIES and a large sweet tea. Instead I got a SPICY CHICKEN with pepper jack I couldn’t eat, I didn’t want fries and the tea was unsweetened. Never again

They have the most confusing lanes ever, when I pulled up the their NEW drive thru set up I was told that I was in “the wrong lane” and that it was for mobile orders only, I was literally the only car there and the girl helping me out had an iPad but I had to be on the lane right next to mine for them to actually take my order. I have never ever seen chick fil a where their second lane was “ mobile order only” and if this is what yall are going to be doing a big noticeable sign would be of help.
I've brought this to the management and corporates attention. And the problem still presist. The owner is blocking ADA ramp and access to their building with table and chairs. I've watched moms with strollers and people in wheelchairs have to enter oncoming drive through traffic to get around the obstruction they have created. Will not be frequenting this business anymore.
They always forget extra pickles and this time not only did they forget my extra pickles they also forgot to put my chicken in the sandwich. I received a bowl with two pieces of lettuce and two tomato slices. The manager/drive through line check guy laughed about it. It is ridiculous to always have to check my food before I leave the establishment. This was my last straw.
I bring my daughter twice a week at this location to play and eat. This time we received nuggets less than warm I asked for fresh ones the manager man in charge told me he don’t see why they’re not fresh they should all be fresh since they’re so busy. This is unacceptable from management. I brought this to his attention to help his business. I didn’t need his rolling of the eyes and attitude. I am one of three family in the restaurant and the drive thru wasn’t busy but I’m sure sales will tell.
I live nearby so I go to this location frequently. 8/10 times if I order grilled chicken they will give me fried chicken. My sauces that I ask for are 7/10 times not included. This is the only location I’ve been to that gets my order wrong so frequently.
Been a Chick-fil-A fan for most of my life. Never have I ever seen such greed (like McDonald's displays regularly) over one extra swipe for honey butter. You're already there doing one swipe... Doing an extra is really a big deal? The reason I ask for extra is because in my opinion the biscuits are too dry. You are already profiting roughly $1.21 per nugget. Chick-fil-a is widely known for accuracy, fast service, and great customer service. Unfortunately this location's manager did not display great customer service. The crew members were great and I feel sorry for them having to deal with her attitude. Shame on the manager for not showing the usual great customer service at College Station #02209 on April 15, 2023. I'm writing this negative review because me asking has never been a problem throughout the years until now. So anybody that wants extra ketchup or pickles.... Good luck with that.
It's a said day when a chain like Chick-fil-A won't make a customer's order they way its ordered. I used to eat here between 5 to 6 times per week and I have always ordered my fries crispy I'm assuming that's one of your managers doing because I don't have any problems getting my meal the way I order it from other Chick-fil-a. just leaving the fries in the fryer 30 extra seconds wow I'll make sure to let everyone know
It’s always this location that messes up our order. My husband ordered the new pimento. W no jalapeños. We don’t like spicy foods. First the bun was slather in honey. So I took a bite to verify that it was the spicy one and all I can taste is the nasty spicy taste as I eat my nuggets. He went in and got his sandwich corrected however the wrap they wrap the sandwich in was forgotten, so it’s unable to be eaten while we run around. And to add insult to injury, when asked for a drink to get the spicy taste out our mouths the guy at the front was like of course. And some girl from the drive thru said give them water. We don’t drink tap water. The honey is supposed to be on the bun under the the chicken, we got it a few days ago buy the new H‑E‑B. It was perfect. This location, needs to do a better job on customer service, experience and quality.
This Chick-fil-A location disappoints me every time I go there. They cannot seem to listen when ordering or pay attention to reading the screen. My receipt say one thing and the food in my bag is another. They have messed up my order at least the past 3 times I have been.
Literally THE WORST chick fil la. One of the main reasons I got to chick fil la is for their friendly service and the fact that I never have to check my meals. They always have it right! You can definitely definitely tell this location didn't get that memo. The staff is not very friendly at all!!! I always have to double check my order. Especially for straws!! I usually order for curbside and since it's so close to work I will order about once a week. Not anymore! I refuse to order from this location anymore. They definitely don't have the same work ethic or a Friendly staff like chick Fil la has the reputation for!! Maybe they need new management.
The kitchen needs to be retrained on how to properly change the grease. The hashbrowns I received this morning are literally falling apart and taste disgusting. You can tell from the color and taste that the grease has not been changed. Chick-fil-A is getting too expensive to miss simple things like keeping the grease clean. Do better.
I don't know what they're teaching at this chick-fil-a, but if you want to side of attitude with an incorrectly made order this is the one to go to. Worst location in town.
When closing early it is rude to not change hours on Google. It is not even freezing yet and people would still like to eat chick fil la!!!!!!
When it comes to handling things in a professional and courteous manner I am very disappointed in this CFA. They forgot one of our meals and gave us this as a fruit cup. When we went back to get our food, they explained new policies for "removing" one of the fruit in the fruit cup. Never once did they apologize for the missing food. They kinda acted like they thought we were lying to them about it. (Which we were not). If you're going to serve this (half empty fruit cup) to customers at least let them know what's going on when your give them their food.
They make you go through 2 different lines to pick up a simple order on top of that I waited 20 minutes for them to make a drink and it was tea. Do not go to this place.
Breakfast potatoes were cold and smooshed, drink with no straw, 2 bacon egg biscuits were all in pieces. I’m not sure what all the talk is about, I can get poor food most anywhere cheaper. Drive through girl did tell me to have a blessed day as she handed me the bag of garbage and a drink with no straw.
Had a poor experience with the lady who took my order. I didn’t get her name but she was a white elderly woman- the oldest one in the group. I didn’t appreciate how when I gave her my order she was very short and not polite at all. It’s sad to see that this location didn’t meet the chick fil a service standard.
I was SO disgusted I can’t go back to any Chick-fil-A. What the heck is this stuff sitting in?! I was too mad to call (I don’t make calls when im mad) But this is a HUGE issue. I don’t know when I’ll be able to eat here again. Find another location. I hope they make some changes because this was so disappointing, I thought so much better of Chick-fil-A.
